We stumbled across this little bar in the Barcelonetta area. It's run by an enthusiastic young man who is clearly keen to try something different with his menu.
We loved the "Pan di cacio" - a large grilled slice of cheese, rind and all, served with bread and a beautiful olive relish.
We loved chatting with the owner and would love to visit again to see what else he has come up with.
