No AC in bedrooms, only living room gets cold.
Shower only sometimes provides hot water, and then only briefly, alternating cold and hot. Extremely uncomfortable.
No dinner service at the hotel.
Often no staff at front desk, generally woefully understaffed.
Internet connection awful.
Too few beach chairs. Also, we have seen staff fold beach towels on abandoned beach chairs so that they look fresh for new guests. We have picked up folded towels that are wet from previous use.
The lighting in the stairway to our room is often off at night, with no visible switch. Difficult to open door lock therefore. Also, walking outside from the room at night is dangerous, the lighting is not sufficient.
Room numbers are taped to the door exteriors, and there is packaging tape around the tv, etc, - these are small things, but with the above it really seems as if the place was not ready for its opening.
