Eiffel Turenne Hotel - Paris

Great hotel in a perfect location. The staff were all so kind and welcoming. The room was lovely- great beds, nice new bathroom, small but well-equipped bedroom. The hotel offers a nice breakfast, and there also are multiple bakeries and a brunch spot very nearby. Multiple restaurants are nearby for lunch and dinner, the bus line is extremely near, and the Eiffel Tower is a 5 minute walk away. We had everything we needed and had a fantastic trip.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Eiffel Turenne. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable, well maintained, and always perfectly clean. We especially appreciated the availability of a Nespresso machine, which was ideal for enjoying a hot drink during the cold weather. Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable and relaxing experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

A lovely hotel where you can only feel comfortable. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, and all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is very centrally located, with some shops around, and the Eiffel Tower is only a 15-minute walk away. If I come back to Paris, I will definitely stay at this hotel again 💕. The best little hotel. The room was perfect, the reception personnel was so helpful and kind to us. We found this little hotel in Airbnb for a last minute extra night after a flight cancelation, but I could have stayed the entire week here without a doubt. Room was comfy, bathroom beautiful, we had our nespresso machine with all you need to prepare a nice tea or coffee. I slept great tonight, a great surprise to find this place. Just be careful with large bags, corridors are tight. Thank you so much for hosting us for the day!!

Perfect location. Its near bus stops, resturants, pharmacy and laundromat. Five minute walk to Rue Clue with Formagerie, resturants and much more. Big advantage versus other locations is it's much quieter. Paris does have sirens often but it's much quieter than other locations. The staff is kind and helpful and speaks english.

Nice boutique hotel walking distance from the Eiffel Tower. Room was clean, fresh but smaller than usual hotel rooms. Entrance to the bathroom shower maybe challenging to the heavier built as the door has narrow entrance. Has coffee maker and water in the room. Good bathroom amenities. Staff are super friendly. Shoutout to Farouk, awesome front desk person! Breakfast was delicious although very close to nearby cafes too. There’s a laundromat nearby. What I like most is its proximity to attractions and the Big Bus tour bus stops nearby. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again.

Location is ideal. Safe and convenient to cafes and grocery stores. If you’re staying for a while and need to do laundry it’s directly across from a laundromat. My family of four got adjoining rooms and were very comfortable. The rooms are small because it’s in the middle of the city and close to Eiffel Tower, Napoleon’s tomb and other tourist attractions, but I feel like they used the space nicely and it was cozy. My favorite part was the staff. They were so accommodating and friendly! I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

everything was soo good!! the staff was welcoming and soo nice! we loved our stay and especially tea and coffee! i left my bag in the hotel and they were so helpful to send it back to me! memorable stay i will come back!!

If you can handle a small room, teensy bathroom and very tiny elevator, and extra firm bed, this is the place for you. Clean, quiet, and located close to the metro and a few restaurants, there is a lot to like about this small hotel. If you're claustrophobic, it might not be for you.

Wonderful staff; great location for walking, sightseeing, metro and bus connections, and restaurants; reasonably priced; and had an abundant and varied breakfast. Our four travelers were delighted and I would absolutely go back (and I know Paris very well, so have seen a lot of hotels there!).

Good hotel for a budget traveller. If you get their single room, it is terribly small. My closet at home, literally, had more square footage then this room, but for the price, I can't really complain too much. It's a great option for a business traveller as well. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The location is excellent. Centrally located, and near the Eiffel tower. They bake fresh croissants every morning, so the whole place smells like buttery croissants. They set them out every night to rise, and to get you excited for them. So that's pretty excellent. Overall, I would definitely return when on a business trip. One weird thing is that they don't let you keep the key card. You have to return the plastic card when you check out. Bizarre.

Location was great! Close to restaurants, a 24/7 market, and lots of shops. My only negative is that the hotel does not offer dinner or a vegetarian friendly breakfast. Other than that, the stay was great. I loved that they emailed me in advanced to check if I needed recommendations. Great stay, look forward to visiting again.

