This is a charming restaurant in the fine city of Mazatlan. I first came here a while back, while I was in town for a friend's birthday.
On the first evening that we were in town, we came here for dinner. I opted for the salmon, while my friend got a filet mignon plate. Both plates came with a unique blend of sauces, which provided a very tasty meal. For dessert, we had a sorbet which was the right balance of sweet and tart, and it came with topping that added a great texture to the dish.
On our final day here, we stopped by for lunch. This time around, I got rib eye and potatoes. The steak was tasty and prepped with care, and the potatoes rounded out the meal well. To drink, I had a latte and a lemonade with carbonated water.
The service both times was excellent. We were seated promptly, and the wait staff checked in on us consistently.
The restaurant is located in an old building that was remodeled from the inside into the nice place it is now. I enjoyed dining under the stars that first evening in Mazatlan, and we sat in the indoor portion when we came for lunch, to avoid the daytime heat.
This restaurant was overall an excellent experience. I recommend this restaurant if you find yourself in the fine city of Mazatlan.
