When I travel, I try food I have never eaten before. Oddly, though I have lived in Mexico for 16 years, I had never eaten entomatadas. I have now. This version was very bland -- an enchilada wrap covered with a watery tomato sauce that was in dire need of an habanero or serrano. (And, yes, I know the chili distinction between an enchilada and an entomatada. Four entomadas were served. I became bored after one.
I would have requested some sort of chili, but the waiter just disappeared.
The premises are perfect for a tourist restaurant.
