Looking for a good breakfast after a morning hike at Red Rock Canyon, we found this place. What an amazing place! We loved it so much we came back two more times during our week in Vegas. The avocado bacon omelette was superb. Banana muffin was delicious 😋 Everything we had was honestly amazing. Decorated so cute, too! And the staff was super sweet.

Google
Amazing local breakfast with a ton of great options. Everything we have was delicious, the atmosphere is very friendly, and all the staff was helpful and quick. Definitely an excellent breakfast choice. In addition to a huge menu, they also have rotating monthly and daily specials so you'll never get tired of what you order.

First time to Egg Works in a long time. The food was really good but surprised at the cost. Our bill was $46. I ordered the bacon and avocado omelet, and my husband ordered the Sunrise Mountain (open faced croissant with eggs, sausage, and cheese). He thought it should have more sausage but tasted good. The portions are good a generous size. The potatoes with their Diablo seasoning were really good. He had a carafe of coffee, and I had a raspberry iced tea. Our server was Alma, and she was very sweet and efficient. Not too crowded for 11am on a Monday but started to pick up as we were leaving. They have outdoor seating too, but this is literally just along the building with the parking lot right there. The atmosphere inside was pretty good, and the little train going around the ceiling of the restaurant was cool. Overall, it was a good experience, but just expect to pay $15-$20 per person for breakfast.

Went around 1 for lunch. Service was fast and the food was good. I reccomend the Ruben Sandwich.

Google
Excellent breakfast restaurant! Lots of seating and the staff was very friendly and welcoming! So many options on the menu. The biscuits and gravy was excellent and the side of potatoes were really good! The classic breakfast was superb and the ham was tender and juicy! Definitely a must try breakfast spot

Alex, our server was incredible! He was very interactive and attentive to our needs. My family had an amazing experience and will absolutely be back. When it got busy, the GM Amber was helping Alex out. She assisted him with us with great enthusiasm and charisma. Both of these individuals are a wonderful asset to your team!

$19 for the "Works Omelet " $18 for a breakfast skillet 🍳 $10 for two drinks AND...$10 for TWO single pancakes 🥞 🤔. Who would have ever thought PANCAKES with nothing with them can get so expensive!!!...The Egg Works was one of NY favorite breakfast restaurants. Nice size portions affordable cozy place for the family....2 yrs ago. Sad to say... the prices are HIGH, and my $20 omelet was missing a great portion of meat, mostly just a big fluffy egg. Wait, service needs improvement . I literally had to KEEP waving at the waiter for napkins and the check. Oh and he was so kind to throw waffles on my check that I didn't even order😏. Overall..food is good, higher prices, smaller portions.

Google
Great place to get breakfast for a reasonable price. Friendly service. I had the cinnamon raisin French toast and it was very good and filling. Four full slices of bread. Wound up taking it home and having the leftovers for lunch the next day. The free nana nut muffin was very good. Almost a dessert.

Yelp
Best breakfast in Vegas. I am watching my weight right now & have just been getting 2 eggs & sautéed spinach. The Spinach Bennie is to die for when I feel like splurging on my diet. Omelettes are wonderful & huge. You can get a half order of anything if you're watching what you eat. Very nice kids menu. Our granddaughter loves it especially the banana nut muffin. Service is always good! I eat breakfast here almost everyday!

Yelp
This place always has a very good vibe to it. The service is amazing. Judy was a great server

Yelp
I always find it hard to pick my fav breakfast spot here in Vegas. We have some really great options. Egg Works is awesome for breakfast but did you know they have some bomb lunch items too? Today I was planning on their tuna melt because it's so good, but when I saw they had Cincinnati Chili (5 way-just do it) I melted! OMG it's spaghetti with meat sauce but not the Italian kind, the slightly sweet Cincinnati kind. Add a ton of cheese, onions and beans and you will melt too! Freaking incredible! I will be back soon because it's that good! Judy was our super nice server who you could tell genuinely enjoys her job and customers. She was a breath of fresh air in today's world. She is definitely an asset to Egg Works!

