Beautiful little beach near San Juan del Sur. Best for beginner surfing. Not so crowded as Maderas. Nice people who work at the beach and chill vibes. About 5 restaurants and at least 3 surf shops available to choose from :)

Beautiful beach and friendly people. There's no cell service but the bars and restaurants have WiFi. Just a chill place to be. Watch out for the police check points on the way in.

A beautiful beach, easy access to swim and tasty treats from the bars and restaurants. Just make sure you leave before the sun goes down and the sand flies take over.

Amazing beach. Good temperature and very clean. The road to get there isn't paved but really easy to access with any kind of car. A shuttle can be arrange from San Juan for only $20 round trip (4 people). Board rentals are around $10 the day. Good for swimming with kids and during high tide is perfect for surfing (begginers to intermediate). There are three restaurants nearby, with sunchairs and good fast food for the price (lunch for two was about $20 only 😀). I give a 4star rating because bathrooms are really bad.
