Elephant Springs Hotel & Apartments

Elephant Springs is a destination with its own unique charm. While the rooms and location might not meet everyone's expectations, the exceptional service and relaxing ambiance more than make up for it. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always friendly and attentive, which truly elevated our experience. The outdoor spaces, particularly the pool and gardens, are serene and well-maintained, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. Despite some shortcomings in the accommodations, the warm hospitality and inviting atmosphere made our stay memorable. For those who value great service and a tranquil environment, Elephant Springs is worth a visit

The place is okay if you just want to sleep. Not really well maintained. It is set up like a student accommodation or Res. The service staff is very good, always willing to assist. The bed was comfortable and the room had all necessities. Enough convenient plug points.

Arrived late and no receptionist after booking. Security refusing to help me with keys. Wait for an hour to get keys .Booked lunch pack day before . Following day it was not ready and had to wait for 30 minutes. Arrived late for meeting. But their food is good. I enjoyed it.

The hotel side is nice, but the apartment side is not well taken care of. It's noisy, if you want to iron you have to walk all the way to the hotel side, theres no option to include breakfast when booking apartment side, curtains were too light we could see the people outside & vice versa; the pool at the apartment side was not as clean as the one at the hotel side. It's in a well located area though, especially if the plan is to go to Forever Resort.

Yoo terrible vacation during my stay, the other room the is no aircon my kids had to sleep while window opened, the bathroom is just leaking when we open shower water flow all over, instead we decided to go to ask for mop to clean the watter ourselves, mop provided 2hours later, the is no hairdryer, the is no iron, gate is accessible by everyone from the street, meaning security not tight, the was no enough towel in our room we had to go several time reception to beg for towel and was provided very late. The room is leaking as it's raining yooo haikhona.

Worst place to go to I was there this past weekend for vw campfest the first day I got there there was no hot water in my hotel room when I whent to ask for assistance they said they would send someone up but they didn't then the next morning I addressed the situation again and still nothing was done I stayed there the whole weekend without having a proper shower

The rack for hanging towels keeps falling off, every day you have to report a fauly TV. Had to swat two cockroaches in the bathroom. It should just be classified as a truck driver's pitstop, good for people who just to sleep, that's if you can sleep through the of fellow guest noises. Let's not even talk about what supposed to be a WiFi network. 😢

The rooms seem OK. But I struggled with TV. The shower has no hot and cold mixer. It's either hot or cold. There are cats roaming the dining hall and jumps on our tables. (the lady I was with could eventually not enjoy her food) The staff care less about them. The breakfast was a disaster. We were give. What we did not order. I eventually did not eat.
