We are visiting from Texas and were pleasantly surprised that we were able to walk in and sit right down. Everything turned out just as good as it looks and the level of service wastop notch. Couldn't think of a better breakfast place in downtown Montreal. We also can’t say enough great things about our waiter, Ranjan!

Google
We came here for brunch and were impressed by the wide variety of choices. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. However, the menu was very dirty and sticky, which was off-putting. It would be much better if the menu were updated and cleaned, and some improvements to the food would also be appreciated.

Google
Good place for breakfast. They had some unique options but the menu felt slightly limited. Drinks were delicious but I found the orange juice in my sangria to have too much pulp. I didn’t realize there were two floors to the building and there was more seating than expected. Was quiet which was perfect for some good conversation. Overall a very good place and will visit again.

Google
The place is at a busy intersection downtown area/ near st Catherine street where all the shopping & eateries are. Service was lovely and we were quickly seated even though it was busy and food was delivered fairly quickly to the table too , we went around brunch hour on Saturday. The menu makes it hard to choose one thing and the eggs were perfect with just a slightly sour hollandaise sauce. The house salad on the side was good with ample dressing/ the lyonnaise potatoes were perfectly flavoured and done just right. The all American breakfast came with bacon, sausages and ham and poached eggs which hit the spot! Loved the quantities which weren’t crazy but just right. My pancakes though were delicious but I found one corner chewy and I wasn’t sure if they accidentally put in the packaging paper when cutting some ingredient. The coffee was excellent and the burger too was delicious.

Google
Great welcome, friendly service with a smile from Rubel. The food was 'eggs-ellent' - I had the crab cakes Benedict. Definitely stop by, especially if you've just walked down from watching the sunrise at the Belvedere viewpoint on Mount Royal. Or any time! Recommended :)

Google
Eggspectation - Maisonneuve offers a solid breakfast and brunch experience with a wide variety of menu items to choose from. The portions were decent and satisfying, though not overly large. While the prices could be a bit more competitive, they’re still fair for the quality and atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite, well-dressed, and respectful, adding a professional yet friendly touch to the visit. The warm and welcoming environment made the overall experience very enjoyable. Definitely a great spot to start your day!

Google
We came for breakfast and loved it so much, we came back 2 more times during our trip to Montreal. The staff is so friendly and kind. The atmosphere and ambiance is great. Rubel served us first time. We specifically asked for his section each time (see photo). But all the staff on all 3 visits were so lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Google
Everything was horrible. Worst egg benedict I’ve eaten. Questionable pancake, and the fruits were awful. Iced coffee was also bad. Only thing that tasted okay were the potato slices with onions. But definitely wont come back again. Expensive and awful. Not to mention the flies that kept harassing us when we were eating. Horrible experience.

Yelp
We found this place after trying hard to find the other famous location. Yes, there are two locations. This one is located near the parking area, while the other is near the constructions, and no parking was available. The restaurant has two floors, and we dined downstairs by the window. We had Rubel as our waiter. We ordered French toast, eggs, and potatoes for me, and Hubby had his eggs with meat. Believe it or not, it was pretty good, especially the French toast came with maple syrup from Canada!! I think you should try it.

Yelp
I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it fell short in every way. The food was bland seriously lacking in flavor, and to make matters worse, it arrived cold. There was no attention to detail in the seasoning, and it felt like the dishes had been sitting out for far too long before they reached our table. For the price, I expected a much higher quality experience. Sadly, it was not worth it There are plenty of other places that put more care into their food. I won't be coming back, and I suggest you look elsewhere if you're seeking a satisfying meal.

Yelp
Food was very good. Service was very good. Ambiance was nice. Prices were not cheap, considering. I'd go back.

Yelp
Breakfast was mediocre at best. I had an omelette which was ok. Potatoes that came with it were terrible. Bagel was not good either. My wife had a waffle and she said it tasted like cardboard. This place seems to cater to tourists vs offering quality local food.

