What a fantastic experience at Hotel El Minzah! This beautiful and charming hotel is full of history, and the breathtaking sea view adds to its unique atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed by the warm and incredibly friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and cozy, providing the perfect retreat to unwind. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the evenings with live music and dancing create an unforgettable ambiance – a must for anyone who loves great food and a vibrant atmosphere! The spa is a true haven of relaxation. The warm indoor pool with bubbles and the sauna offer ultimate comfort. And for those in need of deep relaxation: Fati’s reflexology and anti-stress massages are simply outstanding – she worked wonders on my back problems! I can't wait to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor facilities as well. A stay at Hotel El Minza is pure indulgence – highly recommended!

Iconic hotel with lots of history. A bit old and tired but still elegant. Good central location. Helpful staff, average breakfast, nice pool area. One of the bars was closed and the gym area is very basic. Swimming pool was full of sea gulls cleaning themselves which was a bit disgusting.

I had a 2 night stay there with my wife Oct 2024. Overall a very nice luxury hotel in the Main heart of Tangiers. A short walk from the start of the Medina. Located near shops, restaurants and cafes. The hotel has been frequented by the rich and famous and the staffs uniforms and hotel decor shouts luxury. Staff are helpful, polite and courteous.

Rooms are dark and a bit dated, one armchair only, although two heavy chairs out on the sunny terrace. Staff were generally very very pleasant and helpful, but two more senior that we encountered were surly. Inclusive breakfast was extensive and good but a bit chaotic, due to absent managers? Eg no spoons or teaspoons despite multiple requests from different waiters, yoghurt almost entirely hidden or absent. We ate evening meals twice, both were good, if pricey. There is a general air of faded laurels on which they are resting over much

The El Minzah hotel is a well known and established facility with a reputation for professionalism, cleanliness, and luxury. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The staff are extremely friendly, multi-lingual, and professional. The hotel is located less than 3 minutes from the grand socco city center and offers quick access to both the old medina district as well as the modern streets of the city. There are great nearby dining options and the hotel itself offers an adequate breakfast buffet with a scenic view. In some regards, there are areas for improvement. While certainly usable, the bathrooms could use some maintaining, and we're a bit cramped at times. The breakfast staff were also quite sparse at times, leaving depleted supplies on the buffet line or missing utensil in tables. However, these minor details were largely negligible to the overall experience. El Minzah is well worth its price and is sure to provide the ideal stay for you in the city.

Apart from a very hard mattress (prefer them a bit softer), everything was excellent! Breakfast divine, quite a variety, mainly based on local cuisine. Bar area was very cosy with service 💯. Would repeat the experience 😀 👍👍👍

El Minzah Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Tangier! Its position is perfect, just steps away from the bustling big square and the entrance to the medina. The hotel exudes luxury and offers all the comforts you could wish for, especially the rooms, which are very comfortable with an amazing bed. I highly recommend indulging in the hammam and massage at the spa—it was an incredible experience! The breakfast was also a highlight, featuring a delicious variety of options to start the day. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend El Minzah Hotel!

Only rating the bar - Nice vibe but they need to hire properly trained bartenders to charge their prices. What 5 star hotel bar makes cocktails without strainers and uses domestic freezer ice cubes for whiskey on the rocks? Just sub-par
