Check in: Check in was smooth, i was checked in by Joshua, though hes new, he knew what he was doing. He greeted me with big smile, and , checked me in within 5 mins, thats considered fast. And I fee welcome by him too.||Room: I used 1 x suite night award to upgrade my room to a 2 bedroom suite, and they approved it, much appreciated. Room is huge, clean and the bed is comfortable. Though one of the rooms had aircon issue. the technician fixed it quickly. Water pressure was good too. However i was not happy about the 1 room can only request for 2 extra bug towels, and i was in a 2 bedroom suite and i inly requested for 3 bath towels (maximum number of towels i can request in the app), however they only delivered 1. I called the operator to remind them about i requested 3 towels in the app but was told that i could only get 2 big towels max, i told her that this rule is ridiculous, and i request her to give me a letter with their company letter head stating that each room only can request for two extra towels only, then only she promptly said that she will send the two towels to me. I am paying a premium to stay in the Marriott property and yet I’m being treated like I’m am staying in a three star local hotel. Marriott should definitely look into this.||Breakfast: the breakfast was just average, not many choices too, but is enough to feel my tummy.||Conclusion : I had a very comfortable stay, however Marriott should look into the two extra towel per room policy, even their app allowed to request for three extra towels.
