It was GREAT! I hadn't been there in years, but they are up and running. You pay for whichever car wash you want and then free vacuuming and cleaning the inside yourself. Plus, they gave me a bag of goodies, and I won a bag of Pink Elephant Coffee. On top of that, I had FREE ice cream. Sorry if you all that didn't make it there, well you missed out! 😍😍😍

After months of being closed down I went there today. One of the guys knew me as a long time customer. They are deciding to continue or not full service wash, in and out cleaning your car. As a former Car Wash owner I know it’s labor intensive, but I am willing to pay and be patient and wait. It can take 30-45 minutes for full service. So my vote is continue full service experience… as long as they are staffed up it shouldn’t be a problem. Customer since the mid 80’s… The exterior wash was perfect.

Very disappointed that it is NOT full service anymore! I need a full service car wash since I have arthritis and hard to clean myself. Probably will never come back again!

Soap was left over the windows and side mirrors. Will not be back. I tried before the remodel and didnt have a gooe experience either After parking when i get home i had noticed multiple spots that the new brushes had scratched my car. It had also bent my front license plate. I dont understand how something like this happens. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I will be contacting a manager asap as i had already called and left a message

One of the best car washes near Seattle. They have pretty reasonable subscription services for car washes for basic it's 24.99 a month or 11.99 per wash. Staff seemed helpful.

Worse car wash service I ever had. Total waste of money. I took the platinum wash (44$) that includes the interior cleaning. Dust on the easily accessible areas itself was not cleaned so forget about the areas that are not easily accessible. The person who took care of the interior and exterior cleaning that’s included in the package also didn’t cleaned the car properly. The associate responded that it’s not their responsibility to clean the outside areas when asked regarding the dust that can be easily seen at multiple exterior spots though it’s included in the package. Only thing that impressed me is the vacuum that I can easily get anywhere for around 5$ that I can do myself. I would recommend to stay away from this place and save your money.

I would have provided a 2 1/2 Stars really. The guy cleaning my car didn’t care and was not cordial. Then he proceeds to try and push closed my BMW Mirror which is motorized and I was worried he broke it (newer European models are motorized) then it gets to the serious part. The cleaning brushes were slapping my car so hard my car was moving harshly up and down. They were rubberized it sounded like... I had to check the car afterward. And lastly, the gas was plus 20 against any other station... over priced and didn’t clean the whole car correctly.

I was greeted by this young man, Rico , and he was very quick to come assist me. He had amazing customer service, he was very helpful and my car looks nice and clean. I'll definitely come back. I decided on purchasing a membership , great pricing .

I had my car cleaned today. The front / driver's area looked great! I didn't think to inspect the back. They completely forgot / ignored vacuum or wipe down the inside back of the SUV. Really disappointed. It's not a super messy car to begin with, but that's not the point. For the full service, this wasn't ideal. UPDATE: Went back the next day, and the team quickly remediated the error. I have added a star for that. Normally 5 star service, and hope this was an anomaly.

Best full service car wash in Bellevue! The guys at Elephant Car Wash always take great care of me and are the greatest! They do such a great job of providing personal and detailed service from the wash itself to the smallest detail of your vehicle. I love the fact that they offer a monthly subscription which offers up to daily car washes if that's what you desire for $50 bucks! If you understand how much it rains in Washington, this is truly a value and an opportunity to even keep your vehicle clean (as much as possible) throughout the winter months. If you're looking for nice service at great prices, you have to make this your go to car wash. Don't forget to tip! They always appreciate it for their hard work!

I loved this car wash and the gas station too. It seems it closed; I wish it would open back up. I remember going to this car wash when I was a little girl and they would actually do your gasoline for you! It was like being in the 1950s. The car wash was the HIGHLIGHT of my day as a little girl. I miss this location.

07/29/27-This is my 2nd time coming. This time I came with my son's truck. I ask them if they can do the inside flatbed and they say it was ok that they would jet wash the flatbed. Very helpful & friendly.

Awful. Stay away from this place unless you could care less about the paint on your car. Swirls everywhere. The assistant manager came out with a ratchet attitude and unsolicited advice blaming me for not reading my manual before bringing my car through the wash. "This is your fault". Maybe put a sign that says these cars not welcome? Rest of workers detailing inside and out after the wash were polite and hard working. One gent was kind enough to tell me if it was his car he would never wash it here. Pricy lesson.

Only two blocks from my work, and yet I've never been here! As always, the Federal way location had no employees and I desperately needed the interior done to start the New Year with a clear car! So I drove to Bellevue and was pleasantly surprised that this location is recently remodeled. Great price to have the exterior and interior done in your car! They did a great job and I got out of there with tax and tip for less than $60! That's a phenomenal deal considering to get it done at a detail shop it would have cost at least double if not triple that price! Employees were all really nice and made sure you were happy with their service.

