Service is great and it’s a very cute little place. Feels like you’re having dinner at a friend’s house. The stuffed black spore mushroom appetizer was not what I thought it would be. The mushrooms weren’t stuffed and were kind of bland outside of the cheese and pesto. For dinner we had the steak frites, brown butter chicken, and scallops. The steak was skirt steak and it was a bit overcooked for my liking. It tasted good, however, they apparently only make it medium and it was cooked beyond medium. Brown butter chicken was good, chicken was a little overcooked and the green beans were a bit bland but my boyfriend enjoyed it a lot! Scallops were fantastic! They were cooked perfectly and even gave us an extra one. For dessert we had the chocolate toffee cake and the apple pie. Both were amazing! They definitely know how to do their desserts! Overall it was a good experience just be aware they do overcook the meats.

This restaurant is a fantastic family owned business just off the main street in Easley, SC. The quaint exterior is a disguise for a ferocious delicious and regularly changing menu. The main courses are exceptionally well executed and the desserts are delicious. Do not miss the carrot cake when it is on the menu, seriously, do not skip that cake. The small bar room is where the lively action happens. If you have 5 to 7 people and you want to have an outstanding meal in an intimate space with a talented bartender, this is your element! The service is friendly and quick. The atmosphere is great for civilized dinner conversations. The dinning room chairs are comfortable and the time flies by quickly inside.

My husband and I love to go here for date night. We have also come with another couple. The quiet, calm atmosphere, food, and service have us recommending this locally owned restaurant to friends and neighbors. I recommend a reservation. Last minute calls may leave you with a "We are full tonight." message (from prior experience) because we are not the only ones who enjoy going here when they're open!

Element is one of our absolute favorite restaurants. From the warm, welcoming and attentive staff to the consistently delicious food and cocktail offerings, Element is top notch. My wife and I try to dine there at least once a week. The pricing is very fair and the atmosphere is nostalgic, cozy and extremely inviting. The bar is a great place to meet new people and Melissa always tends bar with a smile. I highly recommend Element, as I am certain it will become one of your new favorite spots. 10 out of 10 starts! :)

Google
First thing to say is about how beautiful this place is. Both the inside and outside are very inviting. The choices are more limited than some restaurants but just plan ahead, they're are multiple ways to see the menu updates beforehand. I also like the fact that they craft a new menu with in season items and seasonal pairings. Our food was great. The mushroom appetizer was our favorite thing we tried. Nice drink selection with the option to make anything a mocktail. Overall a fun experience and night out. We would love to come back next time around!

Google
EleMent never disappoints! Fabulous service and delicious food! My husband and I have loved everything we have tried on their varied menu. So much thought and love goes into each plate! The intimate setting is refreshing and the workers are intentional in getting to know their guests. I am SO glad to have this charming gem in Easley!

Google
Only been there once. A friend said it was good. So we took out of town guests and the food was just terrible. I had the ribeye and it was not cooked as asked and all my food was cold. The server knew the steak was not cooked right. The only thing edible was the appetizers. My guest after we got home told me it was not my fault the food was bad. Spent about 250.00. One had the scallops, one had the chicken and one had the fish. We all were disappointed.

Yelp
We called Monday to get reservations on Friday. They promptly called back to confirm our reservation (party of 4 plus a toddler). This was our first time. We thought we arrived to the wrong place. It's like a big house. When we walked inside, we were instantly greeted with smiles and the hostess had our reservation. She took us to our table and we were immediately Waited on by the waitress. The staff were super attentive. The ambiance was low lit and romantic. Oh my gosh, the food was amazing... so flavorful. I got the seared scallops with asparagus and rice. It was probably the best. My husband got the steak, which was also delicious. We ended the night with desert. A Carmel cheesecake and an Italian cake. This place is a hidden gem. It was so good!

Yelp
My wife and I had a lovely date night here. The food and the ambience and the drinks were excellent. The brown butter chicken and the scallops were cooked divine. Would recommend five out of five to come here

Yelp
What can I say, Element is Easley's "ONLY" culinary restaurant! Great date night experience! The owners are great and welcoming. We love trying their rotating dishes and their chef is definitely creative but safe (nothing too strange).

