Element Jacksonville Beach

This was a great place to stop for us as we traveled from NJ to Orlando. Stayed two nights and wish we could stay longer. The rooms were clean, large and well stocked. Having a mini kitchen was convenient and their filtered water in room was an awesome feature. |Two blocks to the beach and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Complementary breakfast was sufficient to get our day started. The staff were kind and attentive. Would recommend.

Very, very, very clean room for an affordable price. The receptionist was incredibly kind and efficient. There is a rude client who was requesting a key to his room, even though we were in the middle of checking in and she handled him very quickly without missing a beat. I don’t know if we were just very fortunate or if this is their standard but again I can’t stress enough with these rooms are incredibly clean and spacious. We have stayed at other resorts that were much more expensive and much more highly rated, and they were not even close to this one. If I had to think of a con, it might be that the walls are a bit thin in your suite so you can hear some road noise.

When we first arrived, I asked the FABULOUS Daphne at the front desk how long they’ve been open as the hotel looks brand new. Imagine my surprise when she said several years!|Did I mention how fabulous Daphne is and what a great ambassador she is for Marriott?|I’m a self proclaimed hotel snob…all I ask for is clean and fresh. This hotel kills it. It is absolutely immaculate from the lobby, to the elevators to the fitness area to the rooms. IMMACULATE!!|The breakfast was great..I’m not a big breakfast person, but there were tons of choices. I opted for the fresh yogurt bar. Again…immaculate. |We didn’t get to take advantage of the Happy Hour because we were out happy houring at other establishments. |The locale of this hotel is fantastic. You are a block away from the beach. Makes for a great beach walk. |Clean, safe and we’ll be back! |Oh and Daphne…you’re fabulous!

We stayed for two nights while my husband was receiving care at Mayo Clinic. We have stayed in MANY hotels in the Mayo Clinic area over the past 12 years and this one is the BEST! From the welcoming front desk staff (in particular, Emily, who is amazing!), to the beautiful lobby that is both comfortable and calming, first impressions were strong. We loved our room (King bed studio) and found it spotlessly clean and comfortable. The in suite kitchen is a fine bonus and we loved having filtered water in the room! There is so much to love about this hotel! We avoided booking it in the past for fear that it would be too far away from Mayo Clinic to be convenient, but that was certainly not the case. We never had more than a 15 minute drive to Mayo. The easy walk to the beach was a huge plus and provided a wonderful respite from the stress of medical care. We loved this hotel so much that we booked our next stay before we left. Do not hesitate to book this hotel for your Mayo Clinic treatment visit!

Although I have stayed in countless hotels over the years due to my work. Element ranks at the top. Their "free" breakfast alone warrants its own review post. The cook at the action station is not just a cook but a very passionate chef. Who puts his heart into every dish he creates and hands you. From the Chobani greek yogurt self serve station, the espresso station and the pastry and fruits area. ALL FREE. The perfectly designed and furnished rooms. The great staff at the front desk. Proximity of the hotel to the beach for quick lunch escapes for business travelers like me. The gym that actually has leg extension machines. The countless water stations. This hotel is a 10/10.

Loved everything about my stay in this wonderful hotel! The entire staff was friendly and helpful - from the front desk to the chef. The rooms are meticulously clean and the air in the room smelled fresh. For a light sensitive sleeper like me, this hotel is a godsend. The shades in the large window block all the light when drawn and the alarm clock is flat faced, so it can be turned against the wall to completely cover the light from the numbers. I was actually able to sleep through the night every night of my week long stay. I appreciate all the thoughtful details that went into the design of this hotel. Great location and having a full sized dishwasher and fridge is super helpful. I wish all hotels were like this!

I have always had a great stay at Element hotels, and this one was no different. Very comfortable bed, friendly desk and housekeeping staff. Laundry was great (: Good location for food and pretty easy walking access to the beach. Came in for work, but will definitely stop through for vacay!

No wine reception Friday, Saturday or Sunday, which is understandable although that's a lot of fun. . This is a great hotel. Clean, simply furnished, nice decor. The bed is comfortable. Check in is easy, and staff are great. Each room has a coffee maker, basic silverware, a mini fridge, and basic dishes as well as a rice cooker. There is free, coffee and tea available downstairs and a good breakfast every morning.

We loved everything in our stay at this hotel... staff friendly and helpful since you check in! Hotel amenities were very good, new and clean! Breakfast delicious... and the relax hour they do with drinks and snacks so nice and just cheers your day. They have board game at the lobby that are nice and fun when you are with kids or friends... pool is a bit small but we still enjoyed it as it was never too crowed. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and shops! Suites were big, clean, modern and with everything you need for your stay! Special Thanks to all the front desk girls that were there during our stay always cheerful, friendly and nice with us and the kids... and to the breakfast chef so kind and delicious food!