Disappointing customer service, which is unfortunate because the prices are extremely reasonable. Unfortunately, it's overshadowed by the human portion of this service (drying/vacuuming). The first time I came here, people doing the ore-wash didn't even attempt to get the side of my car. The touchless mechanical wash can only do so much. After I got out of the washing portion, the person tasked with drying my car might as well have dragged the towel over my car, because there were smudges on all over my car that could have been removed by applying even a decent amount of pressure. I decided to give this car wash a second chance. Ordered the VIP package, which includes tire cleaning and hand dry. Same thing. The guy didn't actually apply the personal to my whole car. In fact, my car started moving through the car wash before he even got to the front of my car. I get to the drying section, and one of the drying people. Literally cleaned the hood of my car and left the towel and walked off. There was a car in front of me getting dried by another employee, who--after finishing the car in front of me-- decided to walk to another station to clean another car in the interior/exterior section. After waiting a few minutes, I took the towel off my hood and drove off, meaning I didn't get the service I paid for. I'll charge this to employee miscommunication, but this was disappointing. I still recommend this place, just know your car might not be super clean.

We used to use this car wash a lot before the remodel/rebuild. Went through today and it was a bit more expensive than our new spot. Basic is about $10 supreme around $17 vip $20ish I think they had one more like ultimate that might be around $25. They scrub the bumpers before you go through. The equipment is new of course but one of the brushes never touched our car. The dryer was nice and slow, sometimes they push you through so quick it doesn't dry the car well. Once you pull around they have staff to wipe the exterior dry and give you a towel for the dash which is a nice touch. They also offer interior detail. The staff were not wearing masks but of course working outside. They do come within 6ft to give you a towel for your interior so you might prefer to mask up when they do so. Overall this is a great car wash with lots of options for the service you want or need.

Was in town on business and was going to sell my SUV to a dealership. The wash was not only on point, but the work they did on the interior made the SUV showroom ready. I got a great purchase price on it.

Not too shabby. I was in need of a car wash and hey, if there's a drive-thru car wash then all the better. I visited Elephant Car Wash mainly because I received a coupon in the mail for a $5 basic car wash. You can't beat that. For $5, it was solid. I pulled up in the drive-thru and a friendly employee was there at the ticketing booth to press all the buttons and take payment instead of passengers doing it themselves. I believe they're doing this because of COVID-19, and don't want people touching the touchscreen, which I understand and have no problem with. Great customer service. It wasn't the best car wash, but it was a steal! For only $5, my car looked significantly better from how dusty it was, with dirty windows. For the most part, it cleared a lot of the dirt, but missed some hard spots through the drive-thru service. The basic car wash doesn't include anything interior, but you can purchase add-ons. I would come back to get a car wash, especially for $5!

They steal!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I left my Airpods inside the car when they were doing interior cleaning. When I got home I found they stole the earphones inside the Airpods and left the charging case so that I cannot notice. I went to talk to the guy who washed my car on the second day, he knew why I came and told me he didn't steal my Airpods even tho I just asked about my earphone(How can he know it's Airpods without opening it? The charge case is protected by my customized cover). On the third day, the manager found the broken earphone in store and claimed that I left it there. It's obvious that guy brought it back and dropped there. Their monitor didn't help at all, low resolution and cannot record what people are doing inside the car. Had to file police report since the store claims they are not responsible for personal possessions left in the vehicle, even it's stolen&damaged by their employee.

Beautiful newly renovated car wash - probably the tallest tunnel structure I've ever seen in a car wash with cool lighting inside. If you get a more premium package staff will clean the insides for you but they're not very wordy people and won't really talk to you. They whistle at you when they're done which is sort of off-putting. But the job gets done.

I love this place. You can get in same day and your car is nice and spruced up! The staff are kind and accommodating. Super thankful I can pop in and out and have a clean car

Got misted with (cement? paint?) driving through downtown Bellevue on Tuesday around 2pm - fine blobs of mystery substance all over my vehicle. Found the nearest car wash ASAP which was Elephant and purchased a Gold wash. Positives: fantastic job of vaccuuming out the interior - they even removed the floor mats and got all the douglas fir needles out from around them. Dash was super clean and shiny. Car exterior clean and spot free, nicely wiped down. Wheels treated. Also timely to get in to the car wash - only a short line - and there was someone there right away to work on my vehicle after the wash, which I really appreciated. Very happy that they had enough staffing and I was super thankful for that. Not so great: front window interior still had water spots from when spouse wiped it off earlier in the month, they attempted to throw out all the N95 masks I had stashed in my car (but they were great about not chucking them once I raised the alarm - glad I was watching), the mechanism of the wash smacks the car with heavy rubber slices which weren't gentle on the aging paint of my car so I probably won't go back unless it's another emergency. Also there are still some of the fine blobs of mystery stuff on the side mirrors. Tipped well, and it ended up being about $50, so value-to-price perhaps not quite what I was looking for, but, you know, time of Covid and all that.