TLDR: Dishonest hotel manager who refused refund when we had to move because the air conditioner was broken. My husband and I went to Paris two weeks ago for a short honeymoon. It was very hot in Paris that weekend and we expected that would be the case which is why we booked a hotel with air conditioning. We arrived around 4 pm on Friday and were checked into our hotel room with an Eiffel "view." You could see the top third of the tower. The room was so hot. Literally felt like the air conditioning hadn't be on at all. I called the front desk to ensure I was operating the air con properly. They assured me it was working (and had been checked earlier in the week). They said we were on the top floor and should close the curtains and wait for the room to cool down. It was too hot to even unpack. The internal thermometer in the bathroom said it was 34 celsius. We left to explore the city. When we returned at 10 pm the room was even hotter. I called the front desk to ask if they had a fan or portable unit they could bring to our room. He said they didn't have any available. I asked him to come to the room and feel the heat. When he came upstairs he told us it was very very hot and he was sorry but that there was nothing else he could do. I had booked the room with credit card points and called the credit card company to explain the situation. They called the front desk to see if they could get a refund so we could move rooms or hotels. The hotel had no other rooms and refused to offer a refund. They kept saying the air conditioning was working because the unit was on, despite the fact it didn't produce any cold air. We ended up paying out of pocket for a new hotel room because we wanted to enjoy our honeymoon. Nobody could have slept in that heat . We're still trying to get a refund from the hotel. The front desk manager is dishonest and unreasonable. You should avoid staying here.

This place was absolutely lovely! It was perfect for a solo traveler like me. The staff was so nice and attentive to anything I needed. This hotel stay felt like a warm hug and hearty welcome to my first visit to Paris. I highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers or maybe a couple - not best for families. It is small, but it makes it for a very personal and intimate stay. It's very close to the Eiffel Tower!

Location, location, location! I would totally stay here again! Incredibly quiet! Very solid bargain. A boutique hotel w nicer amenities. I admit, the rooms are small & the bathroom (not really a room per se) is minuscule. However, what it lacks in size it makes up for in every other way that counts! Anthony the concierge is excellent. He will assist you in every possible way. He was most helpful, speaks English, will make a reservation for you, send up an iron, print up walking directions. You name it, he will deliver! Better brekfast, excellent coffee, tiny bar open late, solid array of reafding material and international news papers, excellent wifi! The bed was really comfy and the tall French windows with a great view. Close to everything. Itsy bitsy elevator. Very nice overall. If you can deal with small than you will do very well here.

Love the location of this hotel! A short walk to the Eiffel Tower and Metros near by. There is also a grocery store around the corner. The rooms are tiny! But comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the view is very Paris looking (if that makes sense :P). The elevator is tiny and old school. The two girls that were at the reception when we first arrived were very welcoming. They gave us free breakfast because our rooms were not ready. We had breakfast here once and wouldn't recommend it for the price that we payed. There's a nice lounge area where they have a coloring book in case you need to relax. The only complain I have is that an older gentelman that is at the front counter at night is very unfriendly. He wouldn't smile or even say hi. Made me feel unwelcome.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 day/2 nights. CONS: Small elevator...very tiny. Two adults and two backpacks barley fit. The bathroom was also very tiny and our room only had a shower no tub. While we visited in Aug 2016 the lobby was under construction so during the day it was noisy and dusty. PROS: Daily breakfast that included juice, coffee and various pastries. The gentleman at the front desk was always very helpful, cheerful, and just the nicest person. This hotel is walking distance to the Eiffel Tower (about 15 minutes) and there are several fantastic walking distance restaurants/cafes. The hotel is also across the street from a laundry mat in case you need to do laundry (like we did...we backpacked for 14 days with just one backpack so we got to do laundry in Paris, London and Spain) Overall this was a nice hotel and the rooms were very clean. The have windows that fully open which is rare in the states due to safety but I enjoyed that very much. The tv is mounted on the wall and you have a small wood cubicle wall structure to put your belongings...so no drawers or closets. The location was perfect but I think I will opt for a larger room or hotel on our next visit to Paris.

