El Cafetín This was my second time at El Cafetín and it was even better than the first! The first time I came with my son, and even though I couldn’t fully relax, I still remembered how great the food, vibe, and customer service were. Today I came back and had the best experience. I met the owner and he truly cares about quality — he uses premium meats and pays attention to every detail in the food. I had scrambled eggs with fried turkey on the side, home fries, and a buttered panini-style bread. Everything was delicious! The customer service is amazing, the atmosphere is warm, and the food is fresh and full of flavor. I definitely recommend El Cafetín for anyone looking to enjoy a great meal with great people.

I have come here a couple of times and the service was amazing the man behind the counter top took time to tell us all about their menu they are such sweet people and the food overall was amazing and reasonably priced we got 7 items with two drinks which came out to about $21

The atmosphere was clean and the service was decent. However, when it comes to portion size, this place fell short. Most Spanish restaurants I order from are generous with their servings, but the first sandwich — plantains and pork — had barely enough filling for a toddler. The pastrami sandwich wasn’t much better, with a noticeably small portion. Disappointing for the price.- Don’t waste your time or money!

El Cafetin is a new restaurant on Cottage St. In Springfield, MA. The food you can smell from the street. Upon entering I was immediately greeted. There were customers sitting at tables raving about their food. The interior is beautiful, clean and nicely decorated with ample seating. The food is kept covered, hot & temped like a professional Serve Safe restaurant should be. Your food will be fresh, hot and delicious when served. I was so happy to try everything on their menu because Everything looked delicious and so well thought out and prepared. This will require many visits but with food this good, you will not be disappointed. Anyone can open a restaurant but Not anyone can put out delicious quality food. El Cafetin should have a great future in this perfect location with lots of parking and handicap access. You could feel and see the commitment in the owner and staff. Thank God Your here, El Cafetin. A small, family run place. I met the owner, he was SO pleasant and everyone was so nice. I asked about specific foods, he took his time out to talk to me in length, he takes great pride in his cooking and establishment. That was nice to see. The potato balls were VERY crispy and tasty, they have a different flavor when compared to many of the area Hispanic restaurants, I was pleasantly surprised. If you have a specific item you'd like, you can share that with him, and because they just opened, he's at a stage where he's very open to suggestions. I had a very nice talk with him, and I hope he does great. I know I'll certainly be back.

I want it to be good. I live so close and love me some good Puerto Rican Food. Potatoe balls were dry. Beef patty had a little amount of meat. And they 3 dollars. The bistec sandwich was great. Loved it. I am gonna go back and try other items. I just wanted some finger foods as I was in a rush to hit the highway. So I will definitely be back.

I absolutely love this place! I work across the street so I get the luxury of have a variety of delicious food throughout my workday. Eating their food has given that nostalgic mamas food feeling. The workers are so nice and already remember me by name. It’s a friendly and considerate environment. No one judges me and my big back 😁 My favorite is the sancocho that I had the opportunity to try, because I am Muslim it is hard to find a pork free Sancocho. It is absolutely scrumptious. Don’t get me started on the Chicharrón de pollo with tostones! It is a must try, from breakfast to early dinner. Absolutely delicious 🤤 10 stars if I could 💫

I’ve been patiently waiting for this place to open. It was super busy but I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Service was friendly and professional. The minute you walk in you smell all that deliciousness! These were today’s meals for us and they did not disappoint! Comida rica.

This is a new spot that is recently opened up in a former liquor store address the food was amazing I was going in there with the expectation that I was going to get some breakfast since it was so early however they had the full menu that was available so I got some dinner items and they were absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend this spot
