It's worth visiting the beach area, even if you're not planning to go swimming. It has a nice promenade to walk, have a dring or ice cream. You can also find some kind of art work along the beach and also other public areas in Santander

Beautiful beach with a clear sea. Plenty of shower facilities along the beach to rinse off. There are also toilet facilities along the boardwalk, but advised they require a 30c fee to use and can only be paid for with coins, card is not accepted!

It is a beautiful beach. We didn’t go into any bars or cafes so can’t give it a true review.

Beautiful urban beach, why do people think Barcelona is a beach city, now this is a beach: clean, natural, and not ruined by too many tourists or too much commercialisation.
