Frederic Malle perfumes are masterfully complex and unique. My favorite Malle scents evoke luxury vintage perfumes, with a chic modern 'je ne sais quoi.' . At the FM Madison Avenue store, the sales associate Giuliana makes the shopping experience truly luxe. I live in California and actually order from NY now, because Giuliana does such an amazing job of personalizing my experience. I'm a very deliberate shopper, and Giuliana has encouraged me to try a curated selection of scents outside my go-to florals. When I purchase perfume, Guiliana delights me with elegantly wrapped little gifts like their rubber incense, and beautiful little fabric pouches with a generous selection of samples.

I simply can't say enough good things about Giuliana, at the Madison store. I called today from New Orleans, utterly at the end of my rope, looking for a (now) difficult to find perfume from Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle, and not only was she utterly charming and informative (she knew exactly where to find it, immediately ordered it for me, was more than helpful, was KNOWLEDGEABLE in exactly the right way), she was efficient, she was dedicated, and she made it all look simple. She was terrific! (Lei è stata fantastica!)

My mom and I had an amazing experience during our store visit yesterday. Roberto greeted us and welcomed us in, and one thing I can tell you is that this guy was an expert when it comes to the notes and scents of every perfume in store. We didn't even purchase anything, but he was nice enough to give us some samples. Amazing people skills! Will definitely go back soon to purchase my favorite Portrait of a Lady scent.👍🏼

Absolutely love going to the Frederic Malle boutique to purchase my perfume, Musc Ravageur, and the matching body oil. I get so many compliments when I wear this perfume. The staff goes out of their way to help you and provide great service, ensuring you have a personalized and enjoyable shopping experience. The quality of the products is outstanding, and I always leave feeling satisfied and excited about my purchases. Highly recommend for anyone looking for exquisite fragrances and top-notch customer service!

What a great experience! The smelling booths are very cool, the shop comfortable and the overall atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. No pressure to buy at all. Giovanni was awesome -- he took the time to figure out my preferences, made suggestions on the offerings that matched, then let me experience as many of the fragrances as I wanted. The perfumes are expensive, but I left there feeling like I'd gotten a good value. Definitely visiting again!

I'm a fan of this brand. Personally I think this is the best entry level niche brand. When coming to scents, they offer diverse opinions: no matter what you like, be it heavy or light, linear or complex, you can always find at least ONE perfume that satisfies your needs. Also, although the price for big bottle is REALLY pricey, they offer travel size for almost all the perfumes, which is more affordable. As for the staff who works here, they're definitely knowledgeable. Some of them are quite charming, some of them ... well, even if they're snob they hide it very well and always trying to be helpful. Anyway, a place worth visiting.

Great products and customer service. Sarah was amazing and very patient going through different scents and helping me find my favorite. She also knows the stories behind the scents inside out. Incredibly generous with samples too!

I entered in this little, hidden store once because I was looking for something special for my girlfriend’s birthday and loved the entire experience. The sale person is a French lady (Gina??). She helped me pick a fragrance and I ended up getting Carnal Flower which is now my gf’s signature fragrance. Thank you Gina! You are the best.
