El Mirasol is my favorite Mexican Restaurant in Palm Springs. I have been going there since 2001! The dishes are consistent, fresh, and super large portion. Some of the staff members have been there for ever, so that tells you the owner (Felipe and his wife) have created a real community. I am truly enamored with this remarkable restaurant, not only for the exquisite flavors of its culinary offerings but also for the values and principles it passionately embodies! A Fan for ever !

Wow, everything was perfect. I had the shrimp pipián (pumpkin seeds) which was a unique and tasty dish. They even let me taste the sauce before i ordered to try it’ The server told me they make it fresh and have a machine that grinds the pumpkin seeds. I sat outside and enjoyed the music, shade, and amazing atmosphere.

I've eaten at El Mirasol several times since my first visit in 2002. Very casual atmosphere, fantastic, friendly service and delicious food. n this night I had the One Chicken Burrito. Chunks of chicken, tasty sauce and huge portion! My Cadillac margarita was strong and delicious, too! I highly recommend!

Really enjoyed the Pork Chile Verde Burrito! Large chunks of pork that were really soft and extra flavorful with the sauce. Classic burrito that hits the spot! The service was friendly and helpful. We had a pretty big group so grateful for their patience and serving us. This place has that familiar Mexican charm with large margarita glasses too!

Our first time at El Mirasol Cocina. It was recommended by our friends and they did not disappoint. We were seated right away and brought our warm chips and yummy salsa. I ordered Chicken Mole. It was so good! My husband ordered the Shrimp enchilatas and he loved them. The servers were great. Will definitely come back and also recommend to friends and family ❤️

The food was great and the staff was very attentive. We sat on the outside patio which was nice in terms of being outside, but is in need of a refresh. The most important redeeming factor here is they have the best Cadillac margaritas in town!!
