Great pastries and high-quality products. Bought some pastries on multiple occasions However, I couldn’t help but notice that the staff are noticeably less friendly and welcoming toward me compared to how they interacted with other costumers. I’m not someone who’s usually sensitive to this kind of thing, but the difference in treatment was hard to ignore. It makes me feel quite uncomfortable every time I buy something from there. Mentioned that to another person had same ethnicity as me and she had the same experience.

Really lovely place to sit and have a coffee with a nice view of the window. The bread was reasonably priced with the focaccia slice being £2.

Great place for coffee but whilst the bread looked great, neither sourdough loaf or ciabatta we bought was as it should be, in both taste and texture… disappointing

Vibe inside was nice but unfortunately the 'sourdough' I bought tasted/felt like normal white bread. Quite disappointed :(

Super cute coffee shop. There are huge windows, making it one of the brightest spots in stokescroft. The coffee is delicious and so are the baked goods. Would definitely return!

Nice cafe, nice coffee, not coeliac safe. I went with my partner and bought a cake labelled gluten free and vegan. It was only when we noticed they used the same tongs for every cake that we realised they had no allergen control. I tried to get a refund on the cake but was refused. I would not recommend any of the fresh food if you are coeliac or have any allergies

1 and a half years ago, at this exact place, I had the best, most interesting coffee experience of my entire life. No sugar, no milk - simply delicious black coffee like I've never tasted before. Interesting fruity, chocolatey notes and mild texture. Very lovely. I'm hoping to come back again some day in the future.

Friendly service! Delicious bread and a much greater range of loaves than most other bakeries (plus they don't go out of stock early in the day like I find many others do)
