The location in Ibiza Town is fabulous unless you just want to lie on a beach. It’s close to lots of bars and restaurants, the marina, the airport bus stop and a taxi stand, and within walking distance of the old town, Dalt Vila.|The room was compact, and quite minimalist; some details could be better, but not too much of a problem if you’re out all day. The bathroom might put some people off as it’s not a proper bathroom, with the shower in a corner of the room. The shower itself was good and strong but the temperature tended to fluctuate. The air con was quite loud (luckily we didn’t need it too often), and the TV didn’t work. Instead of a wardrobe there was just a clothes rail, ok if you’re only staying a few days, but I would have like a bedside table or a desk with a drawer for small items. The bed was excellent although some people might think it’s too firm. Water and coffee was not replaced and used cups not washed which is off putting. The only proper seating was on the small balcony. The safe and mini fridge were ok. A big minus was the poor to nonexistent WiFi in the room, although it worked very well in the lobby. |Breakfast was good, with lots of fruit, juices, nice rolls, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, and hot options. It could be crowded though, and on some occasions guests had to wait for a table. |The rooftop pool and bar was much smaller than expected, and we didn’t actually use it. Too crowded, music very loud, and people drinking and spilling drinks in the pool didn’t appeal to us. Maybe more attractive to the youngsters and the party crowd. |All the staff we encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful, couldn’t fault them.|All in all, a reasonably priced option in town if you need a base for sightseeing etc.
