Elephant Springs Hotel & Apartments

Great service from all staff at the hotel, they made everything so pleasant, from reception to departure everything was amazing. The breakfast was excellent, I love the size of the rooms and the homey feeling it gives. Thanks for a great stay.

Rooms are quite decent. Close to shops and restaurants. Their food - could be better Downside - there was no water for a while which is quite concerning. Consider some water storage options for your guests. Staff is amazing. The kids enjoyed their stay and that's what matters most.

We had an awesome stay at this hotel, though water was a bid of a problem but, they are not the only ones who are experiencing this, the whole of SA has a serious water problem. I am definately coming back, with my family👌💯😍😌

Food was a serious problem. No vegetarian meals and supplies took them 4 days to order by which time i was checking out. Its like they’ve never heard of a vegetarian diet. The dining staff tried but there’s not much one can do if there’s no supplies. Reception could definitely beef us customer care. Wi-fi only worked on the first night 🥺🥺

I enjoyed, it was actually my second time there... The other time I visited it was 2022 and I went back 2025 it has actually upgraded.. Keep up the good work

Was there on Thursday, warm welcome from the staff and clean rooms however the food was horrible and the cutlery was dirty.
