It's a cute farm and restaurant located in Golden Circle. The food is great and the atmosphere is casual. The beef tastes fresh and delicious. You can also get ice cream downstairs as well. They have some unique Icelandic flavors as well. This is a great place if you want to bring your kids here.

We did not stay in the rooms just had lunch at the restaurant. Service is pretty much self service thus the 3 stars. The food was good but expensive but that is 99% of the locations in Iceland. There is a farm smell that some might not appreciate while eating but the views of the dairy parlor were cool and something new. Make sure to try their homemade ice cream downstairs.

We stopped by this farm restaurant while exploring the Golden Circle. It was the perfect stop for lunch where we enjoyed a fresh meal made with their farm to table ingredients. The soup buffet and burger were delicious and the staff were very welcoming.

We stopped by just for the ice cream and it was worth it! Tried the Oreo and mango flavors, both were delicious. It’s a fun and tasty stop that I’d definitely recommend including as part of your Golden Circle route.

Fresh, Flavorful, and Uniquely Charming This restaurant was a true gem! The farm-to-table food was absolutely delicious—fresh, seasonal, and full of flavor. The facilities were clean and beautifully maintained, creating a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Even without kids, we loved the unique experience of watching the cows from our table—it added such a charming and authentic touch to the meal. Highly recommended!

We did not stay here so I cant honestly rate it. We had the burger which had a lot of flavor and was really good I recommend it. The steak oddly enough really wasn't that good. It was fine but definitely not something to write home about. We tried the soup and typically I would expect a little thicker and hearty soup but it was very watered down. Might be the way it is made in the area but wasn't necessarily what I expected

Excellent meal served aside milk cows. All the beef dishes were delicious! The kids cheeseburger was generous and tasty. Streak of the day was prepared perfectly. I very much enjoyed the steak sandwich—so flavorful.

We stopped here on two different days for the homemade ice cream on the dairy farm. It was fun to look at all the cows while eating our ice cream. The staff were super friendly and the ice cream was to die for! We especially liked the local rhubarb flavor that was topped with Icelandic rhubarb candy. The owner has a child with a nut allergy and so no nuts are used in any of the ice creams. This was a huge plus for us as one of our family member's is allergic to all nuts. This allowed her to enjoy the ice cream without worrying.
