Disappointing Service Ruined the Experience I had high hopes for El Lingote, but unfortunately, the service was incredibly slow and unorganized, which completely overshadowed the experience. Despite the restaurant not being too busy, we waited an unreasonably long time just to place our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. When it finally did, some items were missing, and getting the attention of the staff was nearly impossible. The servers seemed disinterested and overwhelmed, which made the whole experience frustrating. The food itself was decent, but not worth the long wait or the lack of attention from the staff. It’s a shame because the atmosphere is nice, but bad service can ruin even the best meal. Sadly, I wouldn’t rush back unless they seriously improve their efficiency and customer service. Not recommended if you're in a hurry or expecting good service.

Lovely place in the Fundidora area of MTY. The food is very good but not the best in town. However it is a cool place to visit. The old foundry is really cool.

This added a fun and unique start to our visit— don’t forget to tip your driver, they would appreciate it. Let’s talk about the Food - Their drink menu stands out, particularly the margarita of mixed berries—a refreshing, flavorful concoction that balances sweet and tangy notes flawlessly. For appetizers, we indulged in their panela cheese dish, which is elevated by the addition of Ramos pork rinds. Paired with a zesty green salsa and served with both homemade flour and corn tortillas, it’s a savory treat that reflects the region’s authentic flavors. For the entrée, we opted for the pear salad with Arrachera beef, which exceeded expectations. The combination of grilled pear, mixed greens, figs, candied pecans, crispy bacon, and Parmesan cheese created a delightful blend of textures and tastes, each bite feeling indulgent yet light. Overall, El Lingote offers not only exceptional dishes but also an amazing view, making it a top choice for both locals and visitors looking for a memorable dining experience in Monterrey.

EL Mejoras!! Ambiance, views, service, food, and drinks were all splendid. I had the steak, a cabrito taco, and a mango margarita (I think). My date had the salmon. Everything was top quality and cooked to perfection. Top 5 steak and the cabrito taco was amazing. Can’t wait to return. What an amazing culinary experience!

El Lingote is located in the #3 furnace of an old foundry and steel mill. There is seating available inside ot outside. We had no wait to be seated. The service at the table was pleasant and professional. The menu was a digital format. It was clear and easy to read. The variety of items is sure to have something for most. I ordered the Rib Eye Regio. The meat was prepared as requested and very tasty. If you find yourself touring around Furnace #3 and you are getting hungry, this is a reasonably priced solution.

Sirloin Steaks are the Best really juicy great atmosphere nice view, right in front of the Saddle Mountain.

Undercooked salmon only ate a portion and they still wanted to charge full amount. Not going back. Had to negotiate. Left with a stomach ache. Still charged almost entire amount. Don't come.

I as searching for a fancy restaurant in Monterrey and everyone was telling me to check out "El Lingote". Its really fancy and for mexican food prices really expensiv. To keep it short. I liked it, it wasnt the big thing i expected and no really special food, but they know what they do and also the magaritas are good. So yes going there 1 time is ok, but not 2 times.

The ribs are awesome! Ignore they say for 2 people. They are about half a rack and perfect for one. Very comfortable atmosphere. I was here alone and didn't feel like I was intruding on anyone's date.great place to eat in Monterrey.

Excellent, reasonably priced dishes and impeccable service marked our lunchtime visit to El Lingote. Situated in el Parque Fundidora, El Lingote is connected to the Museo de Acero building. Delicious vegetation options are available.

Love the food here !! My go to place when i have the munchies. Cheap prices doesnt come close to the competition!! And the quality of the food is remarkable! Planning on having much events here for years to come ! Only problem is the slow service
