We had a reservation for dinner starting at 18:30, but the kitchen didn't open until 19:00. Not a big deal except they seemed severely understaffed to deal with the rush when people came. Once they took our order at 19:00, it took about 25 minutes for our food to come and the pork was completely raw so we sent it back to the kitchen. They forgot about my drink order and I got it at the end of the meal. I saw many people going up to the waitress and saying, "we've been waiting a long time for xxx thing, is it coming?" There were two ceiling fans that didn't work... We got one of the few seats under a working one, but in general felt like a lack of attention to detail that I wasn't expecting at Casa Bonay. The Babagonoush was amazing.
