The overall standard of the hotel does not match its advertised price category.
We stayed in Room 245. The room layout was extremely inconvenient — there was no proper space to place two suitcases. The balcony faced a rural road, with the constant noise of cars, trucks, and groups of partying youth lasting well into the night.
There was no individual air conditioning in the room. To adjust the temperature, we had to contact the front desk, but our requests were ignored. As a result, we had to sleep in uncomfortable heat with the door open.
Complimentary drinking water was provided only on the day of arrival.
The bathroom sink had a poorly designed layout — part of it was blocked by a wooden panel, leaving no space for a toiletry bag or personal hygiene items.
In the hotel restaurant, a €22 salad consisted of little more than lettuce leaves with a sour dressing. Guests are allowed to smoke cigars and cigarettes at any table on the terrace, and the preferences of non-smokers are not taken into consideration.
The fitness room is very small — even with only four people inside, it felt overcrowded, and there was no space to roll out a yoga mat.
Breakfast was varied, but the pastries were stale, and the coffee tasted like it came from a vending machine.
We paid €400 per night (booked via Booking.com), and an additional €20 was charged for outdoor parking on the hotel premises.
The spa area was the main highlight — the saunas were nearly empty, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment, with tasteful and comfortable interior design. I would also like to commend the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and especially the beautiful floral arrangements in the lobby and restaurant.
Conclusion: I do not intend to return to this hotel.
