After a couple of months of intense research, we happened upon Element Home in our search for a new sectional sofa. Julie assisted us and showed us many options. We landed on an American Leather product and just received it after about six weeks, as it was made to order. It is amazing! It fits our space perfectly, is extremely well made with high quality materials and looks so handsome in our space. Julie was extremely helpful in assisting us throughout the entire design process of the semi custom sofa sectional. She was also very patient with us as we considered several options. The owner, Robert, was also extremely friendly and even brought homemade baked treats during the holidays. I highly recommend stopping in for any home furnishing needs. They have beautiful art, furniture, accessories and more. There are several customizable options as well. In July, I happened by Element Home and saw beautiful animal art pieces hand made by one of their artists, Marie. I asked if she'd create a special piece for me. After many conversations and collaborative efforts, Marie made us the most perfect mixed media quilted piece of art. And what timing! It's a perfect memorial piece now for both Buttons and Zipper. 💙🐾🌈

My husband and I worked with Julie at ELEMENT Home, and we had a fantastic experience! From our 1st visit where we intended to browse art and accessories to the installation of the items we ultimately selected, and every step along the way, we have been extremely happy. Julie is exceptional. She knows every product at ELEMENT Home, and even knows a lot about each artist that they represent. I purchased a dinning table from Element home last year. Robert has been a dream to work with. Not only he was very patient working with our budget to find the best product but also he made sure the communication was very clear from the day of purchase to product delivery. He also got a great delivery team. My 1st dinning table arrived scratched at couple of places and Robert made sure to get another one shipped all the way from Italy. The part that amazed me was he showed up in person at the time of delivery to make sure we are satisfied with our product. Robert went so far as to ship the piece back to the manufacturer in the Carolinas at his expense for repairs. Remarkable service and caring by Robert. We’re now in a position to furnish our new home with quality. Robert was our “go to person” because of his decades old concern to satisfy me with my first couch. Robert is the epitome of committed customer service. The patience, concern for detail and careful handling of our needs with this new project is such a fun experience. Element is a phenomenal furniture store. Not only do they carry marvelous furniture, art, and accessories, their customer service is marvelous. They come to your home to get a sense of what you want - or could want - then they work with you every step of the process including placing the pieces/artwork in your home. Element has become the only furniture store I now use - and that is true for many of my close friends as well. I cannot recommend Element highly enough.

If you are going to purchase furniture, this is the place to go! As a manager, I understand the importance of good customer service. I had visited Denver from Atlanta and happened to see a beautiful, sleek, modern recliner that looked nothing like your typical recliner. I could tell by the quality, construction, and comfort that it was worth every penny. Originally, I thought about purchasing it from an online company, but decided that I would rather support a local business…BEST decision I ever made!! When it arrived, I had a minor issue with assembly of an armrest, so I contacted the store. My message was immediately sent to Robert and I received a phone call within minutes. He FaceTimed my phone to see if he could help assist. We tried a couple of things and at the time it didn’t work, so he took a picture of the problem and contacted the manufacturer. Robert kept reassuring me that regardless of what it took, he would ensure that I had a fully functional chair. He mentioned that he just happened to be in Atlanta over the weekend and if needed, he would even come over and fix it himself!! Then next morning, I received a call from Robert with an easy solution and my armrest was on my chair in under 2 minutes. I can’t wait to go back to Denver and visit Element again.

Great service from first ideas thru delivery! Loved working with Mary Beth in figuring out sizes and colors, she was thoughtful and gave us space to make decisions. Our mountain delivery team got stuck assembling a table and the owner got on face time to assist. Thanks for a great experience!

We recently had the great privilege of working with Karla and Robert from ELEMENT Home. What started out as window shopping after dinners in Cherry Creek, finally lead us inside to search for unique and high quality furnishings. My experience with Element, and Robert Zimmerman has been fantastic, culminating with the delivery of my new BDI Commodore 8179. You would have never known that we were in a pandemic, and all of us were social distancing, and unable to even go into his shop. Robert managed my order flawlessly, from start to finish. Also, Robert and I communicated very well, as to the style and blend of styles that I look for. Can't wait to have Robert design my next room. Very soon!

I love this store!! I met with designer Michele, at Larimer Downtown Denver!! She could not have been nicer. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I decided on two beautiful chairs!! Very unique. Was searching for Best Furniture store on Yelp and was pleasantly surprised to see Element Home with Five Star Ratings. Yes , that score is spot on, this has been my experience as well. This store has great unique high quality pieces on display and a very helpful and knowledgeable staff to boot. If you are looking for High end furniture , Just take a peek in the store and check for yourself , you will not be disappointed.