This place does a bit of internal cleaning and hand dry your car after a tunnel wash. For 30-50 dollars this is a pretty good deal. Do they do as good of a job as a car detail? No, but you pay 1/3 of what you normally need to pay a detail shop.

You cannot beat these prices! My GOLD style full service car cleaning was only $39! My boyfriend and I just found this place right down the road from us and will be returning customers for sure! The assistant manager (I believe his name was Mike) was SO helpful, my boyfriends car was COVERED in sap from parking under a tree. Mike went above and beyond putting in a lot of hard labor to remove as much of the sap as possible without scratching the cars paint. Both of our cars look beautiful on the inside and out! I included some before and after pictures of my Jeep's interior. It had been months since I'd vacuumed my car, and having a dog that rides with me almost every day, had allowed quite the mess of hair, dust, dirt and pine needles to build up. All of this interior cleaning was done within an hour. All of the employees I seen were wearing the proper PPE which made me feel comfortable in my decision to let them inside my car!

I've been coming here for nearly a year and this is my last time using this car wash. The staff who manage the car wash system don't do a good job of directing customers onto the track and the person manning it today used a dry brush to scrub down the car in front of me. He saw me watching him and he dipped the brush to finish the rear of the car. My car has some untouched spots even after going through the car wash. I could do a better job with some dawn, a rag and a water hose.

I wanna Friday morning with him before cars ahead of me. The attendant "gave me a discount" of their $45 package for $35. By the time I came out, the brushes had barely touched my car's underbody and there were abrasions from the brushes across the top of my car that would not rub out. It took nearly 40 minutes for the crew to finally tell me my car was ready. They had completely missed cleaning one of my tires, the inside of my doors were never wiped, the interior windows were full of fabric fibers and streaks from dirty cloths, and they had removed my floor mats. Apparently they took them someplace else to be cleaned, but never returned them back to my car. I had to drive back 30 minutes later when I realized they were missing. Overall, not worth the full price or the discount price. Take your cars anyplace else.

I really hate going to this car wash. I only went last week because I'm heavily pregnant and can't clean my car inside and out anymore and $26 plus tip seemed like a reasonable price to have my car cleaned. That being said, allocate at least an hour or more total from start to finish if you get a full service wash like I did. They don't warn you up front that it will take this long. I know the guys work really hard but they do miss spots (which they are happy to fix once you mention it at the end) but again that just adds more time, which makes you feel you really should have spent the hour doing a better job yourself. The guys who clean the cars are really nice and respectful, I just think they have too many cars to do and the process isn't efficient enough to make it worth your while unless you are really desperate like I was.

The wait and price is worth it I'd say. Every time I come here I drive off feeling like I just drove away from the dealership lol. Everyone's pretty nice and friendly as well. They apologized for the wait on a Saturday and was even able to break some bills for me! I'd choose this place over brown bear every time

Worst car wash you can go too. The lights flashing will fool you into thinking you're getting an awesome car wash. Major epic fail!!! Your vehicle will only come out half cleaned. So why would anyone want to come here. Not worth what you pay for!! Go to Brown Bear car wash, way cheaper and your car will actually come out clean

My original place to clean my car was booked and I didn't know where to go that wasn't an automated machine. This claimed to be a "touch-less" option and being pretty last minute was my only choice so here I am. It's not completely touch-less, it's an extended automated car wash with cool flashing neon lights. Before your car going through there, they do scrub your window and tires. The guys that helped me were really nice and I appreciate their service in this cold weather. They do interior work too. Price is really good compared to what I usually pay and it's quick too, but I still prefer the hand wash. It's located in a Chevron gas station off Bel-Red. I'll be back for other vehicles that I'm not particular about because it really is more care than a Brown Bear car wash. There's different tier of options you can choose from. Service is horrible they don't wipe your car down barley dry it there manger or what ever don't know what to do I pay over $70 and my 3 year old can clean my car better go to brown bear better service and your car gets clean

My car is still dirty after a wash ! That shouldn't be the case. Super confusing for a new customers. Not a good valued. Brown bear and me drying it is a better value! At least my car is clean after I wash it there

I'm so glad they finally reopened. My business car I use for my pet sitting company. It's always filthy, and they clean it without complaint. I always tip a lot too. Hopefully none of these guys are allergic to dogs!

