I entered with a reluctant agenda and left with a full heart. With bright white walls and a rainbow of shimmering crystals (like pre-historic in size) the showroom is otherworldly. I came for a small gift yet the kind and knowledgeable staff treated me as if I were there to purchase a custom piece meant for a big moment. An intuitive woman guided me to the perfect bracelet-stack, both pretty and full of intention. I felt like I’d already been given a lot of care and attention, but then she went above and beyond and offered to record herself explaining each stone and its properties. She said her name, ‘Ele’, and I realized this kind person was in fact the owner. What? How does she have the time to be so generous when it’s clear she’s also busy designing huge pieces? I think it’s because she genuinely wants to offer a heartfelt experience. Super lovely place and people!

This is one of my favorite places to be - amazing crystals surround you and the people working there are passionate and knowledgeable about them. They can help you find something beautiful and can help you with your energies. Love it.

In a time when I was feeling a bit depressed about being trapped at home watching her lives on IG put a smile on my face. After watching her for a few weeks I did indeed reach out first by phone and text, and then eventually in person. Everyone in her store wore masks, was extremely courteous and I felt very safe in her store. I found Ele to be very, kind and most interested in making sure I was happy with my purchase rather than simply maximizing a sale. On my first visit, when I came down to purchase a few crystals Ele presented me with a "blessing bundle" as a gift. It was a thoughtful gift that spoke to Ele's generosity and warmth of spirit. It had sage, selenite and other wonderful goodies that can be used to clear negative energy and empower intentions. Whether you believe in that or not it certainly made me feel better. Personally, the crystals I bought have made a big impact in my house. My house is more beautiful and the rooms I have the crystals in are more inviting, relaxing and energizing. I love my crystals and am delighted with both them and the process of finding them with Ele. Oh, Ele also made a piece of custom jewelry for me! I found a citrine crystal I particularly liked and asked if it could be made into a necklace. Been coming to Ele Keats since the early days and love love everything about this place. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by friendly faces you immediately feel the energy shift. I love coming in for gifts or for crystals that help me gather myself for whatever I may be going through from joyous to challenging occasions you can count on this group to help find the perfect crystal. I love their most recent addition of crystal chairs, yes solid crystal chairs you can sit in for some grounding. I recently stopped by and had just gotten off a stressful call and felt the tension in my neck. I sat in the first chair without giving any thought and after a few minutes sat in the second one and I swear I immediately felt a shift and the tension disappeared. I was so amazed. Throughout the years I have fallen in love with her beautiful and well made fine jewelry my favorite has been her keepsake emerald necklace. But there are others that are just as gorgeous and special. I am picky with my jewelry but my family knows they could never go wrong with a gift from Ele Keats for me. Her pieces are mostly 18K and you can tell in the quality and longevity of the pieces.

I don't often write reviews like this, but after years of frustration and disappointment, I feel compelled to share my experience with Ele Keats in hopes of sparing others the same headache. When I first moved to Santa Monica three 1/2 years ago I treated myself to a $2700 rose gold and diamond bracelet from Ele Keats, just blocks from my home. It was a meaningful purchase: a celebration of my birthday and a fresh new chapter in a new city. I fell in love with it in the window - it felt special, personal and I was sold on the fact it was an "Ele Keats original design." Unfortunately, what should have been a beautiful keepsake has become a source of repeated stress and frustration. Since my purchase it has broken four times. Each time, I had to pay $40 to have it repaired (by them). It broke again a few weeks ago. This time, instead of offering to repair it (or come up with another solution) the store flat out refused to help. Instead they offered a $1,350 charge to replace the chain with a thicker one - essentially asking me to pay again for what should have been built to last in the first place. To make matters worse, I was told the repeated breakage was somehow my fault, with a litany of excuses rather than accountability. There was zero effort to find a resolution. It was clear: once the sale was made, their interest in customer care ended. I try to support local retailers, but this is exactly why it doesn't pay off. I just picked up my broken bracelet and sadly it will be collecting dust in my jewelry box and reminding me of a very expensive mistake. So, to my friends and neighbors, and anyone considering shopping at Ele Keats, THINK TWICE. My hope is that no one else has to go through what I did.

This store is very meaningful to me. I had been in several times over the years with my teenage nieces who love to shop for bracelets and see the beautifully colored crystals in all of the fun drawers. But this store took on a special meaning for me when my husband was diagnosed with a rare disease and I went in to look for true energy help. I had purchased gifts in the past for friends who were sick or experienced loss, so I knew somewhat about what the store had to offer. But the first conversation I had about my sick husband with Ele the owner and her amazing staff was transformative. There was so much care and love and thought put into what crystals to bring him for healing, for comfort, for strength. My husband wore a variety of bracelets channeling these energies for the duration of his 3-month stay in a rehab hospital. He began to shop from his bed on the website and the wonderful women at the store told me to have him text the store directly and they would set aside whatever he wanted. A year later and a lot of healing and progress made, my husband continues to wear 5-6 bracelets daily to keep him rooted in his journey. In addition to bracelets for myself, I have also bought several pieces from Ele's beautiful fine jewelry selections to channel energies while, quite honestly, also rewarding myself for stepping up to the new challenges in our life. Wow! I couldn't possibly imagine ever writing something so personal in a Yelp review, but Ele Keats is worth it.

