The hotel was disgusting
Cockroaches everywhere, lizard in the room
The bathroom had a huge gaping hole in the ceiling.
Overall the whole hotel was dull not enough lighting.
Linen and towels were filthy.
Walls were dirty.
Aircon wasn't working and it was extremely hot.
We didn't feel safe.
We ended up checking out at 8 o'clock the same night couldn't stay there and when I went to reception and told the guy at the front desk all he said was "oh sorry".

I was in the hotel on the 5th to 7th January, environment is duty, rooms and showers not cleaned, tiles dirty need scraping, spiders and moulds in the showers. No soups and shower gels. Why have showers if you can't clean them and provide shower caps. I will never go back again or recommend it to anyone. Pools not cleaned.

Good day. I stayed at elephant springs this past weekend; service was good BUT BOY O BOY THE COCROACHES IS TERIBLE. They are walking out the fridge and in the bathrooms. Please sort this out, Thank You

I was the on the 8th till the 9th Nov just for 1 night but everything went well until we had to leave and get our R500 for the keys back we wer in room 6 and 7 so people who check our rooms checked and said everything was fine nothing was lost our broken in our Rooms . surprisingly when we got to the reception the Manager and the lady Called Thabitha told us that we have to pay R150 because the ladies who checked our rooms found out that one of our pillows had make up on so either we pay R150 or we wash the pillow..so we washed the pillow so we dnt pay the R150 honestly I was so disappointed I’ve never herd of a guest charged for staining the pillow with make up every one in the receiption was angry to see my Mom washing her pillow it was the worst experience ever.

This place is filthy, hygiene standards are non existent. sorry I have never been to a place not well kept like this. Walls are dirty, see through lace curtains. Lights are not working, spider webs everywhere.
Only positive is the friendly staff and the pools. Other than that, you can see whoever owns it doesnt care. It's not maintained at all.

Spent one night at this place and it was horrible. The rooms were dirty, the shower had cockroaches, the TV was not working, the towels in the bathroom were dirty, I checked underneath the beds and there was dust and used tissues. The buffet dinner lacking.

I had a wonderful stay at Elephant Springs Hotel. I really can’t say a lot about the friendliness of the staff there because even the security just handed over the book so that I can register my car, however I can’t say the same with Frans. I truly appreciated all the help I received during my time there. A special thank you goes to Frans, who was such a friendly and professional gentleman – he made my experience even more pleasant. Everything was well taken care of, and I look forward to coming back again.B

It was on the 26 August "my birthday". We arrived at the property (restuarant) around 7pm.There was no waiter on the floor.Then we went to the Receptionist.We asked if we can be assisted coz we can't see any waiter.His response was " go to the buffet table and bang it " he was lazy to to just stand up and call someone. Well we did that as instructed.
Someone" chef" came and asked if we can go to the other side and take a seat or we can sit where we are but the space is reserved for a group. We took a sit after few min a lady came wearing a trainee badge.She was friendly and nice. She gave us the menu ,I was looking forward on trying some of the baskets. We ordered and after few minutes we were told that they don't have the baskets.My partner ordered Mogodu we were also told that they dont have. The trainee was surprised she even left and said she will call someone to come and assist coz she doesn't know what's going on. We waited for assistance but no one came.We ended up leaving the restaurant and went to Rusty Grille
