In General , this hotel is perfect. Great service, staffs are sooo friendly, clean everywhere and female toilet in reception is way too good 😂😂 Breakfast offer multi choice and won’t be too noisy or too crowd as well. Fitness center is cool & wonderful pool they have. They offer free coffee and tea in reception. Just had bad experience as their lift have issues so didn’t work even since 7am and we almost miss our booked schedule. Anyway, price vs quality == recommended

Hotel is on 40-53/F of a commercial building. People are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean, exactly as described in the booking website. 24 hours free coffee and tea at Lobby which I like the most. As the hotel rooms are on high floors, the accommodation is tidy and quiet. I’ll definitely come again.

The first impression matters. The check-in took ages despite the email correspondence weeks ago. Those issues should not crop up again at the front desk.|Management is inflexible when requesting to have breakfast together with my wife instead of two singles on different days. The IT system should make our stay memorable not create separation. |The coffee machine was not stocked up and was off mode on another occasion. There was obviously no one assigned to look after the coffee/chocolate maker. We could not expect room service but it is irregular to see the staff watching us walking around the lifts with the cups. |The beds and bathing facilities are the best I have seen. The cleaning staffs were attentive and excellent. Location was good and KLCC nearby. The view was great too.|To be excellent, the staff will need to be helpful instead of being friendly and smiley. Further, they should be communicative and helpful in a proactive way, not only when spoken to. This would be the way forward for otherwise a nice accommodation with great facilities.

Breakfast is busy but there are many tables and service is good. There is a good mix of long term stay families and also visitors. Great place for families. The pool is nice and not too busy, however it is not suitable for children who cannot swim. The spa on 39F is not part of the hotel and we enjoyed the service too. We had an upgrade to a 3br room on the 53F, it didn't have views of Merdeka tower but we liked the views too.

Stayed here pre Covid and was impressed. I did wonder if the place had been maintained after all these years. Well, it's still great. For a very reasonable rate, you get a spacious room with a fabulous view. Breakfast comes with an array of choices. The place is spotlessly clean. Service is friendly and warm - shout out to Diyana, who is efficient and so helpful. The pool is also very clean - the only feedback for management is that the water is too cold and the shower by the pool is clogged. The pool used to be heated, but I guess it is not economical to do so. Still, it's great value.

Stunning views, beautiful rooms and the best breakfast. ||Loved my stay at Element. The breakfast has many options and is well organised with plenty of staff and everything topped up constantly. They will make coffee (barista) to your liking and freshly squeezed juice. ||The pool and it's view are so good and give you the real KL feel. ||Room was big, air con was perfect and the room was immaculate. Located with 10-15 mins walk to KLCC. The room is spacious and clean. Have a small kitchen corner. Most of amenities are provided. My room is located on the 42nd floor, can see a bit of twin tower. I think the view would be nicer once the two building infront completed the contruction. Swimming pool is located on 39th floor, so it has quite a nice view as well.Staff hotel are all friendly and supportive. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

Very spacious room with nice view and nice facility and very fair price. The location is good too, just take ＜10 minutes walk to Suria KLCC. The staffs are helpful and nice. Also, you can enjoy breakfast buffet at 40/F of hotel with nice sky view.However, the minor problems is the temperature of shower are not stable at all, sometimes cold and sometimes hot. Apart from that, I feel very satisfied about this hotel, next time if I come to KL, I will choose here again.

We checked in last night and the place was very clean and welcoming. They gave us an upgrade from a 1 room studio to a 2 bedroom studio. Everyone here was so nice.

5 stars! Room is spacious, has everything you need. Front desk is polite. Service staff at the restaurant is very good. Attentive and fast. Value for money. Location is fantastic. Great for my needs anyway. Will I come back? Yes. I travel here for work frequently. This is my regular hotel. Used to be Intercontinental next door.

This hotel is new and clean! WiFi is complimentary! Every room has a microwave, a refrigerator, utensils, bowls & plates. Their bar now became my fav place to go in KL! The bartender Mr. Black offered great hospitality with his company and the bar is cozy & quiet. It is by the lobby on 40th fl; drinking with the view is absolutely phenomenal! They do offer the "Relax" hour with free finger food, wines, beers & soft drinks 5-7:30pm from Mon to Thur. What can be better than free wines!? I can't wait to come back here again! Since they are fairly new so there must be something to be improved. But it won't change the face that I'll stay here when I come back to KL! I didn't have hot water for shower and called the front desk several times for this issue. I had been waited for the maintenance for over an hour. They kept telling me they were on their way but just didn't show up. The shower was fixed but I hope it could be done faster.

Modern hotel with nice amenities ( great pool). Our room was swanky and very spacious. The beds were cleaned and comfortable. It is the most comfortable beds we slept in during our trip to Malaysia. Staff was attentive and nice. The bonus is they have a self service laundry for 10 ringgits. It is located near the pool.

I would give 7 stars if I could! The Westin Element opened less than a year ago and the moment you step into the lobby on the 40th floor of the IB Tower with the stunning view of the Petronas Tower, the open air kitchen and bar and the beautiful artwork, you know you booked the right place. The room are large and every one of them has a view. All the rooms are above the 40th floor. On the 39th floor, there is a large pool, lounge, fitness center and self-laundry machines.

A beautiful contemporary state of the art high rise by Norman Foster is Home to about 10 floors dedicated to the Element hotel, which is equally exquisite in an understated modern design. The staff, especially the front desk, are extremely attentive, and an excellent full spectrum breakfast buffet was one of the best in terms of selection and quality. Will always be my go-to choice in KL!