Best car wash ever! We live in Snohomish but come to Bellevue just for this car wash! Customer service is next level as well! I accidentally choose a basic wash today and they did a premium wash anyway!

Wow kind of spendy I guess this maybe was a pink elephant that maybe isn't drunk anymore so now it's just an elephant. I went here months back haven't been back since. The guy cleaning my car even weirder than this place. I was kind of grossed out by the whole thing. You get out of your car sit in this old crusty like gas station room. It takes forever!!! I must have been there for 30 minutes. I finally went outside to eyeball the dude washing my car so I could maybe bail early. My car was washed but yeah 30 minutes I could have washed it immaculately Then I get stuck behind a truck for another 5 minutes while they detail his tires. Seriously unorganized. They should call this elephant ear car wash because all you want to do is take a shower afterwards because you feel dirty. Haven't been back since.

They did an amazing job. I had some sap on the side of my Audi and they let me go through the car wash twice to make sure it was spotless. The main guy running the car wash was kind, responsive and make sure I was taken care of.

Keeping my car brand new! I have a dog and she dirties it up pretty good. Highly recommend

For a 'silver' level job, they sure do mediocre work. They have 7 different wash levels that you can choose from at this place. It ranges from $9.50 for just a basic wash to $33.99 for the best wash. I opted for the silver wash cause I wanted them to vacuum my car as well. They did a really good job on the interior but the exterior was still dirty, the bottom skirt of my car seemed like it wasn't washed at all and I had some sap on my car that didn't come off. At this place they have an automatic wash so you get to sit in your car and go through all the brushes and the foam, you get the full car wash experience. I would avoid this place though unless your car is extremely dirty, even if you do get it washed here don't expect a perfect job.

I hadn't had my car cleaned in months since: 1. i usually take public transit and 2. fall/winter sucks enough to where I really don't care how my car looks. Summer is quickly approaching so I thought I'd reward my baby for enduring Pacific NW winter and get her cleaned. I went here during lunch break at work and it was pretty quick service (~20 minutes). I got the "Gold" wash (about $25) which includes a full exterior wash, vacuum and clean interior, wax job, plus tires cleaned. All in all, good value and friendly service and it'll probably become my regular car wash while the sunny months last in Seattle.

It's a car wash...... That being said. They did a decent enough job. I mean I paid $10.00 (including air freshner). Can't really complain about that. I came early on a weekday afternoon. And was in & out in 20 minutes. The staff was helpful & friendly.

I used to like this place. Not anymore. I used to drive from Capitol Hill all the way over here just for a car wash. I won't ever do that again. Terrible service. You can not get a car wash if you have any Type of rack on your car or an exposed tire. Just a bad over all experience.

I was disappointed again. The line was long, but I had a book. No worries. But it was an obvious rush job. Bird poop still on my door (wiped off with paper towel when I got home. Didn't look like they vac'd the back seat. There was dirt from kids shoes that wasn't wiped and they didn't vac/wipe where the trunk/fuel latches are. Took me less than five min when I got home. Would've been a solid 4 stars if I didn't have to put in work when I got home.

I don't know, some of the other reviews here are so negative.....I had no problems just getting an automatic car wash, and maybe my experience wasn't so bad because I didn't have super high expectations? I feel like car-detailing is something that should be pursued elsewhere, at a place that specializes in that moreso than this place. I went for the cheapest option at around ten bucks. It was my first visit at the car wash, so I was a bit confuse. The people there were super helpful about helping me out, and the car wash machine worked just fine. lol. At the end, I thought it was nice that there was actually someone there to come and wipe the side mirrors and my windows dry with a cloth to prevent any marks. He also gave me a clean cloth so I could wipe the dust off of the dash and the interior if I wanted. Overall, a pretty good, quick service that made my poor white car sparkle through its dust-laden freeway gunk for once. No problems.

This is the best car wash I've ever been to! $30 for a full outside and outside of your car service. I drive all the way from Downtown seattle just to come get my car cleaned here! Not to mention the people here are always so kind and helpful. Only this location is one I'd recommend. My car always looks brand new after coming here. Thank you all so much!! :)

I don't really understand all of the negative reviews. I went in to get my exterior and interior washed. They did a great job- very thorough and friendly. My car was SO dirty when I went in and they took the time to vacuum and dust and make sure they got everything cleaned up. For $25 I'm not sure what more you could ask for!

It's hard to find a car wash that will clean your car interior for you without charging $100+ for detailing. Brown Bear will let you clean your own car... but I can do that with my shop vac at home. Elephant will do this for a fair price! Only complaint is that I have to drive over from Seattle because you don't currently have a Seattle location!