Yelp
I came here about two weeks ago for breakfast and was satisfied with the overall experience & quality of the restaurant. It is located in the Golden Square Mile, so don't be surprised when you see expensive smoothies & juices on the menu. My order consisted of a delicious crepe with chocolate, bananas & strawberries, and an original smoothie on the side!
google avatar

Lauri T.

Yelp
Service HORRIBLE! Ordered a beer and they brought it out unopened. Took them 15-20 minutes to bring it back so then it was warm. Ordered the burger the way it came but was charged and additional $7 for tomato, lettuce, onion and pickle. The burger looked delicious but no one in our group finished it because the meat did not taste like beef!
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent food and service. I was very impressed with the amount of food that was on our plates! We couldn't eat it all! The people are very friendly. We will be back!

Yelp
Delicious food, friendly and efficient service, and cute restaurant. We stopped by in Saturday morning and it quickly got busy after we arrived. We ordered the breakfast poutine, Yolk Around the Clock, Eggstraordinary Breakfast, and sides of the fruit cup, smoked salmon and bacon. It was eggcellent! Kept us full for a long day of sightseeing!
google avatar

Yelp
Food was great, our service was good, and the scenery is very cute! Very big portions!

Yelp
I came here for a late breakfast, and had a great experience. I sat at the bar and was quickly greeted to offer coffee and water to start my meal. I looked over the menu and decided to have the eggspectation omelette. It was very good with a side of potatoes and fruit. Next visit I'm looking forward to trying something new.

Yelp
Just got there for Brunch with my dad and OMG that was good . Even for pickiest eaters like me they got something and can accommodate you very well I got the Honey yogurt and asked with an extra apple as it's pretty much the only fruit I'm eating and they did it without any problem nor hesitation. That was simply delicious . Our waiter was very smiley and friendly and they provide super fast and efficient service. Definitely would recommend this place anytime and will be back that's for sure

Yelp
This is a very large restaurant on two floors, so finding a place to sit shouldn't be a problem! I was impressed by the friendly, professional service, the overall cleanliness, and, of course, the food. I had Classic Eggs Benedict. It came with home fries and some fruit slices. Tasty. And I enjoyed a Latte. Also well-made. Ambience? Noisy but fun!

Yelp
While on vacation on Montreal, Eggspectation was pleasant spot to stop in for a weekday breakfast. I ordered the sandwich that essentially was a BLT (bacon, lettuce, and tomato) on a St. Viateur bagel. If you did not already know, the St. Viateur bagels are one of the most renowned in the city. The sandwich was delightful with some very thick bacon. Since I was on vacation, i opted to add booze to my coffee (my wife got almond milk hot chocolate). Both were great! The service was great, very attentive. It was also nice to be able to walk in and get a table for two right away. Add Eggspectation to your list!

Karen J.

Yelp
Food was very fresh and good. The ambiance of the restaurant was bright and clean and comfortable. The service provided by Rubel was excellent. This is a nice place to enjoy a leisurely meal in Montreal.

Yelp
Not sure why this place only had 3.5 stars because everything was wonderful. The service was prompt and professional, we were immediately seated in a booth near the bar that was very comfortable. The coffee was okay but my husband enjoyed his Bloody Mary very much. The eggs Benedict was good, the hollandaise tasted homemade. I liked the potatoes that came with it and the fruit. My son enjoyed his omelette. We also ordered the Brie crostini and it was very simple and delicious. All in all there was nothing I disliked about my experience. I feel act I would like to come back for lunch some time!

Harriet J.

Yelp
Decent but unnecessarily lukewarm meal. Our server was very young and seemed overwhelmed, but I blame the management for our barely warm food. We were seated right by the kitchen and I could see our food waiting for our server. However, there was no bell or other signal to let her know an order was ready. From the front of the restaurant the servers cannot see what is ready. The other server looked at our order and since we weren't her table, she just left it there. A better trained server would have delivered it. I was really tempted to stand up and get our plates myself. After at least 5 minutes it was finally brought the 5 feet to our table by our busy server. It was nicely prepared but it would have tasted much better hot from the kitchen.