Michele provided guidance on timelines and options, and she helped us with fabric selections using photos from our home. Working with Michele was an absolute delight!

Great little burger joint, they do offer several choices other than burgers! Definitely worth your time to stop in

This business is one of Denver's gems! Located in one of the cutest blocks in Denver, Element provides not only design services but simply good old fashion customer service! Relocating from the Midwest to Denver, my husband and I, were fascinated with what this retailer had to offer from our window shopping along Larimer. We were not disappointed! Robert, Mary Beth and the entire staff went out of their way to LISTEN and prepare a design plan to meet our objectives within our budget. From paint selections, to window treatments, to large furniture pieces, lighting and accessories. They do it all! As they work diligently to pull together a design plan, the customer's satisfaction is their top priority. Don't be fooled by the relatively small footprint of this store. The more you look, the more you will find. If you don't see what you are looking for, they have access products represented by many manufacturers. They have done their homework to represent quality, tried and true furniture pieces. This design studio is like stepping into a mini art gallery while being treated as if you just stopped in to see your family.

After shopping for a new sectional for months, considering different brands and price ranges, I finally settled on a Westchester Sectional from American Leather. Element did a fantastic job with providing me with multiple price quotes on different models, then when I was finally ready to pull the trigger they made the billing and delivery process absolutely seamless. For such a large purchase, I was nervous about the order placement and fulfillment, especially crossing my fingers that when my order showed up it was what I wanted. I could not be happier with the couch and the service provided - next big purchase, I'm definitely going back!

I like this new furniture store that opened in Larimer Square. It has chic contemporary furniture and decor at a pretty big price, but it's not completely unreasonable for that level of quality and style. It's still more expensive than American Furniture Warehouse, but come on, Jake Jabs has been selling the cheapest furniture wildlife can crawl on since the 70's. Element has furniture that you definitely do not want your pet tiger to crawl on. Crate and Barrel furniture comes at about the same price range, but I think I like Element more than Crate and Barrel. Element is like a high-end Ikea, without a cheesy C.E.O. and store mascot. Thank God! 1 star off: price...it's going to be awhile before I save up for the coffee table I'm eyeing

I am so thrilled to have found Element! I love everything about this store. They have impeccable taste and unsurpassable customer service. I have been working with MaryBeth to furnish my new home. She is extremely talented and shares my vision! MaryBeth knows design. She is diligent and efficient. She has made this process so enjoyable and easy. I am so excited for it to come altogether! Will post pictures when it is complete! If you are looking to find anything for your home I definitely suggest stopping by ELEMENT first! They have it all! You will not be disappointed I promise!

My friend and I went into their store on our volleyball tournament trip. We were both very impressed by how beautiful each piece was displayed. Even though the sales lady knew we were out of town, she took the time to walk us through and show us the dining table I was particularly interested in. I ended up working with Michele in getting our dining set. She is knowledgeable, resourceful and very patient to show me (via emails) pictures of different options and answer any questions I have. We are still waiting for the delivery of the dining set... now I am working with her on our coffee table, console table, etc. Highly recommend her even if you are not local.

They have amazing stuff- some very eclectic pieces and very comfortable chairs and furniture, but the furniture and art is very high end and expensive (a non-leather couch was $3500). Just a tad more than I'd want to spend on normal upholstery. The lady that worked the store was super friendly and helpful however. I may come back to look at some small pieces.

I stopped into browse and this seemed really high end. But the Salesman and his assistant were quick to greet me. And assist me if I needed any help. The prices weren't to bad. But you pay for quality, and I purchased a Huppe bedroom set and i was able to customize the colors and the fabric on the headboard for no extra charge. Totally helpful and I'm also eyeing a Computer Desk. Walmart furniture doesn't cut it once your a grownup.

This is a great place. My Mom and I stopped in one evening just browsing all the wonderful shops on Larimer and the modern and unique furniture caught our eyes. As we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly gentlemen who I later learned was the President (Robert). At the time I was looking for Apartments around Denver and he was chatting to us about places to visit and where to look for places. He was very helpful. We browsed for sometime and my Mom ended up buying some genuinely beautiful earrings from a local artist - real gemstones. I was intrigued by the funky light fixtures and will definitely go back since i now have an apartment and may need something to jazz my place up. This would be the place to find an unique piece to serve as a one of a kind conversation piece for guests. I was also looking very closely at their bedding selection and fabrics. I really liked the comforter on display. That may be my first buy there. They also reupholster. A fantastic visit and owner. If your into modern and trendy take a look here, you won't be disappointed.

