Easily the very best Real Iberican food in Santa Eulalia,and in my experience the whole Island.
We've been several times and had the extraordinary good value daily menu.
However,this time we wanted something special and we were Not disappointed.
To start we had the Iberican ham with fresh crisps toasts and tomato/ garlic "compote "(16€).
We had one starter between 2 people,
the amount of ham was substantial.
The waitress suggested,olive,aioli and bread to accompany the split starter.
The combination of iberico ham, toast,tomato,garlic mayonnaise and olive was sublime.
Next we decided to have fish, I had the Skate poached in stock and finished with brown butter and capers (18€),
my wife had the sea bass baked in a salt case (19€).Both were superb and easily up with any top seafood restaurant.
Previously we have both enjoyed excellent meat dishes here as well.
We were too full for dessert,but enjoyed a coffee and a brandy.
The wine we chose at €21 , was the best verdejo from the rueda region,and was excellent value for money.
All in all ,a wonderful and memorable Sunday lunchtime.
