Electra Palace Thessaloniki

What an amazing stay. So happy we booked our holiday stay at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful local staff. From the front desk to the breakfast and housekeeping. A truly 5star experience. Newly restored rooms, super comfy beds and twice a day room service. The location is in the heart of Thessaloniki with all main attractions within walking distance. And the breakfast buffet is delicious. Includes local specialties and well known flavors prepared with quality food. We couldn't wait to go every day. . A real gem Highly recommended for business trips, couples or families. . My only side note if you have a rental car and directed to use the recommended parking is to pay at the parking main office to get the hotels discount. I wasn't properly instructed and simply paid at the automated machines and didn't get the hotel discount. 35 Euro a day vs 18 Euro a day. Bummed but done

Very clean and well organised management! In a very heart of Thessaloniki, 2nd biggest city in Greece. Beautiful view on Aristotelis Square. Close to shopping area and all general highlights of the city. Great menu in a restaurant and our favourite rooftop terrace restaurant. We had a shampagn and sweets and some food and salads. All tasty !!!! Highly recommended!

The location is excellent, within walking distance to lots of places. The exterior of the hotel is truly impressive. The interior of the building is elegantly and tastefully decorated. The rooms are very clean and give a strong sense of hygiene. The reception staff and other employees are extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The rooms are not very large, but they are furnished in a very smart and functional way, offering plenty of space to move around. I loved the bed. With four different pillows, it was incredibly comfortable. If you ever visit Thessaloniki, I definitely recommend staying here.

My wife and I we spent six nights in June and we loved it. The hotel is very well situated in the heart of the town. As soon as you walk into the hotel, you feel the warmth and hospitality from the doorman to the reception and all employees of the hotel, including the director!!|The breakfast lunch and dinner unbelievable of course with the best view of the gulf of Thermaikos . if you expect ( philoxenia ) and it’s best, This is the hotel.

Good localization and good service. Breakfast as in this type of the hotel. We had a few rooms - the same standard but one colleague needed to change the room twice - the first looks like Harry Potter’s room, the second had many AC coolers on the balcony - a huge noise…

Absolutely beautiful hotel, in the heart of Thessaloniki. Our room had a spectacular view of the town center and the harbor. The staff catered to our every need throughout our 5 night stay. We visited over Thanksgiving, the staff knew we were from America and went out of their way to deliver a small pumpkin pie to our room. Bravo to the entire staff. We intend to stay here again on our next visit to Thessaloniki.

Excellent hotel in every way! Rooms and public spaces are sparkling clean, beds are very comfortable, shower is luxurious, breakfast is good on the 7th floor with a sea view, warm and friendly attitude from all the staff with a willingness to help and answer any question and request quickly and courteously, a really heated pool and a pleasant atmosphere in the spa. Highly recommended

Right in the heart of the square where everything is of a walking distance from you. Clean rooms, wonderful staff and special thanks to the wonderful guest relations Spyros who generously and kindly helped us with every little detail. Rich breakfast on the roof top restaurant, clean food . Worth mentioning as well the kind receptionist who confirmed our late check out. Thanks a lot Highly recommended hotel
