Eldan Hotel

I honestly don’t know how this hotel has so many positive reviews. The photos online are completely deceiving. The rooms are extremely outdated, dark, small, rundown, and dirty. To make matters worse, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The highlights were the location and the front desk manager, who was patient and kind. In its current state, the hotel should be classified as a motel not a hotel. I read some of the rooms on the fifth floor have been renovated.

We have been coming to this hotel for the past 15 years, and it continues to feel like home. The service is excellent, the rooms are very spacious and always clean, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming.||The receptionist, Miss Nora, is especially wonderful—she is always smiling and makes sure guests are happy, paying great attention to the needs of all guests as well. She truly makes our stay more comfortable.||The kitchen manager, Mr. Albert, is very organized and kind, which adds to the overall great experience.||We truly love this place and hope to continue coming back for many more years.

Nice hotel, the best staff and awesome Israeli breakfast. We had a beautiful view. Location in J-lem is perfect. Hotel even has limited private parking.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. We are very disappointmed 1. The dining experience was quite disappointing. Even in Friday dinner, I found the food to be inadequate and unsatisfactory. With no selection, and what was available lacked flavor and quality. I left the meal feeling hungry, which is unacceptable for any dining experience. 2. The weather during my stay was surprisingly cold, and to my dismay, the hotel did not provide adequate heating. The lack of heat in both the common areas and my room was uncomfortable. What made this situation even more frustrating was the apparent indifference of the hotel staff towards this issue. It was particularly disheartening to realize that they seemed unconcerned about the fact that there was an infant (3 months old) who was affected by the cold. 3. Last thing is the key - every time I left the room I had to go back down to re-code the key card In all honesty, I even considered packing up my family, including a young child and an infant, and heading back home because of these issues.

I cannot say enough great things about Othman at Eldan Hotel! Today, I must have called at least eight times, changing four different reservations at least five times—and through it all, Othman remained kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. No matter how many adjustments I needed, he handled everything with professionalism, efficiency, and the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.||Othman went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and he did it with such a positive attitude that I felt like I was his top priority every second he worked with me. He is truly the definition of exceptional hospitality! If every hotel had an Othman, the world of travel would be a much smoother. Thank you, Othman, for your patience and dedication—you are amazing!

A hidden gem! We had a room on the newly renovated 5th floor. Location is perfect, walking distance to most major attractions. Staff were amazing! Will definitely stay here again