Gemini D.

Yelp
The food is a work of delicious art. I ordered Belgian waffles with strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream and it was incredible. The waiter was nice and service was fast. The ambiance was low key and relaxed. Overall 5/5 I recommend greatly.

Yelp
In Montreal for the weekend and visited Eggspectation. This was the best breakfast I have had in a very long time. Our waiter, Alex, was professional and friendly. We sat outside in the morning sunshine. The fruit juices were freshly squeezed and so refreshing. The food was excellent; Yolk around the clock with a wood fired bagel was absolutely delicious! And the best lyonnaise potatoes, just so scrumptious! My hubby got Eggstraordinary with brioche French toast and Canadian maple syrup (extremely flavorful with hint of vanilla). My son got the Montrealer and the meat was delicious (almost like Pastrami). Lest I forget, the fresh fruit served with each breakfast; watermelon, pineapple and oranges. Perfection! Overall, the best breakfast ever! We'll be back.

Yelp
It's been a long time since I went there, use to be there all the time back in the 90's after the clubs. The menu is very colourful and the staff is pleasant. Busy place but we started out with coffee. Our meals came so quickly that I was skeptical. I ordered extravaganza eggs, French toast, bacon and potatoes. I was excited and hungry but soon as our hostess put our plates down a piece of dark hair sticking on top of my potatoes. Ugh! I didn't eat the potatoes and they were actually soggy. That kinda ruined the whole experience. Travelling as a child to the States which they wear hair nets and gloves when having contact with food, never understanding why it's not practiced everywhere. It should Be! I did share this with our hostess but she just acted surprised.. I will not return, many other places for great brunches..

Jo A.

Yelp
The food was decent and filled me up quite nicely. Service was great, workers are nice and friendly. The ambience is the best thing about the place though. Overall a decent breakfast place.

Yelp
The breakfast food here is quality. Delicious and comforting. Our Vancouver server was a truly excellent server and excellent conversationalist. It is a little noisy out on the street. But the tables on the sidewalks feel like you're getting the Montreal street experience and the Grand Prix was being set up. Overall I'd recommend. Good food, great service.

Kiana R.

Yelp
This restaurant has a very cute atmosphere. The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. As a tourist, they offered great menu recommendations. We got the maple bacon and pear waffles, which I definitely recommend. The eggs Benedict was good.

Yelp
The food, service, and ambiance were all a 5/5! We were a big group and they were able to accommodate us without a reservation (the place is pretty spacious, with 2 stories full of tables). Food came out quick, and was delicious! Prices were also pretty reasonable.

Yelp
Food was great. They do serve a lot so beware if you have a small appetite. I had it delivered to my house.

Yelp
We were looking for a breakfast/brunch option near our hotel while visiting Montreal and came across Eggspectation. It ended up being a very good option. The menu has an extensive array of breakfast options from simple (basic waffles and eggs) to creative (s'mores French toast or fancy crepes.) They also have lunch options as well, although most people seemed to opt for breakfast when we visited. Everything tasted good and came out hot. The service was friendly. Their menu is available in both English and French, and they were helpful despite our limited French skills! Both the host and our server spoke excellent English and were friendly about it.

Yelp
On both of our trips to Montréal, weather was either crisp or just downright bitter. Butter toast would've been a great starter before hitting Old Montréal... but let's be honest, Seafood rules here and I wasn't gonna pass that up. Main Level has lots of seating space with counter service also- plus an upstairs. But with all their space though, table arrangement is just downright tight. But looking back, service was friendly. Brick walls, cement flooring, metal chairs, wooden tables and ceiling pipes- make up the style. My Lobster Benedict (w/ no Hollandaise as I requested), had small Lobster chunks- and was tasty. Mimosas were another hit as Eggspectation didn't cut corners with the bubbly. On our second trip though, wanted to relive that outstanding Lobster Benny- but the Lobster was chopped up in gaziliion pieces and tasteless- and left more than half behind. As a back up, Nutella Walnut Pancakes, turned out to be good. I liked their menu and felt it has something everyone can agree on. And for a Breakfast/ Lunch spot on the go, Eggspectation was good.

