"El Muelle at the Fishermen’s Club Though Argentina has an extensive Atlantic coastline, seafood isn’t always a major part of the cuisine—you have to know where to go for top-quality fish and shellfish. El Muelle’s ultra-fresh fish and picturesque setting recommend it highly. Inside the venerable Club de Pescadores, or Fishermen’s Club, El Muelle’s dining room is perched on a dock that juts half a block over the Río de la Plata; spectacular estuary views frame a parade of passing yachts and sailboats. This vintage 1903 structure can get noisy; some prefer a quieter, early dinner that wraps with a stroll along the pier as the sun sets over the river. By Travesías"

Perfect place for a stop over at the airport. Delicious food for a decent price and very friendly staff who organized a little birthday surprise on short notice. Great location to look at the sea.

The place is located 10min walk from the AEP airport so do not choose a table outside. The noise is quite high. Waiters do not speak English. The food is very standard - nothing really special.

Ohhhhh i was so disappointed, we were planning for long time to come to celebrate with family for lunch a Saturday, we did reservation 3 days ago, expecting a great experience. We had to wait for the food around 3 hours, actually after we call for the encargado, so bad😟 . Even for water we had to wait, food was uncooked and salty. We didn’t enjoy it 😖

This is probably the most unexpected Cesar Salad of my life... Simply huge. Well served place with a unmatched view of Rio de La Plata.

Everything was amazing! We ordered shrimps, salmon and fish. Everything for share. Also a lemonade jar, a can of beer and water. All of that cost us 20,500 pesos ars! The service was EXCELLENT! very attentive and kind 🥰🥰

Beautiful old house on a pier with water all around. City views, water views, and airport view. It’s great if you don’t mind airplane noise. The caipirinha was fantastic.

This restaurant has incredibly fresh food options. I had the best seafood in the city while enjoying the view of the river. The service is incredible and the drink options are also fun to choose from. It was perfect for a Sunday lunch. If you want to eat outdoors, you have to reserve the tables.

Yelp
Close to the airport and an easy stop in or out for a flight. We landed here on our way to visits in Uruguay and the region. It doesn't look like much but the other side has a decent view of the river.

Yelp
This is a restaurant that is about 30 years in the past.. food choices are standard with no flavor and no real creativity. The building itself while having great views, is really old and in need of a super big renovation. Overall the average age of patrons there is about 65 to 70.. the food is catering towards them for sure.. bland, mushy and dishes that held favor long ago.

Yelp
Four of us had lunch here on a beautiful sunny day. It's kind of strange that the approach to the impressive building from the parking lot is such a disaster. Broken and uneven pavement, patches of mud. Rather unbelievable that they don't fix this. We were seated outdoors, facing up the river. The terrace is very pleasant, in appearance/ambiance, until a plane takes off from the airport that is just a few blocks away. Then you can't speak and the ambiance is completely shattered. Too bad, because the cuisine is quite good. Service was initially good, but after a while, they seemed to forget we were there and getting anyone's attention involved getting up and going inside to get a waiter's attention. Food: 4+ stars Ambiance: 4 stars when no planes ... 1/2 star when planes take off Service: 3 stars, at best Would I go back? Yes, but I would sit indoors to minimize the noise. Presumably, the service inside would be more attentive. Without noise and with acceptable service I would rate this restaurant a solid 4 stars.

Yelp
All told, we were very happy, and were we a bit wealthier, this might be a regular spot to visit. Even so, it certainly wasn't as expensive as some seafood places in the city are, and the food was uniformly very good to excellent. Service, while a little bit inattentive, especially given how few people were there and the number of staff on duty, was friendly and helpful. For the five plates we ordered, plus a couple of bottles of water, and a bottle of wine (a great value actually, of San Pedro de Yacachuyo Torrontes for only 320 pesos - given that it runs 300 pesos or more retail), and a tip, the tab came to 2900 pesos, or 725 pesos apiece ($41). For a special occasion, and certainly the location, especially on a beautiful day when you can sit outside, makes it a worthwhile visit.
