This review is for our wine tasting experience with Alex - he was very kind and knowledgeable when it came to all the wines we tasted. Even though he didn’t have to, he spoke to us in English and his English was very good! As a visitor, no one should expect people in MX to speak English or any other language - if you’d like to visit Valle, I’d advise you learn a bit of Spanish before stepping into Mexico. I’d also highly recommend Alex as a tour guide and he was great at explaining how the wine was made and what each step of the process was like.

What an experience!! We didn't stay over so I can't comment on the rooms. However, the wine servicing was really outstanding. We selected the tasting pairing with chocolate. Which I now highly recommend. 4 tastings paired appropriately with wines from Blanco to blended reds. Each specifically selected with the chocolate items. I will say the Lavendar chocolate was a bit over the top that will be the only complaint. The restaurant was very good. Added to the Michelin Guide in 2024 we felt compelled. The pork belly taco appetizer was beyond tasting like anything I've had before. Savory and each flavor is perfectly defined. The burnt Ceasar Salad is a lovely tasting and also savory salad. Very fresh and well presented. In Español I can't remember the name of the dish. But our wine server recommened it. Braised lamb with creamy rice. Paired with Orion wine. As comfort food as you can imagine. Beyond that it is once again perfectly prepared. The lamb is very tender while the rice flavored and textured quite nicely. I'd like to come back to stay over for the night. The ambiance is welc9ming and fun spirited so I can't really imagine how fun it would be to stay all night. Zero hesitation recommending this winery. It's about 45 minutes from Rosarito. So not too far. It's also on Google maps and able as well pretty accurately. Pictured: chocolate pairings, pork belly taco, lamb braised creme rice

Came here with a group of friends and booked 3 different rooms. The check-in process was good until there was more than 4 groups waiting, then things got chaotic, not everyone got their glass of wine and our rooms were not available until an hour after the given time. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the view was gorgeous.

The place tour was awesome! The eclipse was our favorite wine, and I learned a lot about the wine making and process.