Yelp
Great breakfast!! Ordered the tall stack - the surprise was underneath the top pancake! Amazing!!

Yelp
At first I was hesitant in stopping here since I'm not exactly impressed with the ones in the US. However, this eggspectation proved me wrong. The food was well prepared, it included fruits and even baked beans. The service was also top notch. Thanks for a wonderful breakfast.

Yelp
Words that describe this restaurant: Astonishing, Eggselence, Delightful, Quality and On point! I've had all types of eggs, but these were so so good. Something about them tasted differently, but in a good way. First of the name is clever and its attractive. Also their slogan "Grab the days by the egg". Nice word play! As I was thinking all they had was eggs. To my surprise the inside reminded me of and old building with the brick walls. Classic looking seats added an additional touch to the place. Now to the stuff you came here for. Let's start off with the cappuccino, man did it satisfy my coffee craving, bold and good to the last drop. They're proud of their drop coffee as custom-roasting. They use high quality Arabica beans. According what I was I told that the coffee is roasted in Italy and prepared using a traditional Italian artisanal recipe. Which is we the coffee is superbly so good. At our table we had the following and were sharing some: Best way to Kick-start your day with a some stacks of pancakes that come layered in between with sausages, bacon and potatoes and top with a sunny side egg. Sound like a lot but the bit I had was full of flavor and even though it looked like a dish that will fill you all up day, it really was moist, soft and filling. But you'll be good for lunch or dinner after having this. The fruit was a good touch too. Another surprising dish was the Yolk Around The Clock. This is sliced bagel grilled with a sunny-side-up egg in each hole, topped with bacon and cheddar on one half and Swiss cheese on the other, with their famous seasoned Lyonnaise-style potatoes on the side. This looked so good that I had it the next day for my breakfast. Clever way to make a breakfast sammich (sandwich). On my first trip there I had the heavenly All American, I asked for my two eggs to be over easy. This came with the perfectly seasoned Lyonnaise-style potatoes, bacon, sausages, ham, baked beans and white toast (you can choose multigrain if you prefer). The potatoes were crispy and seasoned to perfection until the last bite. Bacon, sausages and ham were all on point not too salty as some other restaurants, just perfect. The baked beans was a surprisingly good touch and cooked perfectly. The fruit took it over the top. My friend had the Southwest Sunrise and damn did that plate look so good. Which he did enjoy. Imagine an omelette filled with cheddar, Swiss and Gruyère cheeses, sautéed peppers, then topped with strips of freshly sliced avocado, our special salsa and sour cream. Served with our Lyonnaise-style potatoes. Let's just say that the plate was clean when he was done. I couldn't leave without trying the waffles (not knowing if we were coming back for seconds the next day) . The classic waffle which is a traditional Belgian waffle, served hot off the griddle with pure Canadian maple syrup. This was buttery, crispy and the syrup just took it over the top. Such a perfect breakfast! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a wonderful breakfast experience!

Yelp
Came here 1 year ago for my visit to Montreal and finally getting around to writing my review. Still a very memorable spot even now. Came with my friends for breakfast before touring around downtown Montreal. The place looked simple and cozy, both of which I like. We were seated fairly quickly and our server was very friendly and helpful in aiding us with choosing our meals. We actually made multiple trips to Eggspectation mainly due to their consistently good food. We had the Eggspectation Omelette, Southwest Sunrise, Pears bacon and maple waffle, Banana and chocolate crepe, The Uneggspected and their Chicken and waffles. Everything came out delicious but their omelettes in particular were exceptional in my opinion, but to be fair I do like omelettes a lot. Our server was also kind enough to tell us sites and locations to visit as well. Overall a definite recommendation to visit if youre in Montreal. Would absolutely visit again to try more on their menu and even get the same things

