Element Kuala Lumpur

Stayed 1 night for my bros wedding, had a great stay with beautiful KL view from our room. Rooms were huge, can easily fit in another extra bed. My small complain the hotel could have given better coffee in the room instead of the red nescafe, but i can understand since they give out free 24/7 coffee machine at the lobby which is great. A shaver in the the room would be a great addition as well since we are paying Rm400+ per night. Other than that, is all great

This hotel is located within an office tower. The hotel is located on the upper floors so there are nice city views from the hotel. It is fairly new so you get all the benefits of being in a new facility. The swimming pool is completely indoors. There is only one restaurant in this hotel but there appears to be 24 hour room service available. There aren’t many other food eateries in the immediate vicinity of this hotel. But there seems to be a brand new shopping centre being built opposite to the hotel. So there may well be plentiful shops in the near future. There are two local MRT stations in the immediate vicinity.

As a Platinum Elite member, I was upgraded to a suite even before arrival - they truly value their loyal guests. I also used my SNA for a 2 bedroom suite and it was incredibly spacious, complete with a washer and well-equipped amenities. A very comfortable stay and highly recommended overall. Some areas for improvement: I received a lost-and-found email that wasn’t meant for me, but there was no explanation or apology afterwards. The bar was also undergoing cleaning, which wasn’t communicated when I redeemed my drink voucher. Lastly, breakfast isn’t included and the welcome gift is limited to RM15 F&B credit or points.

I recently stayed at Element KL. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I enjoyed my time there. The hotel itself is nice and comfortable, but I did notice a few areas that could be improved. Some parts of the room weren’t as clean as expected, for example, the window glass and a few of the utensils provided. Additionally, the staff at the bar section of the restaurant could be a bit more welcoming. A simple smile would go a long way, as some of them appeared a little unfriendly. Despite these small issues, I still had a good stay and appreciate the overall environment and comfort the hotel offers.

I chose this hotel because I wanted to be close to the attractions I missed out on the last time I was in KL. It was a perfect decision. It was located in the middle of two rail lines, so getting around was easy. Locating the hotel was also not difficult. ||The arrival and departures processes were quick and efficient. The room I was assigned to was excellent, with all the amenities that a guest may need for a comfortable stay. I chose to have breakfast on my last day at the hotel, but be sure to inform the front desk a day ahead so that the Marriott Bonvoy members’ price is applicable.||It was a most comfortable stay and I highly recommend this hotel for its location and affordability.

Stayed at Element by Westin Kuala Lumpur and had a great experience. The room was modern, spacious, and offered an amazing city view. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location is convenient, close to public transport and shopping areas. The breakfast spread was good, with healthy options available. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay — definitely recommend for both business and leisure trips.

I hope you enjoy this hotel—especially If you’re also a fan of extremely slippery bathrooms and strange, wasted empty space in your room, then you’ll definitely love staying here. One more thing: it’s probably better if you don’t plan to use the laundry facilities. You’re required to use a confusing website and use tokens just to do laundry, which makes no sense when a simple credit card tap would work perfectly fine. If I were the owner, I would seriously consider hiring a more competent management team. That said, the staff themselves are actually quite helpful—if that counts for something.

This is a beautiful property located on the upper floors of a skyscraper in Kuala Lumpur’s CBD, offering exceptional views and a refined atmosphere. I’ve stayed at many high-end hotels over the years, but the service at this property stands out above all. The staff were consistently polite, punctual, and proactive in ensuring every detail was taken care of. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended

We checked in last night and the place was very clean and welcoming. They gave us an upgrade from a 1 room studio to a 2 bedroom studio. Everyone here was so nice.

5 stars! Room is spacious, has everything you need. Front desk is polite. Service staff at the restaurant is very good. Attentive and fast. Value for money. Location is fantastic. Great for my needs anyway. Will I come back? Yes. I travel here for work frequently. This is my regular hotel. Used to be Intercontinental next door.

This hotel is new and clean! WiFi is complimentary! Every room has a microwave, a refrigerator, utensils, bowls & plates. Their bar now became my fav place to go in KL! The bartender Mr. Black offered great hospitality with his company and the bar is cozy & quiet. It is by the lobby on 40th fl; drinking with the view is absolutely phenomenal! They do offer the "Relax" hour with free finger food, wines, beers & soft drinks 5-7:30pm from Mon to Thur. What can be better than free wines!? I can't wait to come back here again! Since they are fairly new so there must be something to be improved. But it won't change the face that I'll stay here when I come back to KL! I didn't have hot water for shower and called the front desk several times for this issue. I had been waited for the maintenance for over an hour. They kept telling me they were on their way but just didn't show up. The shower was fixed but I hope it could be done faster.

Modern hotel with nice amenities ( great pool). Our room was swanky and very spacious. The beds were cleaned and comfortable. It is the most comfortable beds we slept in during our trip to Malaysia. Staff was attentive and nice. The bonus is they have a self service laundry for 10 ringgits. It is located near the pool.

I would give 7 stars if I could! The Westin Element opened less than a year ago and the moment you step into the lobby on the 40th floor of the IB Tower with the stunning view of the Petronas Tower, the open air kitchen and bar and the beautiful artwork, you know you booked the right place. The room are large and every one of them has a view. All the rooms are above the 40th floor. On the 39th floor, there is a large pool, lounge, fitness center and self-laundry machines.

A beautiful contemporary state of the art high rise by Norman Foster is Home to about 10 floors dedicated to the Element hotel, which is equally exquisite in an understated modern design. The staff, especially the front desk, are extremely attentive, and an excellent full spectrum breakfast buffet was one of the best in terms of selection and quality. Will always be my go-to choice in KL!
