⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This was our second time staying at this property (though it’s under a new name now), and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! The hotel is spotless, with a modern touch and a warm, welcoming vibe. The cleaning staff were exceptional—so kind, professional, and truly dedicated to their work. The amenities are great, and the gym—though small—is perfectly equipped for keeping up with workouts while away. The location can’t be beat: right in the port area, close to great shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. There’s even a lovely walking trail nearby, ideal for morning runs or evening strolls.During our stay, we experienced something completely unexpected—the one and only time a flood has ever happened in Ibiza Town! Despite the chaos, the staff handled the situation with absolute professionalism and calm. Their kindness and positive attitude during such a stressful event made all the difference. We were so impressed with how they cared for every guest.A huge thank you to the team for turning an unforgettable situation into a story of genuine hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back again!

Booked this hotel because I previously stayed here and had a positive experience. However, I certainly would never come back here after my most recent experience. We checked into two rooms here for three nights and one of our rooms had broken air conditioning. They moved us into a new room which had an ant infestation that we didn’t notice at first. My friend woke up with multiple ants in his bed including one crawling out of his ear. We decided we would check out early since we didn’t want to roll the dice again and see what issue the next room would have. We spoke with the front desk to check out and asked to be refunded for the future nights we would not be staying. The front desk agreed that this was unacceptable but refused to refund us. I even left my phone number and email address for the manager who was supposed to reach out to me, but conveniently they never did. I had to settle this as a dispute with my credit card since they were unwilling to refund/provide reasonable accommodations. Overall, shockingly poor customer service from management. I’d watch out for ants in your bed if you choose to stay here…

Big respect to the Hotel Staff! We stayed 4 nights at this hotel just as the great flooding happened in Ibiza. The hotel crew worked together and made sure all guests were cared for—it was really great to see, and I could tell they were putting in a lot of effort to satisfy everyone. The rooms were more than enough for our stay: really cozy, modern, and super clean, which is the most important part. Thanks again for the service and the stay!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The location is the only decent thing about it, but everything else was terrible. The reception staff were extremely unhelpful. Whenever we asked for basic things like cups or toilet paper, we had to wait for days, and sometimes they never even brought them. It’s unacceptable to have to beg for essentials in a hotel. Housekeeping was also a disaster. Dirty cups were left in the room without being replaced, the tissue box was empty from the start and never refilled during our entire stay, and when someone from the staff spilled coffee on the bed sheet, they didn’t even bother to change it despite my reporting the issue. This shows a complete lack of cleanliness and professionalism. The only positive note is that Hugo, one of the reception staff members, was cooperative and helpful. Unfortunately, another female reception staff member treated us disrespectfully, as if we were staying for free. She even told us that if we stayed an extra hour after checkout, she would charge us €100. I also needed extra time because I had to carry down multiple heavy bags by myself, as she informed me that this hotel does not provide any luggage assistance. Such behavior is unprofessional and completely ruined our impression of the hotel. Not worth the money, and I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

I love this hotel, it's been good to me. I have stayed here many times. The location can't be beat in Ibiza Town, the rooms are good and the premium ones are fantastic. I wrote a negative review to get the owners to pay attention, which was kind of a valid temper-tantrum. The manager just recognized me walking in after I wrote this post (I haven't been here in several days so, that's impressive by itself.). We went over the issues I commented on, and she was very attentive and will work with the new owners, Eurostar, to resolve. I don't expect perfection, but it's nice to see a hotel with a strong feedback loop. I leave the comments below. 1) The Internet is not consistent across the hotel. If you end up in a room away from a router, the Internet does not work. Owners: buy signal amplifiers. 2) Your morning staff takes 10+ minutes to process a transaction. I am trying to pay you money. You make it hard. I literally go get a coffee or go get sushi just to pass the time between when I tell the staff I want to stay another night and when I can pay. They click around on terrible software. Their computers are slow. Three people stand around a computer that is old, slow, doesn't work, and runs on terrible software. 3) Every time I order a drink at the bar, it causes a 10-20 minute cascade of confusion. Every time I ask for a drink for me or my friends, 2-4 people get involved besides the person behind the bar. Train and support your bartenders, even if that's not their only role. 4) Your "Air Conditioning" is not consistent. I got moved to a better room, but the Air Conditioning doesn't make it cool. It's still hot. And I am here in October, in July this room would be unlivable. 5) The gym is really small for the size of this hotel. There is one treadmill, one bike, one machine, and some weights. This is Ibiza, where people will spend an hour a day just to work out their butt muscles so their ass looks better. Not sure how you have this big of a hotel and that small of a gym. The employees here are wonderful, the location is wonderful. Best hotel in Ibiza Town, hands down. I recommend Eurostar do the following: 1) Good WiFi signal across every single room in the hotel. 2) Fast service at the front desk -- no slow software, no weird systems that take people minutes to fill out. 3) Train anyone working meals and bar, they should know what they are doing. Servers and Bartenders need to know how to make a two ingredient drink. 4) Air Conditioning everywhere equally. I don't care if you have to install three systems to make it so. This is the most premium hotel in the largest city on an Island that attracts visitors from all over the world for the clubs and the DJs. (You should be sending a tax to DJs and clubs). To have 10-30% of your rooms have ineffective Air Conditioning is not acceptable. Adding this 1hr after this review. I went downstairs and I asked for a fork. A fork. To eat a dish. There were 5 women behind the front desk, and they all said it was behind the bar. No one walked to the bar to get me one. I walked to the bar get it. There was no one working behind the bar. If a hotel guest asks for a fork, go get them a fork. Take the word fork, and apply it to anything. It does not take five employees to do nothing. If you are going to do nothing, just have no one. Same arrangement.

Facility was fine but I booked this trip because of the air conditioner it promoted and it was not in service. I woke up sweating several times during my stay. The housekeeper said it gets switched off when it’s not summer. I couldn’t open the window for too long because I got bit by mosquitos.

Well kept hotel but be warned, there are some very loud nightclubs nearby. The noise was vibrating up through the floors and walls. Another point which is my fault is we booked a double room (which implies double bed) but in smaller print it said two single beds. Staff, reception and coffee area good and location excellent for access to old town and ferries.

Great hotel! The service was excellent! Rooms were very clean and comfortable! Exactly what we needed for our stay in Ibiza! Definitely will choose that again for my next stay there!