Yelp
Okay so we got here at 12:30, our food arrived at 2 pm. They are so insanely slow here and although I understand it was busy breakfast should not take that long for 4 people. The food was also mediocre and so were the drinks. The staff seemed to just be talking to each other and not focusing on the customers at hand. Our server was also rude and didn't care about us. And they charge for boxes... anyways.- I'm all for saving the planet but bruh. BFFR

Yelp
This is one of those places that you underestimate from the outside looking in, typically because of how plain and simple it looks. I promise you... It will exceed all of your expectations.. literally (hence the name lol). The breakfast food here can not be beaten by any other place that I've encountered in the area so far. Your food comes out very quick and perfectly made. Everyone is extremely helpful with what's on the menu. If you are not a French speaker accommodations are made. The prices are AMAZING and everything is super clean. I do not have one bad thing to say about this place and each location is great! I totally recommend if you are debating it!
google avatar

Jackie S.

Yelp
Okay fine so Eggspectation is a chain but it's GOOD! The menu is huge and diverse, and the prices are good. There's outdoor seating and inside is very cool too. I wasn't in the mood for eggs so I got the breakfast parfait and it was fantastic. My friend got the salmon benedict and enjoyed it very much as well. Good service, good food, food menu, and an awesome location, chain or not it was worth stopping in for brunch.

Yelp
Pretty standard breakfast fare at a most definitely tourist hub. I ordered the Veggie Omelette. They give you a big basket of toast while you wait for the rest of your food, but I wish the toast wasn't pre-buttered. The omelette itself is pretty big, but there wasn't much asparagus in there, and what little there was, it was just some old stalks. Potatoes were good, as was the watermelon slice, but the orange slice looked old and a bit dried. Overall nothing extraordinary, but it was a filling breakfast that fueled me for the rest of the day (even without meat). Thumbs up! Service was also quick and efficient. Everyone there spoke English, which is another plus for "ignant" Americans like me. A solid place for breakfast if you don't have time to go elsewhere.

Brian G.

Yelp
If your in the mood for a nice, hearty breakfast, this should be your go-to. Good selection of items and reasonably priced for downtown Montreal.

Yelp
So I had high eggspectations for this place given the name. Unfortunately, it was a colossal letdown in an otherwise fantastic vacation dining out at places. We got sat and the server took our drink orders (coffee and hot water for tea). After coming back with those she disappeared. Oh we occasionally saw her helping others, but never coming by to check on us. After being at the restaurant for 20 solid minutes and still not even putting our food in we were ready to go. The trigger was when the table behind us who were sat minutes after us had their meals arrive from the kitchen. We hadn't even put our order in and they were already about to eat! We got up to walk out. Upon descending the stairs to exit the manager at the front asked us how our meal was... we told him flat out that we had not been served for over 15 minutes and were leaving. In a panic he tried to set things right and invited us to take a seat at a nearby open table and promised us that we would be served right then and there. In a mad dash he got us place settings and sat us and assigned us a server after asking us what we wanted. I opted to try the Chicken and Waffles... the tag line on the menu stated "a dish you will not soon forget". I wish I could. The manager did provide us with complimentary fresh squeezed orange juice, which was good, but that seemed to be the extent of his efforts to make things right. (and the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1) When my food eventually arrived, I finally understood why I could not find any pictures of the Chicken & Waffles on Yelp... it's so underwhelming that no one bothered. Well I will. The chicken was essentially chicken tenders that tasted like they were frozen ones heated up. The waffle seemed the same, it was too perfectly shaped and bland. This was definitely not a waffle made at this restaurant with batter. The chicken was barely warm, and it sat on a bed of sad arugula. I also had to ask for butter to go with it... which came in packets! You mean you don't have any real butter to provide?!? It's a shame that this place was so underwhelming, it seemed really cute and kitschy. Maybe this place is ok for eggs and their accoutrements, but anything else I would avoid. I luckily have many other better bookmarked places for breakfast when back in Montreal.

