Elevate Bali

I highly recommend Elevate Valley. This hotel is truly luxurious, and everything about it feels high-quality — from the service to the rooms themselves. The pool is beautiful, the food is excellent, and the staff are absolutely fantastic. The property is stunning and very well maintained.||The staff were also incredibly helpful in arranging a transfer at a very reasonable price for my waterfall trip. The driver and guide were both wonderful, and the car was very comfortable, including my return to Ubud. My room was gorgeous and extremely relaxing.||There are just a couple of things to keep in mind — not negatives, just helpful to know. Like other luxury hotels in Munduk, the pool is not heated. This area is much cooler than other parts of Bali, so if you don’t enjoy swimming in cold water, it may not be as pleasant, especially in the evenings. Heated pools would make the experience even better.||Also, because this area is so lush and surrounded by nature, you will hear birds throughout the night. This isn’t the hotel’s fault at all — it’s simply part of being in such a beautiful natural environment. Since the hotel has such open and scenic views, the sound carries more. I personally had to wear earplugs to sleep comfortably.||That said, I would absolutely stay here again. It’s a gorgeous property with exceptional service and a very peaceful, upscale atmosphere. If you’re looking for luxury in nature, this is a wonderful choice.

An unforgettable stay at Elevate Bali! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth and hospitality. The service throughout our entire stay was available 24/7 — always fast, attentive, and delivered with genuine kindness. The honeymoon setup was beautifully arranged and made our experience truly special. The atmosphere of the hotel is incredible — from the restaurant and the coffee lounge to the peaceful and relaxing surroundings. We also enjoyed their lovely afternoon tea and the complimentary massage, which added so much to the overall experience. The villa we stayed in was spacious (enough for around four people), beautifully designed, and came with a breathtaking view. The private heated pool was perfect, and the team even adjusted the pool temperature for us — a detail we truly appreciated. A heartfelt thank-you to all the staff who made our stay unforgettable: • The reception team — especially the kind lady working in the evening shift. • The buggy service staff, including the young driver (I forgot his name, but he was amazing!). And Katut, and Sugit they were very helpful • The restaurant and coffee team, particularly Pandu. I just finished a massage at Elevate Hotel in Munduk, Bali, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. Wawan, the male therapist, did an excellent job and really helped release muscle tension. Suli, the female therapist, was very gentle and skilled. And thank you to Rusma for preparing delicious tea after the treatment—it was the perfect way to finish the session. I highly recommend their service. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

AG showed such great attention to detail and hospitality that we were really impressed which really made the place feel like home. Putri, the receptionist, made us feel special with her personalized service. Dio, the restaurant staff, was incredibly friendly, with his genuine smile and caring attitude.|Adi K & Adi S was top notch , of keeping the room clean and organized with turndown service was part of the amenities ☺️|All of these wonderful people made our vacation truly unforgettable.

We stayed at elevate with our extended family at their beautiful villas for 3 days and I cannot recommend it enough. |The views were nourishing for the eyes, the breakfast nourishing for the body and the silence provided the much needed reprieve from our busy lives. |The property is built with love, it’s clear to see…..and the addition of coy fish at reception brings the guests good luck too I think. |The rooms were clean and serviced beautifully everyday, and amenities were plenty, swim sauna, massage and high tea. Not a moment to get bored. |Our family enjoys music and the local singers coming in for the evenings was the cherry on the elevate cake! |Thanks to all the lovely staff and especially the warm welcome we had from Putri! The infinity pool overlooking the treetops feels like floating above the world, and the cooler mountain air is a welcome break from the coastal heat.||This is the perfect escape from the chaos of the beaches and party towns — quiet, refined, and deeply peaceful. Just note that the resort sits far from other services or restaurants, so a driver is essential if you plan to explore. Ours was excellent — fluent in English, knowledgeable, and every bit as professional as the resort staff.||Elevate Bali is more than a getaway; it’s an experience in calm, beauty, and first-class care high above the island crowds.

The flavors were vibrant and authentic, and the service staff had an incredible ability to anticipate needs before I even voiced them. The spa was another treasure. My massage was one of the best I’ve ever had—soothing, rejuvenating, and enhanced by aromatherapy and tranquil music. Afterwards, I enjoyed the steam room and relaxation lounge, leaving me feeling completely renewed. What stood out most was the service. Every staff member I encountered—from housekeeping to concierge—was genuinely kind, attentive, and committed to making my stay exceptional. They remembered my preferences, offered personalized recommendations, and made me feel like a valued guest throughout. In every possible way, this resort exceeded expectations. It was such a lovely stay. We loved the hotel, the restaurant, our villa, everything was exceptional. The staff was absolutely delightful, always attentive and ready to help. A special mention to Revi who made our dinner exceptional with her professional and charming attitude. We also really appreciated the buggy drivers, who were very friendly to us.
