A great hotel from start to finish. The welcome we got from the girl working on reception was very good and informative, our room was spotlessly clean as was the whole hotel, the breakfast was lovely, location was great for getting around this beautiful town.|The only reason I haven’t given this 5 stars is that the walls between the rooms seemed a bit thin. We could hear quiet talking coming from both sides however we don’t think our neighbours were party animals as we both slept well in very comfy beds.

We stayed here as a couple in September 2024. Arrived in a thunderstorm! Sympathetic, polite, friendly and helpful staff from the outset. Immaculately clean throughout. We liked the modern design. As a city hotel, this building has a limited footprint, so don't expect extensive gardens or a pool that you can spend a day lounging around. The roofstop (small) pool area was a great social space - especially in the warm evenings where groups could mix, sit and chat over cocktails from the rooftop bar. Breaksfast was beautifully presented and had an extensive choice for all national choices and there were never queues at the busiest of times. The location is ideal for the old town in easy walking distance, with lots of restaurants and bars to visit. The Formentera Ferry is very close by, with the lively Marina area and shops to stroll among. We didn't use the spa as we used the hotel more as a base from which to explore the island. The bus station is about 20 minutes away and there are frequent buses to the beaches and other towns/villages. If you were a work-out enthusiast, the gym is very limited in both equipment and space - uncomfortably so if more than two or three want to use it at once. Our room was comfortable, spotless and quiet on the 4th floor - lifts are quick though. The staff are 5 star, especially patient and helpful Belinda and reception staff, and the smiley breakfast people. Facilities probably 3 star because of the limited space. Some rooms have a grim outlook because of untidy neighbouring spaces, beyond the hotel's control. We would recommend this hotel without reservation.

The location in Ibiza Town is fabulous unless you just want to lie on a beach. It’s close to lots of bars and restaurants, the marina, the airport bus stop and a taxi stand, and within walking distance of the old town, Dalt Vila.|The room was compact, and quite minimalist; some details could be better, but not too much of a problem if you’re out all day. The bathroom might put some people off as it’s not a proper bathroom, with the shower in a corner of the room. The shower itself was good and strong but the temperature tended to fluctuate. The air con was quite loud (luckily we didn’t need it too often), and the TV didn’t work. Instead of a wardrobe there was just a clothes rail, ok if you’re only staying a few days, but I would have like a bedside table or a desk with a drawer for small items. The bed was excellent although some people might think it’s too firm. Water and coffee was not replaced and used cups not washed which is off putting. The only proper seating was on the small balcony. The safe and mini fridge were ok. A big minus was the poor to nonexistent WiFi in the room, although it worked very well in the lobby. |Breakfast was good, with lots of fruit, juices, nice rolls, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, and hot options. It could be crowded though, and on some occasions guests had to wait for a table. |The rooftop pool and bar was much smaller than expected, and we didn’t actually use it. Too crowded, music very loud, and people drinking and spilling drinks in the pool didn’t appeal to us. Maybe more attractive to the youngsters and the party crowd. |All the staff we encountered were extremely pleasant and helpful, couldn’t fault them.|All in all, a reasonably priced option in town if you need a base for sightseeing etc.

The good the bad and the ugly. The good ..the staff were smart and attentive and the rooms and communal areas were spotlessly clean. The bad…on arrival to find no breakfast tea bags, only decaffeinated coffee sachets, minimal sugar and no milk of any kind fresh or dried! Then to be told they don’t supply any milk you have to go across the road to buy it in the supermarket, four star!! Closed shower and closed toilet but with open area with basin in between gave no privacy or room to get changed. Spa / indoor pool not available unless you keep paying out to use it and totally closed on our first day. The upstairs pool with the well advertised view to the cathedral looks like a converted small above ground water tank not big enough to swim in. Unfortunately run as a rather sleazy bar with loud music bellowing out and not at all welcoming to the more mature couple who just want a quiet drink together looking at the view and the stars. Sadly the key to us choosing this Hotel was the idea of rooftop swims something we never had. Now the ugly… the views from our room over a waste dumping ground, Battered buildings, dust bowl car park and what looked like dumped cars leading your eye to a power plant of some kind with ugly towers. The closer view in the breakfast rooms were of a broken down wall covered in graffiti, four star!! Only the price.

I've been here the second time already. The staff is very attentive and the rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. You also have a lot of choices for breakfast. What we liked the most is the location, in 5 minutes you're in the old town. 15 minute walk and you're at ses Figueretes beach. The rooftop bar is also very good. Beautiful view, a cold pool and nice music. It was truly a joy.

5 sleepless nights due to cheap materials and zero sound isolation between rooms (gypsum board). Small and uncomfortable rooms with insufficient storage/closet space and terrible view. Fire alarm red light flashing above the bed all night. Air conditioner directed towards the bed and you can't change the air direction. No toilet brush, no soap shelf, no hair conditioner (important for a beach destination), no wall hooks, no bathrobe nor slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly but inefficient when it comes to resolving issues and taking action. Hygiene is a big problem mainly when cleaning the rooms. Cups aren't changed, just wiped and you can still smell the old beverage and see the stains. Towels aren't checked beforehand, so you get tons of old hair on your new towels. We also had red stains on one of the towels. Bedsheets aren't changed daily despite asking for it. No gloves for the breakfast buffet staff and no spit protection. The swimming pool is useless. It should be more of a 2 - 3 stars hotel and prices are extremely exaggerated for what you're getting. Central location is the only positivity. Not recommended.

Spent four nights in the hotel and lucky me it wasn’t longer.||Bad view from the hotel room on trash bins what are being emptied every night what makes huge noise. The room has very bad noise insolation from outside. Didn’t sleep last night because of that.||As people mentioned in previous reviews very bad idea with glassed toilet and shower and sink between them no privacy at all. No problem if other person taking shower but what if u wanna wipe yourself after toilet?||Beakfast included poor choice every day the same.||Mould smell in the hotel very noticeable in the reception lobby. ||„Swimming pool” on the roof it’s not a swimming pool because you can’t swim there. It’s just a tank with the water where u can sit.||From the roof top nice view on the old town. Nice location if u wanna spend your time in the ibiza old town. And that’s it. It’s maybe 2 stars hotel. Not even compareable to our friends 4 stars hotel. I had bad experience with it and don’t recommend.