Bottom Line: The hotel is clean, very, very centrally located and near the Eiffel Tower, the subway, taxis, some excellent cafes, restaurants and other tourist sites. Rooms are very small; if you need a room that features (an American hotel's) standard amount of space and privacy, this may not be the right hotel for you. But for those who value great location, Parisian charm, and have graduated from centrally located hip but noisy hostels, this hotel is a great value - especially if you can score a room at a discount from an online travel site as we did. Room The rooms are decorated in a simple, modern style and are clean and well maintained. They have all of the basics and Internet seemed to work decently in the rooms. As mentioned in other reviews, the rooms are small. To give you an idea of space, the width and length of the room are equivalent to the distance of two adults holding hands and touching the opposite walls of the room. The bed takes up most of the space so there is only enough room for a path around the bed for walking and keeping your suitcase. The bathroom is about half the size of a standard walk-in closet and is divided from the bedroom by a sliding door. Excess luggage could be a problem since there isn't much space to put a suitcase and the only place to hang clothes is a single armoire. While many reviews rave about the location, the room size could be a problem if you need privacy (there was nothing left to the imagination of what was happening in the bathroom for example) or if you are a party of two spending an extended time at the hotel. Location The location is hard to beat for the price. Some highly rated cafes and restaurants are less than a block away from the hotel and the area is very safe. It's about a 5-minute walk to the metro and there is a taxi stand outside the hotel. Other things within a 1-block walk: a neighborhood market, a BNP bank, crepe counter, and a pharmacy. The Eiffel Tower is incredibly close - about 20 minutes to walk to it (I timed it) and only 7 to get to the surrounding park, which offers a breathtaking view especially at night (completely safe to go there at night in the summer). A really picturesque Parisian street filled with cafes (Rue Cler) that we learned about on our bike tour is about a 10-minute walk. For someone wanting to be in one of the nicest areas of Paris and to have the Eiffel Tower in your front yard, few hotels can match this. Cleanliness/Upkeep The hotel is clean and well maintained. Furnishings and decorations are on the same level as a Days Inn or Holiday Inn Express. Service The service is on par with what you'd expect from an American hotel. Staff members are polite and happy to assist. Because of the hotel's size, there is only one (visible) staff member working at a time that works but all of them speak fluent English. Amenities Few amenities offered at the hotel. There is just one elevator and it can only fit one person at a time with a suitcase or two people max. There is also no pool, business center, or conference center and the only common space is an eating area with a few tables and chairs by the lobby. However, unless you are a business traveler or a traveler that needs a lot of amenities, this should not be an issue. The hotel charges about 10 euros for breakfast but since there are so many nice cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, I opted to not eat there.

MINUTES away from the Eiffel tower and Arc de Triumphe..small room but good for the price of around 119EURO/night...can't beat that anywhere if you're looking for location versus comfort. Bathroom was also the smallest I've ever seen.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are small but they were very clean and newly renovated. The staff members were very friendly. The location is great too!

I cannot say enough good things about the Hotel Eiffel Turenne. The hotel is friendly, clean and cozy. My wife and I stayed in Paris and were near the Metro station that allowed us to quickly get around the city. The concierge held our bags before and after our stay enabling us to travel the city freely. Additionally, he was able to find a nearby restaurant, Pasco, and make reservations on our behalf. Great experience and staff, thank you

We enjoyed our stay! It's a great location and the staff is wonderful! The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is only because the double rooms are a bit small for 2 adults. If you stay, be sure to book the larger rooms. We would definitely stay again though! Loved it!

Quaint little hotel that is a short walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Multi-lingual and VERY helpful staff made it a pleasure for this first timer to stay here. While the rooms are a bit small, you shouldn't be sitting in your room in France anyway. Continental breakfast leaves a little bit to be desired as does the wifi, but I wouldn't call it a downfall. Overall a wonderful hotel, inexpensive and close to everything that there is to do! Highly recommend!