Yelp
Excellent service and excellent food. I came by myself and was seated immediately and waited on. My waitress was super nice and helpful for my questions. I got the hash brown skillet which was great and a lot of food. I'm from Cincinnati and love our chili so once I saw that they offered Cincy style chili I had to try it. I even got it to go and they box everything separately so nothing is soggy. Yes to answer your question it was pretty spot on for cincy style chili. Not as good as skyline- but close!! Got a Vegas spot I was super impressed.

Yelp
So hungry, I forgot to take pictures of the food earlier today. Went inside and ordered a pork chop and eggs breakfast as well as a New York steak and eggs breakfast both with sticky rice. Also an order of Hawaiian French toast. All three meals were delicious!

Yelp
I've been going here for several years ever since I discovered this little breakfast spot in Vegas. Always a chill atmosphere small mom b pop feel w fresh hot food. I like their little pigs omelet and potatoes s no spice it comes w a mexican sprinkle of seasoning just prefer mine plain. They also have this what looks like a huge chocolate chip muffin but no-it's actually banana nut bread and it's delicious. Just fyi I don't like bananas or nuts in muffins but just try it you will understand what I'm talk it about lol. But do not travel with it packed ins carry on at the Vega airport -the security pulled my bag aside bc it looked like a brick of weed apparently bc it's saran wrapped- I had no idea it's funny looking back bc I just wanted to bring my mom a mini loaf to try but not enough to get security involved next time haha. It tasted so good it's almost criminal ;)

Yelp
I used to like going to eggworks. But after today, I will no longer return. I ordered egg benedict, and what I got was a mess. Didn't even try to make it look like benedict. The yoke had popped. What happened was is the eggs weren't cooked properly. That's where they were all slimy. An eggs benedict is not cheap. I think that's what makes me mad.The most.

Yelp
Great fast service off the stop breakfast. Restaurant has a cool model train that runs inside the restaurant.

Jaynar S.

Yelp
Been to this location many times, and each time it doesn't fail. We had the Breakfast Sandwich and the Breakfast Burrito. The service was excellent and our server Jordyn was super friendly. The interior is spacious, but it can get crowded on weekends. The train was under renovation, we we didn't get to see it go around the restaurant. FYi, this location does not have a patio, so their outdoor seating is on a sidewalk area. Friendly staff and great food!

Yelp
I would have taken a picture but the food came out so fast that I couldn't help it! Carla was a doll, took all our orders without writing them down and didn't get anything wrong! She was soo pleasant and made good suggestions on what to get. The place was quiet and cozy, just what we needed!

Ryan K.

Yelp
Great food and excellent service. Muffins are amazing. Bottomless coffee is perfect for breakfast.

Yelp
Everytime my friend comes to Vegas he has to hit up Eggworks - he's obsessed with the roasted potatoes. The potatoes here are definitely delicious since they're roasted to perfection in spices. I got the breakfast burrito which was pretty good but a must order is the Eggs Benedict since the hollandaise was so creamy and almost cheesy tasting. It was the perfect sauce especially when paired with the potatoes. The real star of the show is the banana nut muffin - warm, gooey, and so good. Definitely gonna come back for their crepes and other brunch items!

Yelp
Aug. 4, 8AM. We always look forward to Sunday breakfast at #EggWorks. Always good service & delicious food with generous portions. Because I can only eat so much, I always have a to-go for lunch & sometimes dinner! We always get their #banananutbread. Moist & crunchy, it's a treat! #LasVegasFoodie #LasVegasGil

Yelp
The food was good but my chile relleno omelet sauce didn't taste authentic. I like the seasoning on the potatoes and our server Carla was really sweet. The coffee was meh it was not bold enough.
google avatar

Michelle F.

Yelp
Tried the classic breakfast comes with scrambled eggs, 3 slices of bacon (or sausage, Turkey bacon, ham, impossible sausage, etc), and your choice of potatoes, fruit, toast, banana nut muffin. Food was a basic breakfast vibe - the banana nut muffin was served warm and is DELISH. If you check in on Yelp you get a free banana nut muffin as well. The servings are massive. If you order coffee they leave a carafe of hot coffee at the table. Service is prompt, friendly and attentive. Food came out hot and fast. Plenty of parking available in the shared parking lot.

