HIGHLY RECOMMEND this chocolate making class!! not only did I get to make delicious chocolate to bring home, but we also got to make a chocolate tea, cacao drink, and learn so much about the history of cacao. Jessi made the experience so fun as well with music and great energy!!

Great Experience, highly recommended. Our group of 8 took the chocolate classes and we loved it! The guide, Jessica, was full of energy and information. She made the whole experience worth it. We were able to taste many different stages of the chocolate making process. A great experience to learn the history of chocolate and have fun also.

I took the Taller de Chocolate at Ek Chuah, and it was an incredible experience! Here’s what stood out: Educational and Fun: The workshop focused on learning about cacao and trying traditional chocolate recipes. Hands-On and Interactive: We got fully involved in the process, which made it both engaging and memorable. Amazing Teacher: Jessica was fantastic! Her passion for cacao was contagious, and she made the experience even more enjoyable. Delicious Tastings: We got to try cacao in its various forms and experimented with different mixes, which was a real treat. I highly recommend this workshop to anyone interested in cacao, chocolate, or unique cultural experiences. It’s a must-try!

Had an absolute blast doing the chocolate making class with Jessica. She was so energetic and had us all singing and dancing, I didn't know making chocolate could be so fun!! If you have time to spare in Antigua, definitely consider this class, the history is interesting, it's fun and as a bonus the chocolate + drinks you make taste amazing!

The chocolate making course we did with Jessi was brilliant! She was very engaging and taught us all about the bean to bar process, including the origins of the cocoa tree. She made it lots of fun and we all had a great time. Plus getting to eat our own made delicious chocolate! Highly recommend :)

This shop is our go-to for amazing local chocolate in Antigua. What’s even better is their (paid) cacao/chocolate workshop, during which you will learn both about the past and present of the industry, but you’ll also make your own pralines and taste different types of chocolate. Our guide, Jessica, was very educated & passionate about cacao and also had an energizing personality, so we had a great time while learning tons. Highly recommend!