Definitely deserving of 5 stars! We loved this hotel! It's so pretty walking in, the lobby is very open and beautiful great space to do some people watching with a free coffee from their fancy coffee machine! We got checked in and Arianna was a lovely host, friendly and welcoming! When we got to our room it was beautiful and clean with a full kitchenette in it. Comfy beds, great shower, only recommendation would be need more hooks to hang towels/bathing suits. Pool is kinda hidden we called it a pool tub, it's a small pool/hot tub, still enjoyed it alot! The beach is walking distance right there, loved being able to walk to beach then straight to their outdoor shower then into pool! Free breakfast in the morning was good, on the lighter side which was appreciated cause we were in the water right after. Great walkable area with restaurants all around! Really enjoyed our stay!

LOVED my stay at The Element Hotel in Jacksonville Beach. Everything was great. This hotel is located near all the restaurants and fun happenings. The rooms are nice, clean and modern and the complimentary breakfast is above average. This hotel made me fall in love with Jax Beach. Can't wait to come back.

Location is great, service was great, and the place was very clean! All the great reviews about the front desk are very true! The beds were very comfy!! They have a good continental breakfast, even had crepes cooking fresh to order. You can not beat the quality and price here. We definitely enjoyed our weekend stay here, and will be back!

I'd like to make a SECOND positive review after another stay at this hotel. I stayed longer this time so I got a better experience what it's like. First and foremost what I notice is how clean my room was. They keep them absolutely spotless! No stains, funny smells or anything like that and housekeeping does great at keeping up with clean towels, making the bed Etc. They do fantastic. Comfort is another plus and the bed is the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in and the room feels like a condo rather than a plain and dingy ol' hotel room. Lots of natural light makes its way into the room. It is VERY modern and everything pretty much new ij the room and there is an emphasis on being eco-friendly which I like. The only negative I have is there is some noise from the road depending on what side you're on and there is an amphitheater nearby as well with music events. Cool but can be a little noisy. Nothing earplugs can't fix though and it isn't nightly. Check it out! It's a great place to stay.

This hotel was awesome! I will be looking out for this brand in the future. First off, just want to say that all of the front desk people I interacted with during my trip were awesome, and they have kind of a unique position here where they are stuck literally in the middle of the lobby floor, with no cover or privacy, open to everyone's constant needs and wants, and also overseeing every breakfast move, coffee pour, and front entrance going and coming, so having a nice and friendly personality is a must. Thank you for letting us check in after midnight and also to check out late! Hard to believe the price was so reasonable for a hotel that is a block from the ocean- you can see the ocean horizon and sand from the living room area of the hotel. That being said - it is also sandwiched in between a Walgreens and a McDonald's. The hotel is fairly new and has a minimalist, mid century modern feel with a beautiful design that is so light, airy, and a bit punk rock. Very appealing! I loved the bike references. The lobby living room area has an entire wall of glass windows, so it is unbelievably open and bright, plus so any different types of sitting areas- with lots of plugs for laptops/phones. There was even conversation cards on a table. The studio where we stayed was available for only a few bucks more than a regular room, and it came with a pull out couch and a substantial kitchen. My kids turned the whole thing into a play room- making a fort on the side of one bed and making an obstacle course around the room, including using the large window sill as a perching spot. The room decor was in the same hotel style and also so appealing - even the bathroom was appealing. The kitchen had a full fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, cute little sink, 2 burners, a microwave, pots and pans. Even the laundry room (1 is located on each floor)) was huge and thoughtful - with a water bottle refill station, a large metal table for folding clothes, and an option to use an App to purchase washer and dryer use- although it was kind of a scam because the minimum purchase is $5/use purchase on the App, even though the cost was technically less. The TV came with the Paw Patrol channel, food network, and showtime, plus the ability to log into your own streaming accounts. Loved the funky desk / table which was perfectly placed in the middle of the room. The two funky chairs were eventually used by my kids in a floor game when turned on their sides. The complimentary breakfast was very healthy. There was a greek yogurt station with fresh cut strawberries as one of the toppings. A cook's station offered hot turkey bacon and little egg 'muffins,' plus the ability to order the daily special, which was french toast our first day and pancakes the next-- both available with whole wheat! Yes! Chocolate croissants and scones were saran wrapped for a grab and go option. They also had packs of oatmeal, some whole fruit, and cereal packs. The whole hotel felt very kid friendly, I felt. For adults, they even have free bicycles to borrow and free wine on tap pours early weekday evenings. Is there anything I would improve? Well sure! 1- plants or something creative to block the windows that look onto the parking lot. We all look out this giant window to eat breakfast, and it literally looks at a Mcdonalds drive through = not so appealing! 2- hotel guide? qr code? would have been nice to know what the hotel offered without asking. 3-heat the pool! the pool area is suprisingly lovely - suprisingly because no one usually pays attention to thie area yet even though it was literally in a arking ot it lookied soo cute! also, if it's never going to be heated, then put in a pool fence and add some kid outdoor games for the sake of all parents 4- add some kid trailers to your bikes

We stayed here on a business trip. The hotel is clean, bright, and inviting. The location, amenities, service, and overall experience was excellent. I cannot say enough about the breakfast chef! He was attentive and the food delicious!

OMG. Best front desk service we've ever received from Alexis!!! we travel a lot, (couple of 2/ no kids) and have never experienced such amazing customer service. we called for early check-in and alexis made it happen while also offering us a late check-out time! the room is so well kept, and equipped with everything you need... like everything. sink, microwave, fridge, utensils, etc. 10/10 stay at element!