Yelp
Every time we come we enjoy our meals and the impeccable service. Today Suzy served us, her smile is always comforting. I like how all the servers bring out the food when it's done regardless of who the server is. Flamingo serves are a great team! Lacey let us know if we check in on this app we get a free muffin.
google avatar

Deborah C.

Yelp
Food was just right, ambience good, but I can only take so much country music Service is brilliant by all the staff, but JUDY deserves an extra shout- out for such a great attitude so early on a Saturday morning. Thank you team. We'll see you again. Regards Debbie Cooper

Yelp
I went today around 7:30am. It wasn't too busy and I was able to get seated and order pretty quickly. The server was really nice and answered some of my questions. I got the bacon and avocado omelette and replaced my carbs (bread and potatoes) with protein. It was pretty filling and the taste was ok. The atmosphere overall was chill and very friendly. Would definitely come back and try something new!

Cybil V.

Yelp
Was happy to see the Flamingo location is open a little later than the Summerlin location. This is my favorite salad but for almost $20 the least they can do is make sure all the ingredients are on there. Never mind, the size of the salads generally are inconsistent and range from a nice portion to a little larger than a side salad (at both locations). There were no walnuts on the salad, I thought the cheese was grated Parm because of how sparse it was and there was literally one round of cucumber cut in half. The rest of the ingredients were on there but honestly I'd be embarrassed if this is what my kitchen was turning out for $20. Total rip-off

Yelp
Great selection, great service and yes great breakfast. We were a table of eight. All of our meals came out promptly and were delicious. Loved the banana muffin.

Yelp
Had breakfast here and loved it! Server was super friendly (Judy I believe) and food was great! Got the classic breakfast with banana muffin.....mmmmmmmm so good! I've been to several egg works locations but i think this one is my favorite!

Dwayne C.

Yelp
Went here last week and had this great server named Judy. She took our order and within minutes brought us our hot baked banana bread muffin. It was so good, and the butter I put on it made it heavenly. Soon after she brought our skillets which were excellent and told us about the smiling guys to flip over to get service. How clever! I used it to get a box for my take home leftovers, and she was there in a flash. Need more servers like her and more banana muffins.

Yelp
Pre-Covid the egg works with something I look forward to and unfortunately quality has diminished would not recommend
google avatar

Kacee B.

Yelp
Egg-cellent as always! The grilled reuben with fries was good and so was the veggie omelet with cubed seasoned potatoes. We came around 12noon so it wasn't crowded like it could be with the morning crowd. Our waitress was Carla and she amazingly memorized all orders from diff tables without even writing anything down. She was very friendly and attentive. Come on by to support them and grab some really good grubs to fuel you up!
google avatar

Leanne C.

Yelp
Had breakfast here this morning. Our server was Yasmin. She was so nice and attentive. The restaurant is really cute. There are roosters around and it looks like a farm. I ordered the avocado bacon omelet, the avocado was inside the omelet and most of it was brown. That is why I'm giving 4 stars. I think it should always be on top but that's just me. I would go back because of the service we received. Maddy has the loco moco and loved it
google avatar

Tina S.

Yelp
Egg-xellent! This is a good place for breakfast or brunch. We got steak and eggs with toast, the loaded omelette with banana muffin, and the works waffle which includes 2 eggs (any style) and you can choose from bacon, ham, and egg. Customer service is friendly! Dasia (our assigned waitress) was courteous and attentive; she always checked on us. Lilly the manager was also kind and warm. This is one of our fave go-to places for breakfast when in Vegas!
google avatar

Rick G.

Yelp
I can't believe I just spent $80 for eggs! Let me start by saying I've been coming here for about 10 years but they just priced me out! They charge $4 for using your card and $4 for using cash . All their price went way up from $9 to $17 a plate! Crazy! So if I ever go back I will have to discount the tip money from all the stupid charges I usually give $7 for regular service to $12 for great service which is sad for the waitress cause most of them are great. The food is good but not $80 good ! So sad . And they are under staff, our waitress looked stressed but was doing her best. I remember waiting 20 minutes to get seated every time we went but now looks halfway empty, must feel the way I do ! Good bye for ever egg works!

