Honestly, it's a shame that this well-known restaurant has such poor customer service! I live in Bariloche and will never recommend this restaurant again. I dined here with a group of 15, and due to a language barrier, I took the initiative to place the order myself to simplify things. Unfortunately, we ended up with one extra steak by mistake. When the waiter came to our table, we asked if he could take it back, but he insisted he couldn't since it had "already touched the table," despite the fact that he had just placed it there! It was a standard piece of meat cooked medium; he could have easily put it back on the grill.
To make matters worse, three of our orders were forgotten. The most frustrating part was when we waited 40 minutes for our change after the bill was presented! They had a bus waiting outside to take some guests to the airport, and the staff completely ignored us. Three of us asked for updates several times, but received no assistance. They merely continued chatting amongst themselves and told us "two more minutes."
In the end, we decided to share the extra steak among the group, but instead, we received an additional bill for the steak separately. I had to end up paying for it myself because there was no way a group of 15 could collect 3000 from each person, especially since some of us had paid with cards.
Bottom line: They are WAY overpriced! The service is below average and definitely not justified by what you pay.
For a better experience, I highly recommend trying "La Parilla de Tony" or "Alto El Fuego" instead.
