This place really needs slam proof doors. We had some inconsiderate neighbors going in-and-out slamming their door until very late at night. It was several young guys sharing two rooms so we didn't feel comfortable saying anything. The breakfast was underwhelming so we skipped it. The refrigerator had so much frost in the freezer we couldn't use that part of it. The TV was small but adequate. The parking spaces were designed for small cars not large trucks like we were driving. We barely fit. The positives were a nice view from our room, the beds were pretty comfortable And there's plenty of counter space around the sink. 3 stars is a fair rating.

This is very close to the Festival—walking is faster than driving from here. The staff are very accommodating. We were able to bring our small dog and children without worrying about what will be destroyed or what people would think. We’ve been coming here for over 20 years and it’s just a wonderful place to stay. I only gave 4 stars because: The beds are a little hard for our taste. There’s tons of pillows but we’re used to our pillow top mattress. And the pipes are old. Flush the toilet and the shower gets scalding water😆 the remodeling is beautiful and the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Just has a few quirks.

We will return to this restful spot. Friendly, helpful staff. Problems solved very quickly and with smiles. Pool was perfect temp and not too full of chemical as others are. Decor soothing for tired travelers. Liked the bathroom fan switch over toilet roll. Of course it is convenient to restaurants and anywhere else wanted. Happy to see the restaurant coupons in lobby with activity brochures. Nice surroundings for the free breakfast Liked the multiple small waffles and fresh fruit.

Really appreciated the size of our room for our family of 5. We had a bottom row room. The half room divider was nice. We were so grateful for the stand fan that was in the room, we used it constantly to try to cool off the room and to dry it out. There was no fan in the bathroom so it was constantly damp. We loved the table and chairs outside our room and we used them several times. We also appreciated the walk in closet that gave individuals room to change their clothes in. The free breakfast was a little below average. The pool was small but fun for my kids.

Quiet place off of main street and not far from main highway, but more towards the downtown area of Cedar City. Big property and well run. Room was super cheap (80), but the beds were the most comfortable we experienced our entire trip and the pillows were also very comfortable. We were able to park right outside our room for quick and easy loading and unloading. Air conditioning worked great. The free breakfast started very early, 6am or 6:30, which made it nice since we wanted to get back on the road fast the next morning. NIce pool and hot tub outside. Will stay here again.

This motel was quite decent for the price. The lobby area is warm and welcoming with a faux wood fireplace. Breakfast selection was larger than I had expected. The room was nice and clean. The only problem we experienced was that the AC fan in the room was not working correctly and was extremely loud and woke us up a few times in the night.

This is a quaint, lovely place to stay. The location could not be better. It is in the center of everything. Restaurants, the art museum, theaters... all within walking distance. The rooms are warm (very cold here today) and the heaters are quiet... that is important to me! The bed is comfy. Two large closets. Seriously, I could go on! Staff is friendly. We plan to come again and have already recommended it to friends!

The overall stay was very pleasant. The rooms were nice and presentable, the only issue I had was that it was cold at the time of my visit, so I had to run the heater. It worked really great and kept me warm each night, it would just kick on and off throughout the night and would startle me awake a lot. The only other thing stopping me from giving this hotel 5 stars, is that the silverware at breakfast had the utensils sticking up with the ends that you put in your mouth, not the handles. This is concerning because you never know what could be on a person's hand and when you reached in, it was impossible to grab one without touching another.
