"Ice Cream Ecstasy at El Toldo Azul One of the few artisanal ice cream spots in El Golf, El Toldo Azul has reinvented ice cream for the city’s foodies with its creamy texture, balanced pure taste, zero fillers or stablizers (all natural!) and constantly revolving flavors—up to 90 of them in total. Understated and stylish, it’s easy to get inspired and revisit with flavors like Chilean salted caramel, Southern chestnut ice cream, pear-red wine sorbet, or country-style yogurt with candied sesame. The ingredients are top notch from the Belgian chef’s (Mathieu Michel) garden along with imported products like Madasgascar vanilla, Sicilian pistachios and single origin chocolate from Ecuador. Definitely yummy ice cream! Pistachio was creamy. The smallest size is still plenty large enough for a single serving, just wish I could get two flavors with it. There also are a limited number of flavors. It’s down the street from Antica Gelateria and you can’t go wrong with either place.

Best ice cream in Santiago - and Chileans love ice cream. Sanding or take out, though there are benches near buy. Would go every day if I could - there is always a line and I have no problem waiting - it is that good.

Really good ice cream, generous portion and they have uncommon flavour too

Great quality of the ice-cream. The disadvantage is that there are only few flavors and some of them are very strange. And if on the day I see they have a flavour I'd like to try, when I get there it has already finished, so I think it could be definitely more organised!

Hands down the best ice cream I’ve had in my life. Love the cookies and cream flavour when available. Worth the wait.

Good ice cream! Unique flavors but many were run out when we went. Particularly liked Piña Albahaca and Vainilla sin Azúcar. Would come back.

All flavors are too sweet for my taste, like having a portion of condensed milk.

Best ice cream shop in Santiago. They change the flavors every hour. It is a small shop, carefull not to miss it!
