A fun, lively environment. Close seating makes for a sociable, bar vibe, but relaxed upscale. Late nights are especially vibrant. Big plate sizes are great, and the options are plentiful, but flavors are 7.5 out of 10. Go for a fun, big meal.

Literally one of the best restaurants in Lima, you’d be making a mistake to not come here. Everything here is good, my personal favourites were the beef stew with risotto, the green soup (forgot the actual name), ceviche and chocolate cake.

Great food keeps you waiting, and wait you will -but it’s worthy. El Bodegón really embodies the experience of traditional Peruvian cooking or “comida criolla” as we Peruvians call it. The recipes served here inherits “grandma’s recipe”. VERY generous portions you may have to share. Music that allows you to keep a normal conversation. Meat that falls from the bone just with a gente touch.

Do you want to try authentic Peruvian food? This is the place. Get ready to make a line, but it's worth every minute you wait. I tried I big selection of dishes all of them were amazing the flavors, the presentation were top. Also, to make a big remark, the service was amazing, from the servers to the manager everyone was very attentive and help us with the reservation.

I had the best sandwich of my life here! The atmosphere is fantastic, the place is full of energy, the interior is captivating and the food is a delight. Highly recommend!