Roger R.

Yelp
Me and my wife are on our anniversary breakfast date this place is great in everyway the service is a he best I ever had also if you never been here before tell them and they give you a free house made banana muffins they are even great Roger and Heather

Yelp
This is a very cute breakfast, brunch/ lunch place with cute decor and a sweet little locomotive that goes around the whole restaurant. The wait staff is so friendly and kind! It was our first time there and our waitress made wonderful recommendations, my husband had that banana muffin and loved it! I had the waffle breakfast and it was very filling and great, my guy had an omelette that he enjoyed as well. The attentive waitresses made sure our coffee and tea were always topped off. I think we've found our new breakfast spot!
google avatar

Lacy E.

Yelp
This is a nice, easy to get a table, breakfast place. Decorated with farm artwork and playing country on the radio; we were greeted by nice smiles. When you walk in they sell a variety of hot sauces. Our server was very sweet, she seemed quite busy but had a good attitude. I could have used a refill on my iced tea but it was not the end of the world. I did like how they leave the whole coffee pitcher at the table, my fiancé was happy about that. The menu is huge, there is no shortage of options! We especially enjoyed their island selections. The Loco Moco was good compared to some other spots we have tried around Las Vegas; not quite as good as the real thing in Hawaii though (: Also, their fried potatoes are fantastic; they are seasoned with a kick and not over cooked or too crispy. We will be in again soon with the kids next time! Also, dog friendly patio for the pet parents out there!
google avatar

Kalani D.

Yelp
This is our go to spot for breakfast. Food is large portion which i love, Their seasoned potatoes are too die for, Service is great as well , We love the train that goes around the place , makes it feel homey.

Yelp
It has been quite some time since I've last visited egg works, but it still feels like yesterday with the amazing food (in my case, the traditional eggs Benedict) served with their amazing hashbrowns all with a warm and friendly environment and ambiance. The service has been quite well even throughout hard times and the prices are justifiable for the portion sizes you get! Would definitely recommend this breakfast place for anyone that's never been or to anyone that's interested in breakfast! Also, don't forget to order their amazing banana nut muffin!!
google avatar

Ryan G.

Yelp
If you don't order a warm banana-nut muffin, you might need to re -evaluate your life choices! Love the loco moco.

Yelp
Having been here many times, this is a great place to have brunch. I really enjoy eating here!

Yelp
Awesome place. Great food, I got the Cabo Burrito, service and environment. Judy was a great waitress. Very kind and considerate. Those PO-TA-TOES with the special seasoning is just exceptional. One of a kind.

Yelp
First time had a breakfast at this establishment and it was good . We did outdoor dining in this beautiful weather. The menu has great selections, I had a waffle with two eggs / ham special and it was good . The eggs were cooked to perfection, waffle was freshly made topped with whipped cream and strawberries, the ham was tender and it has great smoky flavor. The salad was made fresh , thank our server Martha's attentive service, quality food check was within a few minutes, she had a great smile with eye contact, that's what the good server should be . We definitely will be back . Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP)

Yelp
So I've been craving Cincinnati chili and I was happy to find out that I could drive less than a mile from my house and order this. So I placed an order for pickup and drove over there, picked it up and when I got into my car and looked into the bag I realized that there was no cheese included. So I had to go back into the restaurant and let them know there is no cheese in the bag . I sat and waited and they come out with this little tiny container of cheddar cheese, but that's the thing with Cincinnati Chili, for a legit experience you have to put gobs of cheese on it. The description of this dish by Egg Works says that it's covered in cheese and comes with oyster crackers. I don't exactly consider that little tiny container to be enough to cover the dish once I plate it. And I don't really need gobs but I like to get what I pay for and I base that off the description on their menu. When the girl brought the cheese to me and I saw the tiny condiment container it was put into, I said to her "Oh that's all?" I said you guys don't really know how to do Cincinnati Chili, do you? And she just said sorry. They also didn't include any oyster crackers even though the menu says that it comes with them. I hate being shorted. Thus the review. I won't order it again unless I sit down in the restaurant and eat.

