El Clarete

If you are in Vitoria and one to have a proper meal, El Clarete is your place. Their menu is very complete and well executed. Every dish was very tasty. Also, their wine cellar and knowledge is awesome. Number 1 in Vitoria.

We have been a couple of times in this restaurant during a visit to Vitoria. The restaurant offers a tasting menu that can be adapted to client's needs. The bigger menu has 7 courses + 3 desserts (49.50 + VAT) and the smaller menu has 5 courses + 2 desserts (38.50 + VAT). All courses are in small plates and they are very elaborated and have excellent taste. Restaurant has an extensive wine menu. Service is correct, the owner is very friendly and will give any recommendations to make the lunch/dinner a great experience. Waiter just explain the content of each plate. Overall, without having the service and glamour of Michelin star restaurants, the food reaches this level, so visiting this restaurant is a must if you are and like fine dining and are in the city. We will be back when we have the chance.

Toda la vida queriendo ir y por fin! No ha defraudado. Unai te recibe amablemente y ya sentados en la mesa tienes opción de menú largo y otro menú de muy buena pinta también. Nosotros, en esta ocasión, veníamos al largo. Podréis apreciar en las fotos la cantidad de platos que van saliendo y en verdad, todos están "muy muy buenos". Amplia carta de vinos y si al acabar quieres café, te sacan un detallazo de chocolate riquísimo. ¡Hay que repetir! ¡No sé cuando pero no será dentro de tanto!

Exquisito. Hacen honor al "comer es un placer". La comida es espectacular y la atención perfecta. Cuidan cada detalle con mimo. La delicadeza de cada plato y la profesionalidad inmejorable. El conjunto de todo es una experiencia absolutamente recomendable. Son 10/10, volveremos.

Hacia tiempo que no venía ,pero todas las veces que he estado nunca me ha fallado . Siempre menú degustación, platos pequeños pero que están llenos de sabor . El único pero es que los platos no cambian en mucho tiempo ,porque son los mismos que otras veces y hacia tiempo que no venía . Los postres son un acierto , son pequeñitos , ligeros y super sabrosos. Normalmente los postres siempre fallan en muchos sitios ,aquí no ,de momento

Recomendación top en Vitoria. Tuvimos un error con la hora y se portaron muy correctamente y nos atendieron. Elaboraciones con sabores intensos y deliciosos. El menú tiene una extensión justa y un buen equilibrio de principio a fin. Como éramos un grupo de 6 no ofrecieron una botella magnum y además fue muy buena elección el vino ofrecido.
