El Gourmet Express

I catered my birthday party from El Gourmet Express, and it was an absolute hit. Every single guest loved the food. We ordered falafel coins, freshly baked spinach pies, meat pies, chicken mousakhan, and hot dog bites. The chicken mousakhan disappeared within the first hour, and by the end of the night there wasn’t a single bite left. My personal favorite was the falafel coins. Crispy, flavorful, and honestly addictive. I first tried El Gourmet Express a couple of weeks earlier at someone else’s party, and I knew immediately I had to order from them for my own. They did not disappoint. Placing the order was easy, the food was fresh, and everyone I interacted with was polite and welcoming. They even delivered everything for a very reasonable charge, which made the whole experience stress free. Thank you, El Gourmet Express, for helping make my birthday celebration so special.

Been seeing this place everytime we are in the area but never had the chance to try it. Finally had the chance to go because we are stucked in traffic when we saw their chicken shawarma promo. Their front parking is perfect to get out of the traffic too so we quickly went there. We already ate lunch so we just ordered one for take out. The place and the staff is really nice and the food is really good too so will definitely comeback and stay longer.

I ordered mouajanat and hummus for my work potluck. They were delicious and everyone loved them! Ordering was easy, and shoutout to Khalil for being extremely welcoming and hospitable! I also tried the new saj a3de with my friends. It was delicious and Darine’s service was excellent. All in all, a must-try! A true taste of home!

We catered from El Gourmet and had a great experience. Our guests loved the food and the team was a delight to work with! The plating was top-notch and everything was delivered seamlessly — would highly recommend for future events.

My friends and I came here to try this place and we ended up delighted as the food was really tasty and the service is fantastic. The meat that we got for the mix chicken and beef platters was delicious! They also have nice handmade desserts and we got Dubai chocolate bars. It is really well located close to Bloor-Yonge TTC, TPL and Yorkville so make sure to stop by if you are in the area to try some yummy lebanese food.

Based on the last recent review, im soo sorry but i have been visiting their restaurant and as seen on the photo i attached, they never requested 5 stars google review for a 10%. They always inform customers to give them a honest google review about the food they have tried. I am a regular customer and all i can say is that they have one of the best authentic Lebanese shawarma. Their garlic is homemade and their chicken is delicious.😍👌

The Chicken Shawarma Plate here was not good. I mainly had an issue with the dry as a desert chicken (even the sauce on top didn't save it) and the mushy, mealy, overcooked rice that I didn't even bother finishing. The side salad was actually quite nice, but the pickles were too salty for my liking. They gave me a heaping spoon of toum, which was quite tasty, but it might be too much for some. The pita was also tasty. The service was ok and the vibe was fine. Last but not least, this place offers a 10% discount for a 5 star review here, so keep that in mind.

Excellent Lebanese restaurant – authentic, delicious food served with love. The atmosphere is warm, the service is kind, and you can feel the passion and care of the owner in every detail. Well done! We’ll gladly come back