Yelp
Best local's spot for breakfast and brunch. Friendly staff. Comfortable atmosphere. Cool model train rolling around the ceiling. The menu has something for everyone. My go-to is the Island Favorite - Spam, Eggs and Steamed Rice accompanied with Aloha Shoyu. At this location, Alma is our favorite server. She is kind, friendly and professional. But every server we've had is great. Best way to start the day! A must visit.
google avatar

Daniyar S.

Yelp
I come here at least 1-2 times a month. Come here for NYC steak and hablo diablo potatoes! Probably one the best breakfast places in Vegas.

Carolina T.

Yelp
Great customer service! The food is delicious and the banana nut muffin is the best I've ever had. We will definitely be coming back !
google avatar

Yelp
Good and food is consistent, Diablo Bloody Mary is A+ Menu never changes but they always have a daily special
google avatar

Carol W.

Yelp
A great spot for early breakfast. Traditional favorites as well as an array of flavorful newbies. My all-time favorite is the house-made corned beef hash topped with perfectly cooked poached eggs. I ventured from the regular & tried the omelette quesadilla which was awesome! Spicy but not overly hot, a real winner for me. The service is always prompt & with a smile- they aim to pleased. The portion sizes are hardy. They're known for their banana nut bread & muffins. If you ever taste either, you'll know why-simply scrumptious.
google avatar

Yelp
Wow! Everything was great. I was in charged of a huge group of people, 20+, and they where able to accommodate us with no problem. Everyone loved their food and service was second to none. I order a custom meal, egg whites, sausage, chicken, tortillas and avocado, I loved it.
google avatar

Brian R.

Yelp
The food is really great and the atmosphere is nice. We were sat almost immediately and had very fast service. I had the Eggs Benedict and the hollandaise sauce was great. The only thing I would change is the black olives that were used as a garnish. The Biscuits and Gravy are on point and the potatoes with the Habla Diablo seasoning was amazing.
google avatar

Yelp
Our first time here. We were looking for early morning breakfast places. Also looking specifically close to the Summerlin area and found this local chain. Good breakfasts and extremely friendly staff. Pricing was reasonable and service was fast. If you're looking for a good old fashioned breakfast this is a great early morning place

Jim N.

Yelp
Great service and food . Always courteous and served with generous portions . Highly recommend!!

Yelp
Come hungry!! I was blown away by the portion sizes. Had a Bloody Mary and a southwest Cobb salad. Bloody was delicious. The Cobb was enough to feed a crowd, and also delicious -- just a bit difficult to navigate! I ate the chicken and avocado off the top of the precarious salad mountain piled high and to the rim of my platter. 45 minutes later, I was still working on the rest of my plate lol. Next time I'll either ask for a second plate or for just half the greens. That said, the dressing was outstanding, chicken was moist, and the avocado was chefs kiss. Service was lovely, everyone was friendly and helpful. Will return.

Yelp
While browsing for brunch locations, Egg Works kept popping up as there are a couple of locations throughout Las Vegas. This particular location is closest to Red Rock Canyons, which was where I was headed after brunch. The wait wasn't too long the day after Thanksgiving. I really appreciated Suzy as she provided excellent service. Before putting in the order, she mentioned that the kitchen was backed-up as that morning Egg Works was short-staffed. She offered delicious banana muffins to ease any hunger. I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't mind the wait. I opted for the Works Veggie Benny with home-style potatoes. Everything was delicious and as expected. Suzy came by a few times, as well as her colleagues to make sure everything was good. I appreciated that teamwork! Outdoor dining is also available, but I thought it was a little chilly to eat outside but upon leaving, I saw a few customers eating outside. Ample parking is available and close to Red Rock Canyon (about 10-15 min drive). Prices are fair and their menu is very extensive! I'd love to try another item at my next visit. #42/2021

Yelp
Egg works is the best to get food at very great customer service and in general just loved the environment.