Talk about service!!!!! Robert listened intently while I gave him very little to work with about my desires to furnish my new studio in downtown Denver. Somehow, he managed to extract exactly what I wanted! He even went to measure for me since I was out of town, just to make sure everything would look perfect, marking the floors to show me virtually what it would look like. It is truly apparent that Robert loves what he does. I am grateful for his expertise, and thankful that he was recommended to me. I can see why.Highly recommend!!!!!

This is a cool store. They do not have a huge selection of furniture, but they can order a lot of items with custom fabric. I went in and described the other furniture I ordered and the owner knew right what I was looking for. The prices were pretty good too. I ended up ordering 2 barstools for less then $200 each with free shipping. Not bad. The owner is also flexible on price too.

I'm so glad I found this store. They have the most unique, interesting and perfect furniture and design pieces. The design team is friendly, knowledgable and genuinely interested in what would make you happy. They take time with you to learn what you want, and they share ideas and suggestions. We bought a great American Leather brand sofa a year ago, and when I happened to stop by recently and mention that the cushions were sliding a bit, Robert took immediate action. He called American Leather and they actually replaced the sofa! American Leather had made some design changes to solve the problem so Robert had me pick out new fabric and had a brand new sofa delivered to us. Thank you Robert & team!

We discussed some decorating challenges we were experiencing with Robert in his store on Larimer St. Robert was kind enough to visit our home the next week. Robert is a very good listener. While he listens, he is also observing our challenges. Then, and this is the talent we appreciate the most: Robert expresses his independent observations and recommendations in terms we were able to understand. They made great sense to us. We would have made many missteps without his talent and counsel.

Robert and Mary Beth are the best! Very thorough in product info and not pushy at all. We purchased the best Sleeper Sofa with the most comfortable gel memory foam mattress. It has been a hit with our many guests. No complaints! And it's a beautiful grey. Great delivery experience and timely. Classy place! We will definitely purchase there again!

This is one of my favorite furniture stores when I visit Denver. Robert and his staff are so nice and friendly. The store has so many great lamps and accessories. Sofas and rugs seem to be easy to order. Since I live in San Francisco its nice to see modern pieces that are affordable. I have had some things shipped and the follow through was great. The collection is great and most everything works well on its own or together. His store hours are better than most. The last time I had dinner down on Larimer Street it was nice to see his store was still open. I can only hope he opens a store in SF soon.

My husband and I are making a lifestyle change and even though we know what we like, we also know we needed help putting it together. A friend recommended Robert at Element and we are absolutely thrilled with the services, products and advice he has provided. He came to view our current home and also our new condo, spent lots of time getting to know us and understanding our taste and it has been seamless working with him. Robert guided us with a deft hand, but never pressured us into anything we weren't comfortable with. You give her your idea of what you are looking for and she comes with a variety of options. The Sofabed I brought for when my son and wife come to visit is so elegant and comfy that is like sleeping on a cloud. I think this is the best sofa bed in the market. I am almost sure! If you are planning to buy new furniture, lamps, dinnerware, outdoor, fine arts, and much more, you have to visit ELEMENT and of course, ask for Mary Beth. I am confident that you won't regret it!

A few weeks ago, I broke a part on my Calligaris table that I purchased about 9 years ago. The store where I purchased it has gone out of business, but Element is a dealer for the company so I contacted them. Beth worked with me to track down the part and have it sent -- which was no small feat. I sent her pictures and she followed up with the manufacturer... the part arrived just the other day, at no cost to me. Wow! I was not even a customer at Element and I received amazing customer service! I can definitely say that if I am ever in the market for new furniture that I'll be headed from Boulder to Denver to shop at Element. Thank you, Beth!!!

This is an awesome place to check out if you are looking for fantastic artwork. I stopped in last week while I was visiting a friend and bought two pieces of art. The owner, Robert, was very helpful and even offered to pack it up and ship it back to Atlanta for me. One of the paintings was his own work! Both pieces look fantastic in my home which I will enjoy for a long time to come. Great Service and Awesome Merchandise...I recommend stopping here the next time you're in Denver!

Excellent service! I placed an order for a sofa and chair while living abroad. Making large furniture purchases sigh unseen is often nerve-racking but the Element team made it stress free. They were responsive on email and helped me suggest the best design and color according to my preferences and comments. I had a deadline in which the furniture needed to be finished and they completed the order well ahead of my schedule. My moving company even picked it up at their warehouse and Element was very accommodating and helpful. The furniture is gorgeous and I will always use them again in the future.

