Electra Palace Thessaloniki

We have previously stayed at this hotel and it hasn’t changed the service is impeccable. All the staff are happy to help. It is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff at the rooftop bar are fantastic and the view from there is great. Enjoyed sitting and having drinks for hours. The breakfast is very good and I wish we had stayed here for dinner but went elsewhere and that was a disappointment. Next time we go to Thessaloniki we will definitely stay and eat here.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. Beautiful views of the water and located near several shops, restaurants, and places to tour. Several wonderful tours have their meeting/pick up location within walking distance. The rooms are nice and very clean. The sound proofing is excellent. There is lots of activity in the evenings nearby but we did not hear any of the noise. The breakfast buffet is wonderful with so much to choose from. The concierge staff are extremely helpful in arranging transportation and sightseeing tours. We received regular communication from the time we made our reservation through a post stay email. Excellent customer service.

This was our 5th stay at this amazing and very opulent hotel, and each time it gets better and better. The staff are amazing and nothing was a bother, our room as always was emaculate and exceptionally clean, and the hotel facilities and restaurant are among the best in the world. I cannot recommend this place enough, it is centrally located so everything is within reach and walking distance, we would not consider staying anywhere else when visiting beautiful Thessaloniki! Thank you to all the staff and management for making our stay a memorable experience yet again! See you all next time!

This hotel was beautiful and really conveniently located for both major sights and our tour pick up spot. The view of the water and the square were lovely, especially from the rooftop restaurant at sunset. The restaurant was tasty and great about accommodating food allergies. The included breakfast buffet was also delicious with lots of choices. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, although be warned that a larger bed is actually two twins pushed together, if you and your partner are usually cuddlers. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Returned with the family for a 2 night stay. This was the third time we've stayed at the hotel in recent years. The service was outstanding, the rooftop where breakfast is served and where pool and bar is located is outstanding

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of July before heading to Skopelos by ferry. We're a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Electra palace and won't hesitate to recommend or indeed stay again. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms were very well appointed and beds extremely comfortable. Every member of staff was super polite, helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the lovely rooftop restaurant/bar area was excellent. A bonus having a rooftop pool in a city hotel - obviously it's not huge (or deep!) but we were very glad of it. Location wise the hotel is excellent, particularly if you're heading to an onward ferry. No hesitation in a 5 star review.

Great location and excellent service. The rooftop restaurant really surprised us with how good the food was—every dish we tried was delicious and beautifully presented. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome from the start. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Thessaloniki. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

Hotel is nice , location is perfect and staff is super friendly and professional.|We will come back! Breakfast was great , not too big but with quality food. |Pool is a bit small but it is ok being located on rooftop.
