Elephant Reach Hotel

We had a lovely time at Elephant Reach Hotel. The overall experience was very good. The staff were truly exceptional.friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. The food was tasty with a good variety, and the surroundings were beautiful with lots of greenery, making it a peaceful escape. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the spa services were excellent very relaxing and professional. The only area that could be improved is the WiFi, which was a bit weak in certain areas. But apart from that, it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Yala!

The stay was good and we had a free room upgrade. The staffs were very welcoming and warm. We stayed here to go for the Yala National Park Safari - The hotel prepared breakfast ahead of schedule for us despite the time we left was very early. That was very courteous of them. The Ambience and environment were perfect clean and comfy. Thanks would definitely return again on our next trip ❤️

Conveniently close to Yala National Park, this is a lovely little hotel in the trees! Staff were lovely and courteous and in fact sent us away with a gift bag and flowers which was a nice touch. The lodge room we had was attractive and near to the pool (which was a real highlight of the stay - beautifully cool, surrounded by trees and roughly elephant shaped!). The rounded shower area off the bathroom is ventilated to the outside - great and eco-friendly for sure - but sadly does also result in a hot and buggy bathroom. Keep the door closed to your bedroom which is nicely air-conditioned! These rooms are also in the jungle (ish) so you may have some wildlife encounters ranging from the sounds of wild birds (lovely) to being startled by geckos running out from behind furniture! If you prefer a more pristine environment you may want to look elsewhere, although the cleanliness of the room was good. Also keep an eye on the prices of the minibar!||Dining area is a bit smaller than the other hotels we visited as part of our pre-arranged tour with House of Travels (via Voyage Prive) - the food was great with some nice local curries although not an enormous range, but more than fine if you're there for a night or two like we were. There's no cocktail menu at all (which seems a missed opportunity for them in this great and hot location!) - staff, we did suggest at the time but why don't you throw some local arak in with a fresh fruit juice or two, stick a couple of fruit slices on the side as ears and a straw as a trunk and make a cheap but refreshing Elephant Reach cocktail? 2500LKR inc tax and service would be reasonably priced with good margins ;)||Would definitely recommend - we had a lovely stay and the location was fabulous.

The best relaxing time we’ve had so far!|From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt warm, welcoming, and peaceful. The atmosphere is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, recharge, and escape the usual chaos of everyday life.||The food here is absolutely excellent — fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. Every meal felt like a treat, and the variety offered something for everyone. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we looked forward to every bite.||The room we stayed in was extremely comfortable. Clean, cozy, and well-maintained, it gave us the perfect space to relax and rest. The attention to detail in room service, decor, and amenities made us feel truly cared for.||But what stood out the most was the behavior of the staff. The employees were genuinely courteous, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth made our stay even more special and memorable.||There’s so much more we could say about our experience — every part of it was beyond expectation. We truly enjoyed our time here and left with happy hearts.|We definitely hope to visit again soon and create more beautiful memories.|Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

I recently stayed at elipant Reach and I wanted to share how impressed I was with the room service. The staff was consistently professional, friendly, and prompt with every request. which made my stay even more enjoyable. I It’s clear that guest comfort and satisfaction are a priority here. We really had a great time here. This is really a great resort. Some of the rooms are chalets so it’s Completely private. The chalets are around the massive crystal clear and well kept pool. The staff are very kind and helpful. The place is very clean and staff were seen regularly cleaning the common areas including the pool area. The ambience is calm and serene with trees and greenery all around. The breakfast was amazing. It is buffet style and has both local products and also English breakfast. Very wide choice. Overall highly recommended. We would surely return

I had a calm and pleasant stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is peaceful, the rooms are clean, and the staff is both efficient and kind. The buffet was excellent with a good variety of dishes. The pool is also well-maintained and relaxing. While the garden could feel more natural—perhaps with a touch of wild nature—it doesn’t take away from the overall experience. Overall, this hotel is excellent and definitely worth a visit.

We had a very short stay of less than 24 hours, but it was enough to find out that the hotel and management is very focussed on the customer experience and guest satisfaction.|Great food, lovely pool and very attentive staff. We just wish we had a longer stay here....the national park is quite close by, and the Safari is a top notch experience as well. |If you are headed this way, should not miss the Yala safari....we saw many elephants, deer, crocodiles, mongoose, eagles, toucan, monitor lizards....large park touching the ocean on one end, lots of water bodies inside!|Overall we had a great family experience...thank you to the Elephant Reach Hotel team!!
