Hi Simon
Thanks for taking the time to answer to my review, it would have been nice if you would have taken this time when I was there and if you would have offered me the solutions you mention here then - which you didn't.
I came to the store with no intention of getting anything for free, but only to ask if it would be possible to have it fixed or sent back to the brand as my hysband bought it in your store..we never even talked about a guarantee.
Now the one that should feel sad is me, it's neither nice nor professional of you to present me here as an unreasonable client, after checking the ticket with my husband (see the picture) I'd like to highlight the following:
- The bracelet was bought only 2 months ago
- On the ticket you don't mention any article or reference but only "bracelet", so the ticket is not determining which model it was which you claim you would have needed
With my review I just wanted to express my disappointment in how you treated me as a client and honestly I did not expect such an answer to it.
I do hope that the next time I pass you really offer me solutions and don't tell me to return with the ticket, leaving me with the sensation that you believed me to be a liar or similar.
Happy weekend!

While I was going to my physio next door of this store i discovered this place and i instantly fell in love with it. I bought several times here; jewelery, handbags and a few decoration items as well as gifts for friends. My husband also bought me several times bracelets and necklaces here from the brand "Copenhagen" which he gave me as gifts on different occasions. About 2 months ago I lost one of the bracalets that I was gifted from my husband (it got open) and after having quite a bad time my husband surprised me with a new one (same brand, different model), which also accidentally broke some weeks ago when it got stuck in a supermarket shelf.Today I passed by the store to ask if they could mend it or send it to the brand to mend it (I 've never mentioned to have it done for free). From the beginning Simon, the teller, treated me as if I would be lying to him, questioning if the bracelet was from their store (even when i said that i had the ticket at home, and that i could bring it if would be possible to mend it...) and not really answering my question which was just to know if I could have it fixed...that I really liked this brand and that I had another one which i lost when the lock got open - he said me that in 80 years of the brand no one ever lost one of these bracelets due the lock system...so again he was questioning my sincerity.. It really felt so personal and not professional and not constructive at all(which is what you expect as a client that would like to have a broken bracelet ment), not problem solving and not to mention the condescending and bad tone and questioning the truth of my words even in front of other possible clients instead of helping me...From here on I will just try to get it fixed (if possible), I'll hopefully get the answer from him, the next time that I pass through the store with the ticket that gives the proof to him that the bracelet is from their store...but for sure I will not purchase anything else here....
