This is a lovely little hotel. Beautifully furnished, with old style wood window shutters and other nice details that gave it character. It was 10 mins walk to the Royal Palace. The bedrooms were very comfortable, quiet and clean. We had a room with a double bed and with a sweet little mezzanine with three beds for the kids. The rooms are around a charming courtyard, a bit like a Morroccan Riyadh. We stayed for two nights with our kids, 8 and 11, they were made very welcome. Thoroughly recommended.

Budget charming hotel just in the centre of town. El Cocherón has the cosy touch of small establishments. Its vintage decor with so many nice details is perhaps its main charm. The room wasn´t very big, but cosy and impeccable clean, although it might not be ideal for long stays. Good beds. Good breakfast, lighter than those buffets you usually find in hotels. As far as I know, there´s no lift, not a problem for me, but I guess that it could matter for some clients. I don´t know whether are parking facilities in the hotel, but in fact I didn´t have any trouble parking my car in the street, the area looks safe and not particulary dificult to find a place. I think there´s not reception service at night. Good prices.

Hotel with a really nice feel to it. Quirky decor in old building which is much nicer inside than it looks from the outside. Attractive courtyard in the centre which has a little secure parking for an extra 10 Euros - although free street parking outside if you don’t have as much luggage as we had! We met friendly and helpful mother and daughter, both called Carmen. Daughter speaks very good English. Good Spanish breakfast served by mother. Great location. Hope to return.

We had a reasonable sized room on the first floor. It faced the fairly quiet street. It didn't have a fridge but was otherwise well equipped. Very good value, room including charge for our cat and two drinks, plus a very good breakfast, came to 89 euros.||Parking on the street is free and available nearby.||There is a very pleasant courtyard garden with the bar handy. Breakfast was tasty and substantial.

Hotel and house with some typical oldfashioned and individual charme. Clean and friendly rooms - simple, but very warmly and not decorated with the newest standard hotel-interiors you can find everywhere! New and clean showerbath, hygienic hardcoverfloor (no ugly carpets and no bad smells in the room) and also clean bedlinen and towels. Not less, not more - but with a perfect fit for the two-star category: You get all you need for a short stay to visit Aranjuez! So I think it is also a good budget-hotel for a business-trip. It is easy to find a parkingspace for free in the street or in thé hotel-patio (fee). Very nice ambiente in the patio. Difficult to find simple dishes nearby. Taberna del Tomato within walking distance was very good!

I was looking mainly for a good location on an overnight stay in Aranjuez and found this hotel - which provided both of these and fantastic service. ||||OK must admit, I looked at location and reviews when booking and was a bit concerned when it popped up as a 2* hotel when I got directions on google (that's hotel class not rating)!! I usually filter by 4* and up on the booking/search sites - but may well lower that in future based on the stay here! ||||Hotel is in a great, quiet location just a few minutes walk from the major attractions of Aranjuez and plenty of places to eat/drink in the evenings (may not seem like that when you arrive). It is a wonderful quirky style and if you are used to the chain hotels a refreshing take on decor etc - no tea/coffee makers in the rooms, but complimentary water etc and after a long drive I was made a very nice coffee in the lobby so no real problem! I was able to park on the street outside for the duration fo the stay and breakfast (only €6 I think) was nice, fresh and simple and served in the courtyard for me (others were inside)||||The standout feature was the incredibly helpful and friendly lady (I AM SO SORRY I forgot your name!!) who handled everything from check in/out, to the coffee to breakfast and also helped me with my daily "I'm trying to do this in Spanish" language lessons.

Wonderful hotel. Excellent location to see all that Aranjuez has to offer. Staff was wonderful. Rooms are a bit small. Beds are comfortable. Room was very quiet. Overall a great experience.

Very nice town. Hotel good near to restaurants/bars within walking distance. Hotel unique - not very inspiring from outside the front but very tastefully decorated inside with a very attractive central courtyard onto which our room lead out.