I live in the neighborhood and have shopped here a lot. The staff is so helpful when I have questions and help me to choose the right stones. Even if I don'y need anything I sometimes stop in to browse and soak up the good vibes. There is always a welcoming atmosphere and no pressure to buy things. Every time I come here, I have an amazing experience. The staff is incredible and I have been here several times and it's always enjoyable but TODAY was so special because of the 3 ladies working there who were so caring, and helpful and such beautiful humans inside and out. Before I moved to LA I stumbled across Ele Keats Jewlery on Instagram. I always told myself that once I moved here, if I ever found myself sad, lonely or bored, I'd come to this store. Four years later, I now coincidentally live just a few blocks away from it! Whenever I walk by I feel good energy beaming from inside and when I go in, the staff is always friendly. I lost my old selenite heart and Ele helped me pick this one out today, as well as this little aquamarine stone.

My wife has been bringing home some beautiful crystals from Ele's shop over the past few months. They have really brought some light, creativity and joy to the house. I had some time last weekend and was able to go with her to visit the store in person. Everyone was very kind, wearing masks and I felt safe just browsing and looking at all the gorgeous stones. Well, without meaning too, I found a beautiful early Christmas present for my wife. A year ago we were lucky enough to visit Australia and we spent some time looking for a special opal (we were told Australia is famous for them) to bring home as a souvenir. We stopped at several gem shops and even visited the opal museum in Sydney. All lovely, and educational, but nothing really stood out to us. Lo and behold, at Ele's there was this wonderfully luminescent opal that has a unique purple coloring to it. My wife tried it on, along with another necklace or two, and it was a clear winner. The stone was literally radiant on her. Turns out the stone is from Australia! I was happy to finally find our souvenir opal and my wife is delighted to wear it! I highly recommend this store for both crystals and jewelry. Oh, and Father's Office is right next door so it's also easy to celebrate any purchase made with an excellent burger and beer! Cheers!

They lie that all in your life will result in miracles just by owning their crystals ... they are dishonest , pushing more sales , their return policies are non existent. They are greedy and very very manipulative dishonest . Stay away from the owner - she is on something for sure . Do not trust their claims All they want is your money , more is better !!!! Staff girls can be sweet seem innocent but do not trust any of them !!! Do your homework ! There are a few stores on Montana that sell the same without claims of fortune telling so to speak for less than 75% savings ! I swear across the street Look around not fancy store but prices are pennies in comparison, plus very honest , normal staff!

This is a really clean crystal and jewelry store, the people are so nice, i got a tigers eye bracelet and it is so pretty!

I am not a fine jewelry store type of gal, and after doing quite a bit of research I found Ele, and I'm so thankful that I did. She is so collaborative and creative, with a high taste level, an ability to work with you on pricing, and a beautiful spirit. I trusted her completely, and my fiancé and I were both blown away when we went to pick up the ring. She did an incredible job, and it exceeded my already high expectations. Her parolette Blue made each visit that much more fun, and we couldn't escape without purchasing some of her exquisite crystals and everyday jewelry pieces. I just happened upon this Instagram page with so much beauty and inspirational stones and jewelry with such positive vibrations. There is also a link to the online shop which I will have to use for now since I live in Hawaii. I would love to see this store next time I visit California. I'm just in love with these essential oil infuser bottles that are made out of amethyst, rose quartz, and fluorite. Coming here is a magical experience. Everything in the shop is absolutely gorgeous. It is obvious that Ele puts a lot of care into the creation of her jewelry and selection of crystals in the store. Beautiful store, and Ele Keats is a beautiful person. Unlike Luke, whoever he is, I've always felt welcome when I stop by to browse and never felt pressure to buy. Her designs are stunning. She has a great selection of crystals in every price range. Some are quite unique. The shop, although small, is beautifully curated. It's a place I go when I need an uplifting treat for myself or want to shop for something special for a friend.

This is my all time favorite crystal shop in LA for loose stones and fine jewelry. Every piece in the shop is hand selected and of the highest quality. There really is something for everyone here. Plus, it's just a magical experience to visit. I can't explain how soothing and inspiring it feels to be in the store. There is something extra special from purchasing stones at this store then I have received from any other. I have my entire zen retreat surrounded with stones and crystals from here and feel grateful that the powers from the shop with the stones are with me daily in my home. After several visits, I really started to admire Ele for her knowledge and the information she provides, plus her beautiful energy! Now for the selection..she has very beautiful high quality crystals, (sometimes pricey) every kind and in multiple forms. It is a beautiful shop and I have now acquired quite a collection. Every one of them has been powerful and I have not been disappointed. I have always wanted a Emerald stone necklace because it is such a powerful stone for success, prosperity, love, and most of all it's a protection stone against the evil eye and she went out of her way and made me a stunning emerald necklace. I am so happy with my necklace and everytime I wear it, it has been so powerful. I love it!!! And when I want something she ships the items to me at home and everything was always well-packaged. I am very grateful that she goes out of her way to help me and mail these beautiful items to me! Ele also made me a gorgeous Citrine ring that I wear everyday and get compliments.