Element is my new favorite happy place! Seriously, every experience I've had from walking in, to making a purchase, to bringing my new items home, to seeing them every day leaves a HUGE smile on my face. Robert and his team are friendly and fun - and have the most amazing taste. I receive so many compliments on the items I've purchased - all of which have been to accessorize my new home. The chandelier looks "like a piece of art" my friends have said - and the pillows make people want to lay down and never get up. The pieces are unique and special in their own way, which is a perfect addition to a new home. Robert has gone out of his way numerous times to look at photos I've brought in or offered to exchange something if it's not quite right. He has the best smile and the warmest welcome for everyone who comes into the store. I can't say enough, other than, if you are considering adding anything to your home or office, and you haven't visited yet, you are clearly missing an element.

I'm rarely tempted to write a negative review but the service (sorry, I mean lack of service) at this store really got to me. I'd never been to it before, but was browsing around Larimer Square on my lunch hour and thought the merchandise looked interesting, unusual and just up my alley. Unfortunately, there was a sign on the door that said (this is the lunch hour, by the way, in a major metro area): "Back in 5 minutes." I waited a good 15 - 20 minutes before the clerk wandered back in. Not a good start. I walked in, was not greeted, was not asked if I needed help, was basically not acknowledged in any way. Dude just sat and ate his lunch and never lifted a finger. It's a shame that he was so incredibly rude, because otherwise it's a lovely store - but first impressions count and he certainly wins the "Rudest Clerk in the Denver Area" award from me and I won't go back.

What a surprise to find so much great contemporary design and furnature options packed into a small store in the heart of downtown. My wife and I were struggling to solve our interior design issues, having been told by one interior designer that she could not help us. Beth at Element relished the task, and helped us solve every design road block. Beth has a large, gregarious personality and was able to listen and work with us to solve color (Beth is a color prodigy!), furnature, and functional layout problems, giving us options to look at, and finally helping us make up our collective minds. In the end we got just what we wanted. Thanks much to Beth, Robert and the great design options they set before us. We couldn't be any happier in our new home or with Element!!!

We were visiting Denver on business/pleasure heading to a restaurant when a beautiful sculpture in the window caught our eye. My husband and I have been looking for something to decorate our foyer in Connecticut for 61/2 years! We fell in love with it immediately, and owner, designer Robert Zimmerman could not have been more helpful with our purchase, and accommodating our shipping needs. The statue was delivered yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased with it. Thank you Robert for such a fantastic shopping experience, and we plan on another visit to your store soon.

This store is a gem with exceptional service and quality merchandise at fair prices. My husband and I happened in while on Larimer last week and found they have a wonderful selection of original art from local and national painters. The artists are well-chosen, talented and producing quality, beautiful work, but don't carry the high prices of many local galleries. They also have fun and interesting furnishings and accessories. The owner, Robert, is very friendly helpful and even came to our house to consult on the painting we bought. All in all, a great store that offers something different and special with good service.

My fiancé and I stumbled into Element to browse on a visit to Denver from New York. The owner, Robert, was quick to greet us and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We have been looking for a rug for our oddly shaped dining room for a few years - we showed Robert a picture of our apt and the room and he helped us find the perfect custom rug in what seemed like 5 minutes. We also picked out a beautiful lamp (at a great price) which Robert had shipped directly to us in New York. The selection and customer service here is unparalleled - I'm so happy we decided to walk in and would highly recommend it to anyone living in or visiting the Denver area. Considering how much they helped us through iPhone pictures, I really wish we lived close enough to benefit from their actual interior design services!

I can't say enough about Robert and his staff at Element. I was in to look for a specific recliner, which Element didn't have. Robert recommended another store so that I could look at the chair and try it out, which I did. Additionally, when I showed Robert a picture of the room that the chair would go in, he noticed right away the issue that I had been privately concerned about, which was the distance between one piece of furniture and another. Robert then suggested another line in the same manufacturer, which was smaller scale, and would fit in the space better. Unfortunately, the manufacturer didn't have the exact option I was looking for, but it wasn't because Robert and his staff didn't try to get them to alter it! When I decided to proceed with the purchase, and returned to Element, Robert had discovered that he could not offer a competitive price on the original chair I had been considering, and had called around to find other stores that could offer a better deal than he could (!) That is customer care above and beyond! Thank you to Robert and his staff--I'll definitely be back to Element!
