The place is not in the best shape. The door knob was loose, the bathroom light was burnt, the bathroom window faces outside with no curtain. Anyone can see inside the bathroom. No privacy. I do not recommend this place at all.

I have just been in the restaurant and it was sadly bad, they even failed doing basic stuff like Dominican Bean; maybe the main chef was not there that day, I don't know...

I stayed for 12 nights I never got hot water, nor television service, the toilet had problems, I notified it and I never received a response, the internet is not satisfactory. My recognition to the employees are very helpful and respectful, especially the Night Security always pending. The Administration does not allow tipping to service personnel. Consumption of food is not allowed in the rooms, food in the restaurant is very expensive and for breakfast there is only mangu available which I recognize is very good. Very disappointed.

Excellent place and better services

Stayed for one night, bed was dirty with hair and the manager was so disrespectful, 0 attentions. The waiters and other employees were nice though…. Don’t recommend

I recommend the “Plato del dia” or days special. You can get a nice size plate for 165 or 200 pesos. The menu a la cart is a bit over priced in my opinion. But very clean place. Never haven gotten sick from eating here.

This room cost us 2700 pesos. It has 2 beds, a Rather large queen and a twin bed, perfect for 2-4 people. Has tv, wifi (you have to ask for it), AC, breakfast and a rather nice bathroom with amenities (2 towels and soap). Really kind waiter plus the guy in charge has the sweetest kids that would "help". Didn't give full 5 stars cus Breakfast is a bit small and the ceiling fans didn't work.

The food is good. (We ordered it to go.) We were grateful to find a place that still cooked naturally without sopitas (flavor cubes or enhancers). In fact, it was the only one out of six places that we called that cooked naturally.
