Enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was basic but clean and cosy with enough space for a family of four. It was quiet here but in a good location for supermarkets and restaurants, as well as other things to do in Miraflores. The breakfast was fruit, scrambled eggs and delicious rolls which was plenty. It was winter (17°C) so the pool was cold but my kids still enjoyed it! The staff were friendly.

**Very disappointing experience** The first room we were given (Room 201) had serious problems: extremely poor soundproofing, a hole in the wall that let in even more noise, and a strong unpleasant marijuana smell. When I reported this to the front desk, the receptionist was not empathetic at all. There was no apology, and I was made to feel as though the situation was my fault. I was initially told that changing rooms would not solve the issue because nothing could be done about the smell. I was traveling with two minors and clearly stated that I could not accept a room that smelled like marijuana. Eventually, another room was offered, but it was smaller and had fewer beds than what was originally booked. No refund or compensation was offered, and I was told no money would be returned. The second room was acceptable, but the overall experience was ruined by the noise, the smell, and the poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is much smaller than advertised in Expedia. It does not have kitchenettes. The restaurant was not open. Wifi was not consistent in the room. The staff, however, were amazing. Great place if you are literally looking for a place to sleep.

Great location in the Miraflores area within walking distance of Waikiki beach, local market (Mercardo No 1) and tourist markets (Inca and Indian markets). There are a range of restaurants, shops, banks, pharmacies and a supermarket nearby. The Queen room I booked was more like a small apartment with sitting room, settee, writing desk and massive bed. It was equipped with fridge and room safe. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Regrettably my Spanish is very weak so it was great to be able to converse in English with two staff in the restaurant (Rosa and the young waitress at breakfast). Taxi on arrival at airport waiting as booked (fare $18). ||||A pity the pool is located in the restaurant area as I am not sure diners want to watch swimmers or vice versa. The physical environment of the restaurant was ok for breakfast but not especially inviting for dinner. Breakfast served 0630-0730 which is a little early for leisure guests. ||||Hotel has WiFi but signal is intermittent in certain areas.||||NB I accept this is not within the control of the hotel but the return taxi booked for the airport didn't arrive on time. The night porter was very helpful in calling twice to chase up the return taxi but make sure you allow plenty of time for the journey. (took 45 minutes in the early hours but allow more at peak times).

We came here after reading some reviews. I am glad we did decide to stay at this place. The staff were really friendly and everyone smiles when they see you. ||The room is verrrry big - it has a sort of lounge area at the entrance with a small kitchenette area - big bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom is also quite big with a nice comfy bed. ||The location of the hotel is also great - not far away from Kennedy park and close by to a lot of shops and malls. Easy to get to the Larcomar Mall and the incredible view of the ocean. ||I will definitely come back again here to stay! ||The only downside would be the breakfast - they have fresh fruit juice and coffee but they only serve omelette every morning - simple, with cheese or cheese and ham. After a few days you do crave for something else. But this isn't really that bad.

Nice mid-size hotel with an outdoor pool and restaurant surrounding the pool. Good food, too. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and most will deliver to your room. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. The entire hotel is very clean. Also, I had a room on the top floor, near center of the building with windows that looked out over the rooftop. Never heard any street-level noise, except for the occasional car alarm.

I mistakenly booked the night I was coming back home. I didn't realize it until a day later so I went ahead and added the night I needed. When I tried to cancel the day I didn't not need the site didn't allow it and said I would be charged anyway. When I checked in I explained the mistake and the only thing they wanted to do was give me "credit" until September( what are the odds of me going back to Peru in less than 4 months?)They said their " policy " said i couldn't get a refund. On top of everything they charged me extra. I was supposed to pay $123 dollars for 2 nights including taxes and fees( each night was $54 supposedly) and when I checked my account back home I got charged $130. As far as the hotel goes, they put me on the third floor and the elevator was not working so I carried my backs up the stairs. The room was ok. A bit noisy. The " breakfast buffet" was very skimpy with very few choices. They did offer scramble eggs or ham( which I don't eat as I am vegan). I had stayed a two other hotels for a week at each and their breakfast selection was huge compared to this hotel. I would not stay there again.

Good hotel with big rooms and gigantic queensize beds!! Very nice personnel and a nice location in a safe neighborhood. The breakfast was fine and was made for you when you sit down. No amazing amount of options at breakfast, but definitely enough.
