The Best Food Trucks In Seattle

"This taco truck (with a second location in West Seattle) is camped in the old parking lot of a now-closed dry cleaners on Capitol Hill. And while you can no longer get your pants starched or unfortunate bridesmaid dress tailored here, you can get something much better—great takeout. Like a burrito the size of a football in a bed of rich red chile sauce and tasty vegetable mulitas that involves chopped brussel sprouts, carrots, and red onion roasted just a hair past the point of tender without being limp. " - kayla sager riley, aimee rizzo, gabe guarente

Food is always good. I usually do the al pastor wet burrito or al pastor quesadilla. It’s my go to mexican spot. Being a Mexican from Southern California my standards are pretty high for Mexican food.

We stopped in for a lunch snack just as the rain came down in buckets. I like the Oaxacan style tamale, but this was a bit tough. The tacos were fresh and sauces tasty. Nice to have an all veggie Taco on the menu. And we kept dry sitting at the picnic table.