Yelp
I should preface that I am not a bruncher, but had a lovely brunch at Eggspectation on our last day in Montreal! My group and I had ordered 3 separate meals: -Montrealer omelette -Some dish with pancakes & maple syrup, bacon (forgot the name sorry) -Western omelette (my dish) I cannot comment how well the meals were in comparison to other places, but I enjoyed the quality and quantity of food we had on our plates which was decently priced. My omelette was not super fancy, but served the traditional mix of eggs, bell peppers, bacon, sausage, and cheese well. My group also enjoyed their meals as well. I loved the fact that all of our plates had fresh fruits (cantaloupe and grapefruit) in them which cleansed our palate at the end. We thought the Canadian maple syrup tasted quite light and better than the one served in America. No duh, haha! Another memorable experience was me tripping down the stairs and had to have several workers help me get up. Our waiter was so nice and checked on me afterward! Good customer service in a city full of eateries is always a plus in my book! (Btw, you can see my brunch meal in my profile photo.)

Yelp
Best breakfast place anywhere for me, and I'm from NY, family friendly and group friendly, food is always 5 stars and fresh. Don't know why it's around 3 star average here.

Yelp
A lovely breakfast place, with plenty of options. The space is bright and has plenty of seating. We were seated in a booth, which was nice and cozy. I had the eggsuberant, which included two eggs, sausage, pancakes, potatoes, and fruit. It was super filling. The pancakes were fluffy and tasty. But I found the sausages to be on the saltier side. I also had the green juice, which was quite large and refreshing. Overall, the meal was satisfying and filling. Service was attentive and friendly. I'd recommend checking this place out for breakfast if you're around.

Yelp
Large restaurant with sitting outdoors, indoors first floor or second floor. Huge menu, could probably eat here 5 days in a row and not get tired of it. Large portions, delicious food. Can't go wrong with the recommended section of their menu. High Rise Pancakes: fresh and fluffy. I like the variety it comes with: over easy egg, syrup, potatoes, bacon, sausage.

Yelp
Well, let's just say this place met all of my eggspectations... Bedoum boum poush... Ok well the oeufs avec champignon... Oh gosh so sorry with all that french and English speaking stuff my brain is just too scramble... O.o LoL bad pun aside this place got me so eggstatic.... I just can stop OMG... I promise that was the last one. Second time here and still love it. The place is so awesome with its old world charm. Red bricks, iron everywhere, a pretty romantic place for any occasions. The food was... eggscellent... come on I had to say it, you saw that one coming I'm sure. The smoke salmon egg Benny's where delicious and that freshly made hollandaise sauce was oh so delicious! The mushroom omelette and the substitution of bagels instead of toasts made this brunch perfect. In a nutshell: great ambiance, great service, great food. What else do you need :)

Yelp
We were visiting for the weekend, and decided to look for breakfast/brunch around our hotel room. We came across eggspectation and decided to give it a try. Upon walking in, I noticed how busy it was! Originally, we wanted to sit outside but after seeing how tight/close the tables were to one another on the terrace, we changed our minds and sat inside instead for more "arm room". The menu is pretty vast, and the restaurant reminds me more of a really big diner. We ordered eggs benedict and smoked salmon on toast. My smoked salmon was surprisingly very good. I should have ordered two or three orders though, as I was starving! The service, however, was terrible. They are just way too busy to have time for minor details, such as clean cups, ice or straws in drinks, and if you stop them to ask a question, they seem very irritated. In all, my food was good but it's way too busy to get decent service in there.

Yelp
This location was perfect walking distance from out Hotel in Saint Marc. We stopped here our first day in Montreal and it really set the tone. Lovely outside sitting. I had the nutella s'more french toast and it was as delicious as it sounds. It came with strawberries and bananas and I was pleased when they came on the side. The french toast wasn't drenched in cinnamon which is a huge plus for me. I got lemonade and it was average..not that good. No refills btw. But that seems to be a trend in Canada. My husband got the pancake stacked dish. I can't remember what it was called but it ended up being kind of similar to a mcgriddle. The maple syrup was the best. I would say this was one of the best breakfast I had while I was there. Would absolutely go back if I'm near a location again.

