Pretty good hotel overall. Stayed here on two occasions and their service was consistent. They were quite accommodating when I checked in much much later than when I booked my stay due to a flight mixup. Their breakfast options are quite varied and tasty. The bed is a bit too plush/bouncy for me but their sheets are spick and span at least. The bathroom and towels are also pretty fine. That being said, certain parts of the room like the stove, the rest of the kitchen island, and the tables in the room area could do with a bit more cleanliness as there were stains on them. Location-wise is pretty good as it's a 5-minute walk from the train station and 8-minute walk from the mall. In conclusion, you have a high chance of getting good value for money.

This hotel is located in Chinatown KL. The road is very busy it is called Jalan Sultan. Try to walk, use taxi or mrt to get here, as all around this area is a lot of traffic jam. The Hotel is great!. There's a small fridge to keep food chilled. I'm on a high floor, so I don't hear any traffic or other noise. Windows are nice and large, air- con is adjustable. Shower is good and powerful, but no hose. Free breakfast is excellent with a good spread. Beds are nice and comfy. The staff are friendly & helpful, and rooms are kept clean everyday.

Stayed one night at Element by Westin. First impression – the hotel has a modern, clean vibe. The front desk is located upstairs, not on the ground floor, which was a surprise.||The first thing I noticed — there’s a free coffee machine available for in-house guests, and it’s open 24/7! As a coffee lover, this was a big plus. Honestly, out of all the Marriott hotels I’ve stayed at, this is the first time I’ve seen them offer a 24-hour self-service coffee machine like this. Big thumbs up!||Now for the downside — the lady at the front desk who checked me in wasn’t friendly at all. No smile, no warm welcome. That kind of threw off the first impression.||The room itself was nice and clean. What stood out was that they don’t provide bottled water, but instead offer a filtered water tap with a sink in the room — which I found pretty cool and eco-friendly.||Next morning at breakfast — it was okay, but nothing amazing. Limited variety and a bit messy. However, the restaurant view was stunning, so that made up for it a bit. F&B staff were decent.||Check-out was smooth and quick.

Location is about 13mins Klcc. |Great service of 24 hours complimentary tea at lobby. ||Booked adjoining rooms . Spacious. Suite comes with complete facilities of oven , dish washer, etc. Design is little too cold looking for me. Better ID or minimal colour trims might make room more cost . Great view of KLCC CITY. MY bathroom door however wasn't working smoothly making it inconvenient to close the sliding door.||The indoor pool is spectacular. The high architecture structure overlooking the city view makes the swim experiential. ||The breakfast is splendid. Enjoyed the variety of local and western cuisine. 👌 the sandwich station is novelty to me. ||However not much of nearby restaurants to explore unless you walk to the malls.

Element Kuala Lumpur is quite different compared to others as the hotel occupies the top floors of the Ilham Tower. The lobby is at the 40th floor and the rooms are in floors 41 to 53. We were at the top most floor (53rd) but I would think that regardless of the floor, guests would have terrific views of the city from this height. Our Executive Suite has two rooms, two & half bathrooms, a very spacious living room, and a kitchenette to cook together with a microwave. The décor is modern and with plenty of electrical outlets for our gadgets. We ate breakfast at TRACE restaurant, located on the 40th floor & across from the front desk counters. Even though the selections are limited it was enough to get us ready for our KL sightseeing. We were not able to get the names of many of the staff we interacted but want to give a special shoutout to Diyana at the front desk who helped us make a reservation by phone for afternoon tea in another Marriott property; Joshua also at the front desk who made himself readily available for anything we might need; and the Chinese chef at TRACE in-charge of making eggs who was friendly and welcoming. The hotel has an indoor pool on the 39th floor with amazing views. There is also a fitness center but like the indoor pool, the size is limited. For anyone wanting to wash clothes there are washing machines and dryers on that same floor. The hotel is very close to the Ampang Park LRT station and about a 10-minute walk to the Ampang Park MRT station through an overpass. The MRT station is useful to go to Bukit Bintang. The famous Petronas Towers which can be seen from the hotel can easily be access by walking but since KL’s weather is hot and humid we just took the LRT to KLCC station which is only one stop away.

