Everything was okay. Staff is friendly. Decent size and clean rooms with electric heater. TV comes with a hardcopy printed channel guide which was useful. As the hotel is located in the centre, it was really noisy with loud music and people singing till past 1am. Perhaps there was a festival going on or could be a normal occurrence on weekends. Soon at 5am, noises of people leaving their rooms within the hotel were heard. Hardly having proper sleep. We got to have buffet lunch and breakfast at the hotel. I much preferred the buffet lunch as there was a wide variety. The breakfast was just normal like any other hotel in SA. They offer late check out but at an extra cost. Overall was a good stay just annoyed with the noise.

This hotel is located. Close and next to the machu picchu train station. We arrived here by Peru rail, which was another enjoyable. Experience the reception. Help us to keep the bags. We were allotted rooms later. Because we went for the machu pictured trek on a return. I was very surprised because this room did not have. The bathtub which I had requested. Unfortunately, the whole experienceon returnwas not goodas i was told by Stephanieto meet at the receptionand she jyst left without a solution...they are unwillingto provideevena bucket for bath..., a hotel doesn't have any bathtub room and to compensate that they have an additional spa which is hair which is having a cold. They pass costing $60 to use sauna. End the hot pool. I found that quite expensive. End not very happy with the experience. But the hotel did help with the electric kettle, which was brought by Anthony. He was very, very outgoing customer focused and had a great. You attitude. Just waiting to help for anything which he can. I think he's a great-great. Great asset to the hotel. Further, this hotel is so fantastically located. That is why the market the station? The bus station, everything is very nearby. Yes, talking about the excess. It's a very narrow street, but it is. We'll share accessible because of the ramp that they have created and overall a nice lobby.|More pictures about the hotel..dinner..breakfast..later|more surprising fact is spa did not have a check in place for spa ...visited 2 times...mirian manager had told 730pm...appeared verycasualaboutit as theyharp on s140...|AnywaysTodaymorningbreakfastwas awesome. Cut fruitsjuices..breads..dry fruits..beverages..|.Edward was very welcoming and served me cut avocado too.|Enjoyed the you attitude of another staff Solis who helped heating the croissant.|Overall coming to south america bring earplugs..as walls are not soundproof proof...this small investment will help

Location is good! The room and bathroom is extremely small. The toilet kept getting clogged! I booked twin but got a king. The reception staff is pretty bad!! Need to work on their hospitality for the amount they charge!! Zero flexibility on late check out when their hotel was practically empty and when we paid extra for late check out, their cleaning staff kept coming! Definitely not a 4 star hotel, the service was more like a 2 star!!

I’m shocked this hotel is rated above 4 stars. It has been an absolute mess from start to finish. Our reservation was for one room the first night and a separate room the second night, which we totally understood was due to availability. When we checked in they told us we could stay in the same room, which was nice of them.||The next morning I received a call at 10:13 AM asking if we needed help with our bags. I told the man that we had our reservation changed and he apologized and said nevermind. I received a call back shortly thereafter saying we need to either pay more for the “suite” or change rooms. So we packed up our bags and went to go wait for our new room. No apologies for the inconvenience of the hotel’s error.||As for the hotel itself, it is incredibly noisy. There is absolutely no sound insulation so you will wake up while people leave for Machu Picchu between 4:45 AM to 6:00 AM and again between 6:45 AM and 8:00 AM. During this time, you hear nonstop door slamming and chairs scraping throughout the hotel. Given the great location, paired with absolutely no sound insulation, it is very noisy outside late into the night as well.||The amenities are lacking for a “4 star” hotel too. No tissues, slippers, or heat/air conditioning, and you need to leave your room key plugged in for the electricity (i.e. fridge) to stay on while you’re out and about. We were not given body wash and the one bar of soap we were given had a hair in the unopened packaging.||This hotel has poor service, poor rooms, and the front desk staff genuinely does not seem to know what it is doing. If your goal is to be able to sleep through the night, I would recommend a hotel slightly further away from the action. If your goal is to enjoy your stay, I would recommend any other hotel in Aguas Calientes.

Just don't. My issue started upon arrival when I was overcharged for "conversion" when the dollar was actually stronger. I paid for a Jr. Suite - about $250 pn. 1. It's cold. They advertise that they have heat. They gave me one broken heater on three wheels for a large suite. When I asked for another one, I never heard back. 2. The internet doesn't work. Period. If you need to work remote - don't bet on it. When I inquired, that too was ignored. 3. Breakfast was typical. Okay but nothing special. 4. Power went our the first night. We couldn't get into our rooms, hotel was pitch black. 5. The bed felt like it was donated from a bariatric center. You know the beds that have the body imprint after a decade? If you enjoy springs jabbing you all night and no sheets with torn comforters - go for it. 6. It smells. There hint of sewage mixed with old Marlboro and a dash of mildew. The pillows on the couch have never been washed. The blankets smell like two humans ago. I'm actually pissed that I paid this much for such a horrible experience. Don't be me.

This hotel is incredible! Prime location for early Machu Pichu treks and amazing service! We especially enjoyed our complimentary meals here. The restaurant is delicious and has tons of delicious options!

We stayed in Aguas Calientes for a night before our Machu Picchu tour and chose this hotel based on its higher star rating and seemingly better standards. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations and it is definitely not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel. The room was small and lacked basic amenities such as an iron, bottled water, and paper towels. The shower setup was especially inconvenient—the hard plastic curtain was installed too high, causing water to spill out into the bathroom and even the room. There was also no soap or shampoo holder inside the shower, so we had to reach over to the sink countertop to get them, as they were left with the towels outside the shower. The hotel seemed disorganized overall. Our massage appointment was mixed up, and there was no designated luggage room despite the number of tourists coming through. Everyone’s luggage was left in the hallways, including ours, which we had to leave there while visiting Machu Picchu. We avoided leaving anything valuable, as it didn’t appear secure. The front desk staff, though polite, seemed confused and needed us to repeat things multiple times. While the location is convenient, the overall service and facilities fell far short of what you'd expect from a 4-star property.

It’s a beautiful looking hotel and well located. The rooms are missing a few amenities though the I expect in a 4 star hotel. These include a coffee maker in the room, tissues in the bathroom, and an extra room of tp. I did appreciate the availability of umbrellas though, and the beds were comfortable.
