**Very disappointing experience**
The first room we were given (Room 201) had serious problems: extremely poor soundproofing, a hole in the wall that let in even more noise, and a strong unpleasant marijuana smell.
When I reported this to the front desk, the receptionist was not empathetic at all. There was no apology, and I was made to feel as though the situation was my fault. I was initially told that changing rooms would not solve the issue because nothing could be done about the smell.
I was traveling with two minors and clearly stated that I could not accept a room that smelled like marijuana. Eventually, another room was offered, but it was smaller and had fewer beds than what was originally booked. No refund or compensation was offered, and I was told no money would be returned.
The second room was acceptable, but the overall experience was ruined by the noise, the smell, and the poor customer service. I would not recommend this hotel.
