Electra Palace Thessaloniki

This was our third stay in Electra Palace Thessaloniki and had a great time! The hotel is perfectly located to explore the city on foot. The breakfast is of great quality and the view from the 7th floor restaurant-bar ( and breakfast room) is the best in town!|We had access to the executive lounge in the ground floor (access granted to gold aegean airlines members and clients who have booked a suite)! The lounge was extremely convenient for us as we were 9 in total and had a place to meet, have a rest and the kids could order a light lunch (club sandwiches and fries). We also had a drink before dinner every evening. All staff in the lounge were extremely kind and helpful.The kids had a great time at the pool. Please note that kids can only use the pool until 14.00 and an appointment has to be made prior to the use of the pool ( this was not the case last year). One of my friends and I had massages at Aegeo Spa with Tatiana who was amazing and higly recommended.|The only difficulties we faced was with a couple of the staff in the breakfast area and restaurant on the 7th floor ( this is a very busy place with clients that are not hotel guests and we believe this might be the cause of the bad service that we had twice). Overall the experience was great and we would strongly recommend the hotel! Special thanks to Apostolos ( breakfast room), Feni (reception), and Mrs Liapi ( reservations)!

I had a disappointing experience at Orizontes Roof Garden located at the Electra Palace in Thessaloniki. Despite calling twice to confirm that small dogs were allowed, upon our arrival, we were denied entry with our dog. The staff, including the manager, were not only unhelpful but also quite rude about the situation. This lack of professionalism overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable visit. I expected better from a venue that promotes itself as a premier dining destination. I would not recommend this place if you’re considering bringing your pet.

As others have said, the hotel has the best possible location. Close to the water and in the center of town. Our room had a lovely view of the sea. ||Rooms have been updated recently and are comfortable and nicely decorated. Plenty of charging points for your devices and strong WiFi signal. ||Food is the restaurant is excellent and the views are spectacular.

Best location, best hotel in Thessaloniki. As I overhead someone casually saying "here's where the life is" and that's true, 24/7. Fantastic location, world class service and everything you need or want a stone's throw away. Great cuisine and amazing views. junior suite rooms are the smallest I've ever been to 5* and some rooms may be oddly shaped, at least for an architect's eye. Great quality and attention to detail. Would definitely visit again, especially as a couple's getaway =)

Incredibly unprofessional and disorganized staff who don’t even know their own policies. We called twice in advance to confirm that small pets were allowed, yet upon arrival, they refused us entry. Complete waste of time. The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. This place needs serious staff training to avoid misleading customers. Avoid if you expect basic professionalism and clear communication.

My review is for my experience at the Aegeo Spa: my first visit was alone in search of a manicure and massage - I had searched high and low and to no avail! I was welcomed by the warm host - Marina - ready make my afternoon a lovely experience. All the beauticians are so professional and also warm. Leah was a perfectionist on my manicure and also fun to talk with! |Natasha then gave a beautiful Cretan massage, really relaxing me but also persistent with my knots too. I was so relaxed after. |I then treated my daughter the following weekend for the Cretan massage and facials, where my daughter had Leah and I had Christina who also knew what she was doing! We were feeling relaxed and with fresh and hydrated faces! My daughter said she hadn’t been that relaxed since she arrived for school 2 months earlier! |Thank you to Marina and team - you all have a wonderful warm and caring energy - highly recommend!!

A proper 5* gorgeous hotel, located in the heart of Thessaloniki. The greatest staff, the tops customer service, beautiful rooms... and a roof garden with breathtaking view... and food and drinks! Alexia (Guest Relations Manager), will turn your special moments in even more unique and special! The little touches in the room and that genuine smile, do not have a second! Lena, a super star member from the reservations, will assist you with all the details of your booking! Super helpful and always smiley as well! Ask Pavlos at the roof bar for a good recommendation for a local wine... you will be surprised! You have to try lunch and dinner!! I mean... out of this world! The breakfast?? I hope you are hungry! You MUST try the spa... I am not saying anything else... GORGEOUS space, and soooo serene! This is my home, away from home... Every time I travel to Greece, I have to stay in Electra Palace even for one night... Not all the Heroes wear a cape! Have I mentioned how much I adore this place??? :) A huge thank you to All of you guys for one more unforgettable accommodation!!! xxx

The staff were friendly and polite, and the check-in process easy. The room and the bed were really comfortable. The location-perfect. Check out process was a breeze. I recommend this hotel to travelers that want to explore downtown Thessaloniki by foot.