Yelp
We were in the area visiting family, and needed to have dinner before heading in for the night. Looking on Yelp, I found Element, and could tell from the reviews that this would be an excellent choice for the evening. This is a lovely home converted to a commercial location, complete with a large, paved parking lot. We arrived early, and that allowed us to get a good look at the exterior of the property. This property is well maintained, with a sidewalk that looked virtually new. Good first impressions! A lady greeted us right away, and took us to a table, allowing us to choose our location in the room. Even though it was not a "real" fire, we chose to sit near the fireplace. We had a heavy BBQ lunch, so we were hoping for something light. Several menu items interested us, so we chose to get several dishes, and share them. This was no problem with our waitress -- she was great! She also was helpful with my need to avoid food sensitivities. Plus! We shared the Brussels Sprouts. Hubby thought they were a little underdone, but I thought they were cooked well, with just a little browning. Of course, with roasting, more char is always good, so I understood his point. Next came the Spinach Salad, with vinaigrette subbed for the tomato dressing. What a lovely presentation! I think we ate every bite of this. Along with the salad, we got the Quinoa and Riced Cauliflower Stir Fry. Due to my gluten intolerance, the chili sauce was on the side, but I never missed it. The calm atmosphere and delicious food made for a relaxing evening, and we enjoyed it very much. When in the area, we would definitely go again. I hope you'll visit; I think it's worth your time.

Yelp
Very nice and quiet restaurant. The food was a little pricey but soooo worth it. The pork belly was amazing!!!!!

Yelp
Food was ok. Extremely overpriced. Friends took us to dinner there & I had sticker shock over how much food was there. Service was ok. They need a bartender who knows how to mix a drink. It was nice inside however the inside did not match the prices on the menu. It's an old house that has been turned into a restaurant & since it's downtown I guess they figured they could charge a lot of money for a casual dining experience. I would not go back.

Yelp
I've eaten here several times recently and love this restaurant. Set in an old home in Easley, you genuinely get the fee that you are at someone's house and they are cooking for you. I've had the burger, the ribeye and last night I had the braised short rib. All delicious. If I had one critique I would say they don't have any non-alcoholic beer choices. They offered to make me a mocktail, but I am a beer guy. I stuck with water and club soda.

Yelp
Met up with family from out of town here. The perfect place. The food, drinks, service and atmosphere were sublime. Easy to find too. I just followed Mapquest and took me right there. What a nice surprise to find such a place.

Yelp
Food was great! Salad dressing was amazing. Good fish, service was wonderful! The restaurant was fairly quiet. I liked how it was decorated.

Yelp
Finally!!!! A restaurant in Easley that isn't a chain, a meat and three, or a fast food joint specializing in frying things. We came here early on a Sunday to check it out and were overwhelmed with how beautiful the building is! Just off Main Street, the owners have conceded this gorgeous old stone home into a beautiful, cozy, sophisticated restaurant. We sat in the back corner of what I believe is the main dining area. I thoroughly enjoyed the mushroom appetizer, served in a cast iron pan with super fresh feta and some homemade pesto. The Brussels sprouts, roasted with pine nuts, were fantastic!! My boyfriend says they were some of the best he's ever had. He thoroughly enjoyed the spinach salad, and I liked the homemade tomato dressing, too (like Catalina). His strip steak was closer to well than medium-rare, and though he didn't care for the marinade because it tasted a little too vinegar-y, I liked it. Kind of more like a standard steak sauce. My veggie (black bean) burger was good & homemade! I like that they have vegetarian options. Boyfriend said the fries were really good, too (made in fresh oil). They also have a full bar! My Bloody Mary tasted like it was made in house (not from a mix) and had the perfect amount of horseradish. They have a small, but varied, beverage menu. I was impressed they had dark beer on there (my favorite)! It is by far the best sit-down restaurant in town! I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more things.

Yelp
We had reservations last Friday for 7PM and didn't get the food until 8:30. I ordered the chicken breast dish and my wife ordered the lasagna. My chicken was tough as a shoe sole on a bed of creamed potatoes that tasted like powdered potatoes. I received 6 green beans. My wife's lasagna looked like it had been taken from Stoffer's and place in a small tin. It was burned around the edges. She had two glasses of wine. The price $96.00. I will never darken Element's doors again.

Yelp
Friends and I took my college daughter here for her birthday and were not disappointed. We called early in the day and were able to get reservations for 5pm that evening (they called us back a few hours later) Like a previous reviewer said, the staff was very welcoming and genuinely friendly when we arrived. We ordered the Caprese salad and Pumpkin Rosemary bread. The first was good, the bread had excellent flavor, but weird texture like gluten free.(kind of dense). (I make my own sourdough varieties so I'm extremely picky and haven't found any in Gville I really like!) Two of us ordered the Butter Chicken and it was fabulous - tasty mashed potatoes, delicious brown sauce with walnuts, and fresh, perfectly cooked green beans. Two ordered the Asian Pork Skewers and they were healthy, delicious, and cooked perfectly, with a tasty Asian sauce. A friend ordered a shrimp dish that he said he enjoyed - and it looked good from the other side of the table. The best was the Pavlova? dessert. It was berries, whipped cream? and a meringue crust - not too sweet, absolutely delicious and the table of five couldn't finish it. Really different, light tasting, and a perfect end of summer treat. Sitting outside had a pretty view and rustic vibe - but there didn't seem to be a bad seat in the house. The only con was it took a long time for our main dishes - but the company was good so we weren't in a rush. Great date night venue - will head back with hubby one night! It's a really terrific restaurant hidden away in the middle of town where you can get fresh ingredients and interesting dishes not usually cooked at home. Hint: get the special clearance $24 bottle Pinot Noir - very good for a ridiculously low price. Wish I'd taken pics of the food as the presentation was nice as well.

