Our family vacation at Element 52 was extraordinary, five star all the way! The team at the property was so welcoming and accommodating, and truly excited to share their destination with us. every adventure was memorable, and perfect in every way. A huge thanks to Alex Rollinson and team for making our holiday over the top!

Everyone at Element 52 was wonderful. We had a great stay and cannot wait to go back. The service was personalized. Everyone there knew our family and dog by name. We felt like we were staying with extended family.

Element 52 has always the best hospitality and the staff are so attentive. Pedro and Alex are amazing hosts and we will continue to partner with them as long as Netflix comes to Telluride for Film Fest.

Element 52 was the perfect place for our family to stay during our summer vacation. It far exceeded our expectations. The service, staff, amenities, and location were top notch!

From booking to our departure, trip was seamless and perfect. The hotel and location are excellent, and our room was perfect. The team at the hotel is what really makes it world class. Kind, helpful and warm. Ski valet was great, and hotel team’s assistance with reservations and everything between was excellent. My kids especially loved the resident pups, Murphy and Jasmine. We will be returning!

A stunning property in a perfect spot. We stayed in a large residence and it felt like a private luxury home. Well maintained, incredible views of the mountains.

Thanks to the team at Element 52 for a for a great stay. They were awesome. The answer to every question was yes. Our room was perfect for us and our three teenage boys. Resort had easy mountain access and it snowed! ||||Tips|| - so glad we booked all our dinners in advance trough the hotel. They did a great job of choosing places and it would have been hard to get bookings otherwise. ||- we did the pre-order of groceries and that worked great for breakfast food.

The absolute best spot in Telluride! We have stayed at many various resorts and homes in Telluride & this is our new favorite! The staff goes above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable! The condo we stayed in was beautiful and perfectly appointed! Alex & his staff make this the most welcoming location in town! The lobby pups Murphy & Jasmine are the icing on top!

I've stayed at Element 52 3 times, and each time was fantastic. The staff is so accommodating and pleasant. The grounds and buildings are well kept. The gym is comfortable and has a variety of machines and weights. The location is perfect -- it's great to step outside, walk across the bridge, and meander along the river. Additionally, there is the most cool funicular that takes you from the ski shop, where your skies and boots are kept or rented, to a ski run at the top of the property. From the top of the funicular, you can ski down to a lift or walk up the small hill to the gondola. The jacuzzis are wonderful, as well. Our unit actually had a private jacuzzi, which was heated and had great views. Really enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are amazing, the staff are super accommodating and the managers two golden retrievers are the reason I got a golden. Not to mention the ski in ski out and a 5 minute walk from town center. It is simply the best. I will never stay in mountain village again.

No A/C--which is very surprising for such a high-end property ("opening the window" isn't a satisfactory response), and there is clearly a problem as there were portable fans in every room. Also, concierge service was uneven--in many cases expertly reponding to requestions and in others dropping the ball (had to call 3x during the week to ask that housekeeping not just barge in until after I had notified the concierge desk that we were ready for cleaning and yet it happenned today a 4th time on our 9th day. Last, there doesn't appear to be a policy about loud talking on cell phones while in the fitness center--one man spoke loudly into the phone for ~45 minutes and was quite rude about being able to do so because he was an "owner." Renter beware.

The Auberge Residences at Element 52 are truly the "Tip of the Spear" in luxury ski resort rentals in Telluride. At the end of the day this is definitely value for money. Our 3 BR/3.5 BA was well appointed with 3 kings w/ensuites and Jacuzzi tubs as well as a gourmet kitchen and private laundry facilities. There is a ski lounge with friendly staff who manage your equipment and offer freshly baked cookies and free beer. The ski lounge and fire pit on level 2 are also connected by a diagonal "funicular" to take you to and from the slope on level 5 for true ski in/out convenience. Did I forget the hot tubs? Auberge has the hottest hot tubs I have ever experienced!

I've stayed at Element 52 twice now. Absolutely wonderful place to stay and prime location right along the river trail, making our walk to and from breakfast lunch and dinner the prettiest walk in town. I was there as part of an adventure week with a program called TASP (Telluride Adaptive Sports Program) There was 8 of us, and we felt like we were Starring in an episode of that reality TV show "the Real World" because this place was that nice! We had our own bedrooms and bathrooms, all high end, we even had our own elevator in our place. The kitchen came with nice surround sound music and all the amenities one could wish for. I was surprised it's a condo, as it really feels like it's a a huge house from inside. We had at least 3 different balconies and a back door that led to the hot tub which was just a few steps away and is shared among the property, however, we had it to ourselves as this property is not crowded at all. Perfect to come home to after a great day of playing in Telluride! They also have a main lobby with complimentary bottled water, coffee, nuts, fruit and very joyful staff willing to help out in any way. Everyone here was wonderful! They also had free van rides available to drive us anywhere we needed to go, though everything was walking distance, but still nice for those cold days to have the option to call for a free ride. We love it here! And we very much appreciate the wonderful owners for working with TASP to make sure we had the best trip ever now 2yrs in a row. After walking all over town, this would definitely be my first pick to stay if I come back a 3rd time. Wonderful!

Great location on the river, and just on the edge of Telluride's city limit. Easily walkable from anywhere in the city. High-end, first-class accommodations and absolutely gorgeous condos with top-notch finishes and appliances.