Very clean, modern and extremely attentive friendly staff. Mattresses are very comfortable, bedding extremely clean and bathroom impeccable. Glad hotel is ECO friendly. Water softener is delightful. Recommend

Excellent hotel! Stayed with our pup and had a great time. Our room was extremely clean, the bed was so comfortable that we looked up what kind of mattress it was! The kitchenette was well stocked and so nice to have! And the breakfast in the morning is limited but pretty tasty. There's only one hot menu option but it changes daily and is made to order just for you. It's a short walk to the beach and lots of food options. It was $50 a night up to $150 for our dog, and then $10 a night for parking. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is awesome!! It's close to the beach but provides a clean a distance feel to all the beach action. The staff is super friendly, the housekeepers are great and the lobby & outside seating is laid back but fresh. There's even a cool, tucked away pool. I'm a fan and strongly recommend. Greg

We absolutely loved staying here! The hotel is only 2 yrs old and managed so well! Ariana at the front desk is so friendly and helpful along with the other staff. The breakfast has many options including a daily item made fresh from the kitchen chef, parfait bar, and a variety of juices. There is also 5:30p social Mon-Thurs that offers beer, wine, and snacks like crackers, cheese, hummus. The hotel is very clean. We highly recommend.

This is a cool hotel. Great vibe. Phenomenal front desk team that provided helpful, useful information. Opened last summer and the place still looks, smells and feels brand new. There are so many amenities it is hard to know which ones to highlight. Rooms are appointed tastefully. comfortable beds, large space, with frig, coffee maker, nice toiletries, excellent temperature controls. Happy hour was a plus. Local craft beer and organic French wine are served along with some small plates. A very nice way to start. The place is environmentally friendly -- filtered water in the room. Clearly marked recycle bins. Saltwater pool. Breakfast is prepared on site -- the pancakes with fruit were exceptional. Wonderful pastries. Fresh yogurt. Fresh fruit. Organic Fruit juices. ....And a European coffee machine for cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, etc. This place hit all of my sweet spots. I can't wait to return to an Element -- but especially this one, because they have the nicest people who work here.

Having a little studio apartment as a hotel is everything a guest would want. Especially in Jax Beach! Good for people wanting a staycation! The thing about this hotel is it is perfect! But people need to be careful. It appears the guests are responsible for cleaning the dishes? Imagine if the person prior to your arrival doesn't clean it properly or somehow taints the dishes before you check in. The cleaning staff needs to clean the dishes separately instead of assuming they are clean. The other terrible thing for me was being in a room under BIG FOOT since all I heard throughout my stay was stomping. I called the front desk twice and it didn't stop. Whenever I did fall asleep, I woke up to more stomping and hearing them slam their door. My advice, is to get a 3rd floor room.

I loved it here. The service was great Very clean. Our one bedroom suite was very nice. Breakfast to serve was a plus. Free beer and wine happy hour Mon-Thurs was awesome! Maybe a 3 minute walk to the beach and bars and restaurants. Our baecation was romantic and fun. Will definitely come back.

Great new and updated hotel by the beach. Rooms are nice and spacious. Great breakfast and happy hour. And kudos to the front desk staff as well. I came back from a run (and fall) with a busted knee, and they went out of their way to help get me patched up. Great service.

This is a great location to stay. Right at the beach and waling distance to bars and restaurants. Just a short ride to shopping and grocery stores. Plus they have beer/wine and snacks social hours. Morning breakfast too. Loved our stay here.

I would highly recommend this facility! The facility is super clean and they are definitely eco friendly! The staff was amazing starting with the front desk to housekeeping! Plus walking distance to the beach and pet friendly!

Great new hotel property on Jacksonville Beach. Hotel features fresh, hot breakfast daily. Rooms are comfortable with cooktops, refrigerators, and microwave. Hotel offers bikes for tours of nearby Atlantic & Neptune Beach. Nice family running through hotel.

This hotel was fantastic. Great location and good layout for the one bedroom suite we stayed in. We asked for an upgrade and was provided one with no issues. Local restaurants are filled to the brim with college students looking to get drunk so families are not really welcome in most establishments except for Sneakers and Joe's Crab Shack. The hotel also accommodated our children with two pack and plays. One didn't work but not a problem as we brought one. The only issue we had was the geriatric dong smoker from room 234 came upstairs, knocked on our door and told me to keep it down. This was after I slid the kitchen table over about 16" and dragged the pack and play across the room to ensure we could fit two pack and plays next to each other. I let the front desk know that the gray headed ass cannon from room 234 would be closer to gods door step if he came back to our room to complain about a little noise at 8:34 on a Saturday night. Sleep well old man. #GodsWaitingRoom

i really enjoy every moment of it when i came to visit all i can say is it will be a next time i enjoy my stay fresh an clean just like i like it

First all the employees at the hotel are so friendly and very accommodating. The room was so clean even for this neurotic mama. My family loved the breakfast. So close to the beach. Would def stay here again.