Yelp
Sometimes you have to travel a few miles to really enjoy dining. Especially if you live in Anderson SC This is an enjoyable evening if you truly appreciate well prepared food. With the most congenial owner I have met. Who will go out of his way to insure you enjoyed your meal. It will be hard to leave without him meeting you at the door. However before you believe what I say, look at my reviews, if it sounds like we have a similar palate and agree, look at the menu for this resturant. Frankly the scallops were to die for. But I love asparagus and rice, so for me, it was perfect. Needless to say the scallops with seared to perfection. Of course, my requirements for dining included a great drink! No disappointment there! Did I mention the ambience, it's pleasant and simple with free frills however pulling up on Essentials is like finding a oyster with a pearl in a bed of clams. It'sa beautiful converted house. Just dress comfortable and enjoy one of the best lunches you can get anywhere local.

Yelp
Very nice. Loved sitting on the screened porch! It's like going to a friends house for dinner.....then you can pay & leave! Nice. Very knowledgeable staff regarding pairing the meal & drink. We have been a few times and haven't been disappointed once.

Yelp
This is our favorite restaurant in Easley! The customer service is awesome and the food is top notch. It's a perfect place for a nice date night dinner & our go-to!

Yelp
Based on comments from friends about their dining experience at Element the wife and I ventured out there for dinner last night. The entire experience from making reservation, the greeting on arrival, ordering of meal, taste/flavor and presentation of food, and the pleasant employees/owner inviting us back as we exited was A1. Outstanding!

Yelp
I just moved to Easley this year and was looking for a small local place to take my girlfriend for a nice dinner. I did not want to take her to outback or Longhorn's or anything like that. So I was driving around one day and saw this place and decided to give it a try. That was one of the better decisions that I have made. The restaurant in itself is so nice, the atmosphere is great, the people are so well-trained in how to treat customers, The food is not only amazing but it is so reasonably priced. If you are looking for a place to go for a nice dinner or for a special meal this is definitely the place to go in Easley South Carolina.

Yelp
Back in business with a mind for safety and social distancing. Owner and staff making every effort to promote COVID-safe practices while making fantastic food and knockout desserts. This locally owned delight is open limited hours so plan to come at the best time for you, hungry and with your close friends. They have private rooms, patio seating, outdoor seating, and distanced indoor table. Full bar, fresh seafood, local veggies, and fresh baked desserts. Can't miss this place!

Yelp
Went there for first time last night with wife. Very nice atmosphere and staff very friendly. The only downside is they have a very limited menu. I ordered the Ruben with fries and my wife ordered the angus burger with fries. Didn't have to wait long for the food to come out but while we were waiting our waitress, very nice, brought us a couple of their pumpkin rosemary biscuits. They had a good taste but were undercooked and stuck to the roof of our mouths. One bite of those was enough. When our food arrived we cut the Ruben and burger in half so we could both try both. Both were delicious however for $14 the Ruben was very small. Our bill for the 2 meals was $25 plus tax and tip for a total of $32. Seems a little high for a burger and a Ruben. At those prices for what you get we probably will not be going back but we wish them well.

Yelp
We tried for the first time, food was great. Staff waS very friendly and eager to please. Menu is limited but good quality food. Told us will be having a spring menu soon.Easley area definitely needed a better restaurant in the area. Would definitely return.

Yelp
5 of us ate lunch at Element today. We had a variety of cocktails, salads, soup and sandwiches. Everything was delicious! We also shared 3 different desserts (creme brûlée, strawberry pie and chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting) and they were all incredible! Service and ambiance were lovely, and we can't wait to return soon!

Yelp
First time visiting with some local friends and was delightfully surprised. Good food and service.

Yelp
Tried this restaurant tonight for first time. The food was fantastic, atmosphere and service was phenomenal. We usually drive to Greenville for food this good - will be coming back and recommending to our friends and neighbors. It's 10-star good!!!

Yelp
What a great meal and a great experience! I had the tile fish, which was cooked to perfection, and my husband ordered the filet minion. The filet was served with a steak knife, which was not even needed. The meat was flavorful and so tender you could cut it with a butter knife. Staff wore gloves AND masks and patrons were spaced well apart. What a great place, especially for our first outing since Covid began. We can't wait to return
