WORST EXPERIENCE IN INDONESIA EVER—RUN, DO NOT STAY HERE!
I have never given a bad review in my life. Usually, I provide a balanced take, but in keeping with the title of this review, I am forced to be brutally honest. This place was awful. RUN! Do not take a chance on this place—literally pick anywhere else.
We left after 30 minutes. That’s how bad it was. We immediately found another place nearby because there was no way we were spending a night in this nightmare.
The photos online? Lies. The reality? Dark, moldy, and completely neglected. The entire property looked like it had been abandoned for years. The pool—if you could even call it that—was covered in a rotting tarp, filled with mold, debris, and completely unusable. The room? Terrifying. The sheer number of mosquitoes inside was beyond anything I have ever seen—an absolute infestation. And as if that wasn’t enough, the room was filthy, dust-covered, and clearly uncared for.
Management? Completely useless. We were initially "apologized to" and promised a refund. But, of course, that was a lie. The owner became non-communicative, dodging messages for days before finally responding with some nonsense about how they couldn’t process the refund until the next month. That was the last we heard from them—no refund, no further replies, nothing.
I strongly advise you to skip this place entirely. There are plenty of good options in the area—this is not one of them. Stay elsewhere. You’ve been warned.
