A small but very interesting place. Incredibly nice girls workers who are interested in helping you and explaining. Atmospheric place. The ticket is worth its money 100%

The oldest building in the city (dating from the 11th - 12th century) and considered to be the best preserved hammam from the Al-Andalus. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful

This is the oldest building in Granada built in 11-12 century. It's also the best preserved Hamma Al-Yawza from the Al-Andalus period.

Wow. Beautiful. So rich in history and there is an attendant, Alhmoida, with a wealth of knowledge. The young woman explained the points of the stars and other symbolism in the art on the walls and pillars She explained the incredible and advanced use of the hypocaust to create the steam coming from water poured on the stones. How that steam was maintained by the size of doorways and ceilings. Beautiful history in this small space. Excellent staff with a wealth of knowledge. Pleasant and approachable.

Fascinating place. Hard to believe it has survived so many centuries. It's a quick visit and comes with the ticket for the Alhambra. We visited on the walk back down. Opening times, like most places in Granada, should be checked.

A well preserved 11 century arab bath. The star like windows in the roof are very beautiful. I didn't take a lot of pictures as the inside of the rooms are quite dark and my phone could not catch a clear good picture! No queue at all, visiting to this site is included in the combination of the Alhambra ticket. The location is easy find, just on the side of famous Carrera del Darro on the way to Alhambra.

There are many traditional baths, try one! A scenic walk next to the canal, leading to some hidden gem restaurants, coffee shops and mountain trails. Best way to explore is by foot. Have a phone with Google Maps ready… I lost myself in the mysteries of this city, especially in the old quarters, the cultural diversity and history – fascinating and alluring. The moorish influence and history in southern Spain makes for an enchanting experience. Alhambra 🙌 An elaborate Moorish palace on the hill. To avoid disappointment, book tickets in advance. I didn’t take nearly enough photos to do this beautiful and vibrant city justice, you’ll have to take my word for it and go visit!

Interesting visit! Arabic baths were in good condition and although quite small our tickets provided us access to 2 other historic sites in Granada. It was certainly worth it.

Yelp
This baño árabe is prettier and larger than the one I visited in nearby Ronda, but could use some more of the museum treatment--not much information was available about the history or use of the structure. When you enter you can kind of imagine what it was like when the baths were in use, but a video or some placards would really help enhance that. Still worth a quick visit.

Yelp
Arab Baths that bring ancient times to life I've visited a few ancient baths and these are by far the most complete and best preserved. It's just below the Alhambra across the river.