Yelp
Brunch is HUGE in Montreal. It seems that people just can't get enough of it - I love brunch too, so my friends and I were brave enough to line up at Eggspectation last weekend. We were lucky to arrive right before the bulk of the crowd showed up, so we got seats after about 20 minutes. It's not my first time at this restaurant (more like the third). I used to like it. The fruits were fresh and sweet, and the presentation beautiful. This time, everything seemed to be a rushed, cheaper version of itself (check my photos for a comparison of before and now). I understand that the plates were prepared in the heat of the rush hour, but it shouldn't be an excuse to serve sub-par food. It felt like eating at a cafeteria. Two of my friends had lukewarm benedict eggs, another found eggshells in her food. The bread was regular supermarket bread. The fruits were unripe and tasted like they were prepared the night before. The café au lait was mostly milk. The service was fast and good, but the food lacked in so many aspects that the overall experience was very average. At least my friend got her coffee for free in apology for the eggshells. As we left, I stared in disbelief at the line of hungry customers that kept growing past the door and onto the sidewalk. Not worth the wait, really. Avoid at rush hours!

Yelp
3.75 to be exact. With a great atmosphere they have inside, Eggspectation Dejeuner definitely met my expectations! Specializing for breakfast, and more specifically eggs, this is definitely known by many people, as the place itself is a good size, but during peak hours in the morning there is typically a wait. If it is a nice day you can find some seating outside as well which would alleviate longer waits. No worries if you are not actually feeling eggs, as Eggspectation does have a bunch of main dishes without eggs, such as crepes, French toast, and pancakes. I started my breakfast here with freshly squeezed orange juice, and to note, they do provide many freshly made fruit drinks here which is a plus! I ended up getting the Chicken Benedict. The eggs were poached perfectly as the yolk would ooze out upon opening, which went well with the potatoes I had on the side. I would definitely suggest doing this with the potatoes, as the seasoning I had on my potatoes just made them taste okay otherwise. The chicken was cooked well too and was not dry so I had no complaints there. Overall, I would definitely come back here for breakfast on another trip to this city!

Yelp
Prime location for tourist. The space itself is a little narrow downstairs. They have a huge breakfast menu. We had their pancakes with bacon, sausage and potatoes. Overall decent but very little maple syrup, really liked the potatoes. We also had the yolk around the clock, it was ok. Our waiter was super nice but thet should try and have the busboys take care of water.

Yelp
Came here for brunch around 11am. Jt wasn't that crowded, but maybe they're just understaffed. Wanted seats outside, they were really pushing me to stay inside for some reason despite COVID and the beautiful day. I said I didn't mind waiting but for some reason they had no idea roughly how long it would be. I was told to wait in the tiny corner inside despite asking to be sat outside anyway which made no sense. Before I knew it, there was a line of people trying to get in and where I was told to stand to wait was getting uncomfortably close to people. Finally got to sit down outside even though it looked like the table was open the entire time. So lost about 15 minutes or nothing, and despite not being too fussed about the whole thing and willing to let it drop, it took another 20 minutes to get served water and asked for drinks. No one was serving outside. I saw a group come in, sit down, talk for 15 minutes, never got spoken to, and they jumped up and all left. Just weird. The server who finally came to us was surprised we hadn't ordered yet, she thought we did. She was really nice but I didnt understand all the confusion. It did not take long at all for drinks and food to come out after thankfully. The final problem unfortunately was indeed the food. I got an orange juice and while it was squeezed and pulpy how I like, it was... warm? Like not even slightly chilled, like it had sat in the sun or skmething. I ordered simple sunny side up eggs, potatoes, pancakes. The eggs were alright. The potatoes were a bit dry. But the pancakes? Like eating sand. Such a letdown, McDonald's has better and cheaper pancakes. I don't think I finished it. This is the second time I've been here. The first time wasnt terribly impressive either but it wasn't this bad either. So bummed!
