I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The location is the only decent thing about it, but everything else was terrible. The reception staff were extremely unhelpful. Whenever we asked for basic things like cups or toilet paper, we had to wait for days, and sometimes they never even brought them. It’s unacceptable to have to beg for essentials in a hotel. Housekeeping was also a disaster. Dirty cups were left in the room without being replaced, the tissue box was empty from the start and never refilled during our entire stay, and when someone from the staff spilled coffee on the bed sheet, they didn’t even bother to change it despite my reporting the issue. This shows a complete lack of cleanliness and professionalism. The only positive note is that Hugo, one of the reception staff members, was cooperative and helpful. Unfortunately, another female reception staff member treated us disrespectfully, as if we were staying for free. She even told us that if we stayed an extra hour after checkout, she would charge us €100. I also needed extra time because I had to carry down multiple heavy bags by myself, as she informed me that this hotel does not provide any luggage assistance. Such behavior is unprofessional and completely ruined our impression of the hotel. Not worth the money, and I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

The staff are friendly, very helpful and professional especially the Lady Manager and barman downstairs Julio. I have had mouth cancer and I can’t eat solid food so the kitchen prepared soup for me all week and soft desserts all at no extra charge. I have trouble speaking yet all the staff were patient and understanding. The hotel is also close to the ferries for Formentera and within walking distance of the old town and castle. Spotlessly clean with a nice spa, really fast lifts, great buffet breakfast and everything worked. The hotel staff made it a really great week’s holiday.

Stayed at Eurostars Puerto de Ibiza for 1 night with a friend as a little vacation trip, and we enjoyed it. Everyone is very friendly, great staff, clean rooms, great view from the rooftop with pool, nice breakfast, unbeatable for this price. The hotel is located in a great area, close to the port, but also to eivissa and the cathedral. There is a bus stop nearby to go to/from the airport and the disco area. Would definitely come again!

had a pleasant stay at Eurostars Puerto de Ibiza, ideally located near the charming old town and within walking distance of the marina. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable — perfect for unwinding after exploring the island. However, one major downside disrupted the otherwise relaxing experience: the housekeeping team entered the room multiple times throughout the day, despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign. I was interrupted — and once even caught off guard while undressed — at least four times in a single afternoon. This lack of respect for privacy was frustrating and frankly surprising for a hotel of this standard.

My friend and I enjoyed five days at this hotel, it was really nice, clean and relaxing. Close to everything. Special mention to the Spa and Irene who as soon as you step in is So nice and welcomes you with a smile. She introduces you to the services with a warming attitude and is very professionnal. We definitely recommend it and do not miss the SPA and the amazing service provided by Irene !

I’m currently staying at Eurostars Ibiza and unfortunately, it has been a very unpleasant experience. The staff makes no effort to accommodate even the most basic guest needs. The sauna and spa open very late – I tried several times in the morning to access it, and when it finally opened around midday, I was told I couldn’t use it because it was already full. No flexibility, no empathy, just a flat “No. Not possible.” – which seems to be their standard response to everything. The hotel amenities are extremely underwhelming. The gym is tiny, with outdated equipment that doesn’t even work properly. For someone like me who’s here for work, with no time to explore the city and relying on the hotel facilities, it’s been nothing but frustrating. The staff doesn’t seem trained in proper hospitality – there’s no willingness to help or go the extra mile. I would definitely not recommend this place, especially for business travelers. It simply does not meet basic standards for comfort or service.

AVOID this hotel!!! I should have read all the one star reviews! Prior to booking I asked if a later check out was possible and the lady on the phone said yes if there’s availability. The day of the checkin (we had a wedding and didn’t checkin until 12am) the reception staff mentioned that we can check in the morning and a late checkout could be possible as the hotel is not full. When I checked in the morning (same lady I spoke with the night before) said the hotel is now full but I could pay 180 euros for a late checkout to over the cost of the entire night. How could the hotel be full but still offer us a booking for a whole night??!!! My husband paid which we now regret. In the morning the cleaning staff came in 4 times even with a do not disturb sign. Avoid this hotel if you would like any service. I have never been lied to like this from a hotel.

This should teach us not to book any vacation packages, again...||||Because we wanted a break, we decided on a last minute and searching the web, we decided on Ibiza. As the temperatures in November are not too bad and even better, the party people are nowhere to be found, so yay!||||Against our better judgement, we booked a vacation package and this hotel was advertised as a 4 star hotel and is located conveniently in Old Town. How bad could that be? ||||I don't know who rated this to be a 4 star hotel. That person must have suffered from a stroke or so...because this is max a 2 star hotel.||||Either the hotel staff were fed up with their jobs/lives because never during our entire stay did we get a smile from them when greeting them...and if you dare to ask them something, you get a dead stare at first...that makes you think, how dare I ask something...||||The breakfast...it's not even worth it...not to mention the view from the restaurant...we try to avoid the tables with the street view, since you have a view of a lot of dog poop on the stoop...||||The room was basic and musty with paper thin walls and we were the lucky ones to have a room next to a noisy couple who always ended up arguing after a few drinks too many.||||And the view from our room...this was right across of what looked like a dodgy parking ground...
