What a fabulous place. We came across this on our travels in our camper van. We didn’t realise there was the motorbike & car museum. It was such a lovely surprise.

incredible impressions, a wonderful castle and gardens around, an impressive collection of rare cars and motorcycles, it's great to spend time there with children, there is a large interactive playground on the territory. There is also a place where you can sit down and eat your food, or order from a cafe that is also located on the territory

Five stars because the place has a true variety of things that anyone can love. Classic history, old-timers cars and a huge collection of motorcycles, kids can play at a very nice playground and for nature lovers like me it has gardens, lots of flowers, vegetables and herbs. I spend most of my time in the vegetable garden seeing if I could find some new plant I didn't yet know and indeed I found pineapple sage and to my surprise and pleasure they have a huge plant shops where they also sold some. Now I have a small pineapple sage plant that is trying to survive my van life trip. I hope it will so I sing to it every day 😉

This is a very nice place to spend a day at. Also (and foremost) with children. The Castle itself is only a part of the overall joy, the others are: a very nice park, big playgrounds for kids, a museum of vintage cars, the views. They allow guests with dogs in the park. I spent a very pleasant day there. Most visitors come there with a car (there is quite a big parking lot right there, also for caravans), and the public transit bus stops very close by, too.

Egeskov Castle is a captivating destination that truly transports visitors back in time. The castle, surrounded by a picturesque moat and lush gardens, is one of Europe's best-preserved Renaissance water castles. One of the highlights of my visit was the castle's impressive collection of historical vehicles, including vintage cars and motorcycles. The gardens at Egeskov are equally spectacular, offering a peaceful escape with their beautifully manicured lawns, vibrant flower beds, and charming hedgerow maze. I especially enjoyed walking through the Tree Top Walk, which provided stunning views of the surrounding landscape from above. It's a must-see for nature lovers and photographers alike! In summary, Egeskov Castle is a must-visit gem that combines history, beauty, and a touch of magic. Whether you're a history enthusiast, a garden lover, or simply looking for a memorable day out, this castle has something for everyone. I highly recommend a visit to Egeskov Castle.

It's not just a visit to a castle, but an area that has so much to offer for both adults and children. The site features beautiful gardens, museums, and a green area with many options for kids and adults to enjoy. You can set aside a full day to make the most of the place, as there are cafés and snack options, along with many attractions to explore and enjoy 🥰✨🏰 🍀🌷.

This is a lovely castle in the Danish countryside with many other things to do and see. It has activities for children, multiple museums, and dining options. The gardens are absolutely stunning in the late spring/summer. The abundance of roses blooming at the same time in the main garden was breathtaking. I highly recommend it as an outing on a nice day.