Lovely hotel in the heart of KL. Stayed two nights and loved it. My room was on level 50 offering sweeping views of KL"s skyline. The rooms are spacious with a microwave and kitchenette too. Service is warm and friendly and ordered room service a few times as well and the food was decent. They have a nice indoor pool with a gym and laundry too. Overall a great stay and will gladly want to visit again. Only problem in my stay was the lifts which took a little while to arrive and could be a problem during rush hour.

Beautifully designed and modern hotel located near the Petronas Twin Towers. The hotel lobby was on the 40th floor and has nice views of the city. Complimentary drinks and coffee machines are provided for guests at the lobby. We were upgraded to the one bedroom suite which was extremely spacious and comes with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. There are also two high resolution TVs in the living and bedroom with international channels. Very cosy and ideal for long term staying guests. There is a gym and indoor heated pool situated on the 39th floor for guests to workout and swim. The staff was helpful and friendly and we had an extremely comfortable and wonderful stay at this hotel. Will be back again.

I have been to this hotel for many times. This is an eco-friendly hotel. My previous trip was better than this time but overall it is good . Special, thanks to Jane for helping me to change my room to the better one. ||There is a swimming pool at the 39 floor. You can wash your laundry at the 39th floor as well but you will need to change the token at your 40 floor. ||The breakfast was quite good. This hotel has great view if you got the right room.

Yelp
We checked in last night and the place was very clean and welcoming. They gave us an upgrade from a 1 room studio to a 2 bedroom studio. Everyone here was so nice.

Yelp
5 stars! Room is spacious, has everything you need. Front desk is polite. Service staff at the restaurant is very good. Attentive and fast. Value for money. Location is fantastic. Great for my needs anyway. Will I come back? Yes. I travel here for work frequently. This is my regular hotel. Used to be Intercontinental next door.

Yelp
This hotel is new and clean! WiFi is complimentary! Every room has a microwave, a refrigerator, utensils, bowls & plates. Their bar now became my fav place to go in KL! The bartender Mr. Black offered great hospitality with his company and the bar is cozy & quiet. It is by the lobby on 40th fl; drinking with the view is absolutely phenomenal! They do offer the "Relax" hour with free finger food, wines, beers & soft drinks 5-7:30pm from Mon to Thur. What can be better than free wines!? I can't wait to come back here again! Since they are fairly new so there must be something to be improved. But it won't change the face that I'll stay here when I come back to KL! I didn't have hot water for shower and called the front desk several times for this issue. I had been waited for the maintenance for over an hour. They kept telling me they were on their way but just didn't show up. The shower was fixed but I hope it could be done faster.

Yelp
Modern hotel with nice amenities ( great pool). Our room was swanky and very spacious. The beds were cleaned and comfortable. It is the most comfortable beds we slept in during our trip to Malaysia. Staff was attentive and nice. The bonus is they have a self service laundry for 10 ringgits. It is located near the pool.

Yelp
I would give 7 stars if I could! The Westin Element opened less than a year ago and the moment you step into the lobby on the 40th floor of the IB Tower with the stunning view of the Petronas Tower, the open air kitchen and bar and the beautiful artwork, you know you booked the right place. The room are large and every one of them has a view. All the rooms are above the 40th floor. On the 39th floor, there is a large pool, lounge, fitness center and self-laundry machines.

Yelp
A beautiful contemporary state of the art high rise by Norman Foster is Home to about 10 floors dedicated to the Element hotel, which is equally exquisite in an understated modern design. The staff, especially the front desk, are extremely attentive, and an excellent full spectrum breakfast buffet was one of the best in terms of selection and quality. Will always be my go-to choice in KL!
